We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a business trip to Ystad. It is a very old, historic building with a lot of character. Don't expect a 5 star luxury hotel. The managers were friendly and helpful and the complimentary drinks in the room fridge was a nice surprise. Rooms are clean. Complimentary coffee in the dining area...

We spent 5 days in Sweden at the tail end of a trip to Copenhagen where husband was competing in a World Masters' rowing championship. Copenhagen was great - a city with the coolest vibe ever and we stayed in a brilliant Air B &B but I was longing to drive over the Oresund Bridge and indulge in a spot...

Gracious hosts, personalized service, very comfortable room, sumptuous breakfast, centrally located. Stayed here first night of my long hike across Skåne. Walkable from train station. Wish I had stayed longer.

This hotel did not live up to my expectations. It has a sort of run down feel to it that could be interesting but to me just seemed run down. Our room was on two levels and the upstairs part was positively shabby. In addition, the bathroom was on the lower level so if you are of an age where...

We had out wedding at Marsvinsholm Slott last August, and rented out the whole hotel for our guests. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for our fairy tale weekend. Waking up in the morning to look out upon the courtyard where everyone was enjoying the delicious breakfast is a memory I'll cherish forever. There were some miscommunications...

I stayed one night with friends - I had a single room, which was spacious, spotlessly clean and even had a fridge! It is a charming hotel, the breakfast room was a little interesting, hunting for the components in different corners of the room. A lovely experience in a charming town.

We had a weekend away with friends and stayed here. Beautiful building tight in the heart of Ystad. The man who ran the hotel was very helpful. Our room was a reasonable size with a good bathroom. No coffee making facilities, but we could always collect a coffee or tea from a thermos in the breakfast room. The breakfast was...

We booked last minute and paid $174CAD for one night. It was the economy room and it was small. The bath was clean and bright. The hotel is several building connected by a courtyard. It was a difficult to get the luggage from the front desk to the room, but the staff were helpful. We were there on the weekend,...

Lovely hotel - or more like a B&B in an old building. Service was good, breakfast was plentiful and served in a very cozy way. Room was big enough, bed was good and bathroom was good Scandinavian standard. Hotel is located near city centrum and railway station but on a quiet street. Parking places are located near but they are...

We spent a long weekend in Ystad following the "Wallander trail”, and this historic and charming hotel perfectly complemented our trip. Our room was large, the bed very comfortable and the toilet/shower room spacious with modern fixtures and fittings. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay and complimentary Wi-Fi was available (although connections were a bit unreliable at times)....
