Last stayed at Adelais Bay in May this year and we were fortunate to be able to book again for September. We asked for the same room we had in May and this request was granted. Again, great staff who remembered us (Floris, Tony and Irene) and the food was still very good - one suggestion - on the Asian night perhaps have some Indian food, poppadoms etc? Looking forward to hopefully coming back next year.

We stayed at Adelais Bay Hotel for 11 nights. Nicely located hotel within 3 minutes distance to one of the best beaches (Green bay) in Protaras. The staff are nice, helpful and courteous. Breakfast served at hotel is good. The room we stayed in is a bit old (bed and furniture) and outdated but functional. The Gym is out of service. we were told that we will be informed when it will be back in service but that information never arrived. The only thing that I did not appreciate was the cleaning service that is a bit scarce. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly, stains on the furniture that remained through out the whole stay, hair and dust. We had to ask the reception after few day to get our balcony cleaned. At the end it got cleaned and we were happy with that. In general, We were satisfied with our stay. Some improvements are needed to make it excellent place to stay.

We returned to the Adelais Bay Hotel after a gap of 9 years. What a difference - friendly staff and the rooms had been updated. We stayed in room 310 which we thought was the best room in the hotel. Excellent sea view (and of the pool). When we were there 9 years ago we stayed bed and breakfast but this time we stayed half board. I was a bit wary of going half board as there are so many restaurants to choose from that I thought we would get bored eating there every night. How wrong was I!! The food was delicious and of a very high standard. Different choices every night and plenty of it. The chef is to be congratulated. As I said earlier the staff were very friendly - particularly the food and beverages manager who my partner nicknamed Borat and Tony in the bar. We were the only English people there but that didn't bother us at all. We look forward to returning in September and hope to have the same room.

We spent a wonderfully relaxing couple of days at the Adelais Bay hotel. With two young children aged 6 and 8,the swimming pool and it’s surrounding area was fabulous! Great poolside bar and restaurant with lovely menu. The gardens were beautifully maintained. Friendly staff everywhere! They honestly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Fantastic family room with sturdy and comfortable bunk beds for the kids. Clean, airy, spacious, and amazing bathroom! The location was great, with the stunning Green Bay a 5minute walk and Konnos Bay, Fig Tree bay Nissi beach just a short drive. Our kids practically cried having to leave this hotel and we will definitely stay here again. Can absolutely recommend this hotel to individual travelers as well as families. A lovely atmosphere all round.

The Adelais Bay is a quiet friendly hotel situated between Ayia Napa and Protaras each accessible by bus from outside the hotel for €1.50 each way. Fig Tree Bay is a 20min stroll away where you’ll find a gorgeous beach, water sports, shops and bars. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with comfortable rooms, gorgeous views and friendly staff. The food is varied and tasty with theme nights, we always found something we liked. The pool has a good number of sun beds available, so finding one was never a problem. There is a pool bar open during the day serving food that is reasonably priced and generously portioned, although there is also a shop positioned next to the hotel for any other needs you may have. The hotel itself doesn’t have evening entertainment, however we didn’t find this a problem as Antonis and Stavros kept us entertained during the evening with their cocktail making skills (€2.50 each). Overall we loved our week here and are looking forward to returning 🙂
