We attended the Terrazza Cocktail Bar and Restaurant on the roof of the Elektra Hotel for a celebratory dinner. The site is good with a view over the inner harbour. The cocktail - Negroni - they mixed for us was excellent. The food was of high quality. We had a tuna tartare followed by a rare rib eye steak both...

Very nice. Clean rooms, and very polite staff. The restaurant on the roof is very nice as well. Just 10 minutes walk from the city center. Just next to the train park, which is worthy to visit passing by towards the center. Approximately 12 minutes from Kalamata airport.

We booked the hotel for two nights but we only stayed one. Overflowed bathroom and very smelly sewage! The hotel said that provides private parking but it's actually street parking (if you are lucky you may find)! Also had one bathrobe for a double room, bed was crackling, no shutters and as a result the daylight woke us and the...

Our travel agent recommended this hotel as a good stopover after our flight - but we found it much better than that suggested. We had a large, well-appointed room with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Best of all was the breakfast - an enormous buffet with a number of local specialities...

As our bus proceeded down the beach front we were getting worried that our hotel was going to be dodgy - how wrong! What a surprise! This hotel is one of the best I have seen. Our room was comfortable, large and roomy with well designed fittings in excellent condition. We had drinks and later also dinner on the rooftop...

I stayed there for two days. The hotel is in a very convenient place, close to the city center and easy to be reached from the National road. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated with a good view to the sea (the old harbour of Kalamata) and a satisfactory mini-bar. The bathroom is very good as well. The...

I stayed at "Elektra Hotel & Spa" for one night for business, but this wasn't the first time that I visited this hotel. It's at the old harbour of Kalamata and that makes it conveniently situated next to the place where all the restaurants, bars and shops are during the summertime (it's only 5 minutes walk). Now, if you want...

Staying at different hotels in Kalamata over the years, I believe this is the best in terms of facilities, service and quality of food, amenities and sleep. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always eager to assist with anything that we asked for.
