A modern hotel (recently renovated) situated on Jaffa St. Amidst the Touristic center of Ramallah, where dozens of fine restaurants, cafes and bars are located. Less than a minute walk to the city center, cultural centers and commercial as well. Across the street from the city's park. Friendly and courteous service.

Small hotel in good location regarding shops and restaurants. Staff are lovely and remember you. The rooms and bathroom are small stand up shower. The issue is it’s across from town hall. Loud music until all hours. And terrible music. Couldn’t drown out noise no matter what

The staff at the Royal Court Hotel are wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful. When I first arrived, they booked a facial for me at a local spa, and also ordered the cab. Every person was helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, efficient wifi, hot shower. I

Located in the center of Ramalla within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff and front desk. Room are about 3 star. Lovely cafe on the ground floor. While breakfast was included, it was not very good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and I am pleased to read that you enjoyed our staff, cafe, and location. Regarding the breakfast, your comment has been followed up on with the main Chef and we have since made improvements. We hope to see you back in Ramallah to give it a try. Best Regards, Joseph

I have stayed here a couple of years ago. At that time it was nice and comfortable, very clean. This trip I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel had been completely remodeled and added a very chic restaurant to the lobby. The food at the restaurant was great! The updated

Your review was truly appreciated and gave me the motivation to continue making improvements in all aspects of the hotel. It is a joy to have our improvements acknowledged and it is a pleasure knowing that they added value to your stay. The hotel team is now working to remodel the other existing rooms that have not been updated yet and building 7 additional new rooms. The next time you come, you will also see a newly remodeled terrace for the cafe! Best Regards, Joseph

We arrived to check in and the friendly receptionist told us that we were being upgraded to one of the newly refurbished rooms. That's always a good start to a hotel stay. The room was a good size, nicely furnished and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and the coffee, although

It is a joy for me to read that you liked the newly remodeled rooms and enjoyed the breakfast, even the filter coffee (which is from newly established local Palestinian coffee company) ;). We are going to remodel the restaurant terrace this year, it would be a pleasure to welcome you back. Thank you for the feedback as it motivates us to keep on improving. Best Regards, Joseph

Will breakfast/restaurant be open during Ramadan? Or modified hours? What about nearby restaurants?
Hi, I'm not sure about Ramadan as I wasn't there during this period. You can call the hotel on Phone:+970 2 296 4040 and ask to speak to Suheil. He is very helpful. For nearby restaurants I can highly recommend a typical Palestinian restaurant called Darna which is almost opposite the hotel. Or a bit further away (10 mins walking, steep hill) there is Café Azure where you can get burgers, great salads and cocktails. I hope you enjoy it. Great place, Ramallah!

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. In our room (you can see photos attached to my review) we had shower only. However, that was not the most expensive room in the hotel. I would assume that more expensive rooms have spa. If that information is not available on their website you may contact them directly. Rana (Mrs) who is the hotel manager was more than helpful and very friendly.

"Rooms at the front have a balcony but at the rear are quieter"
"Get room on the backside of the hotel, a room facing the Jafa street will have noise from the traffic at the busy intersection."
"Hotel is on a major road junction, so rooms at the back are almost certainly quieter - unless they overlook the Sangria's garden."
"A lot of reviews mentioned noise, but I found my room on the 4th floor (#401) to be pretty quiet."
"Quieter rooms in the rear."
