We attended an event in Wetherby and decided to stay over for a night in order to visit Harrogate the next day. We came upon this hotel and were very impressed by its appearance when we arrived. We had a nice room with a large bathroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly and...

The staff are efficient and very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large clean and very comfortable. We had dinner on sunday night we were the only people dining - we were offered a seat in the glamorous (but empty) dining room or in the bar area. We chose the bar area and enjoyed a very good...

Stayed at the Oakwood Friday and Saturday 4/5th November for a family wedding travelled from. Manchester. Olde world charm and the rooms are too with a modern bathroom and excellent shower. The staff are warm and friendly. Superb setting. Had a meal in the restaurant again excellent could not fault this place. Would highly recommend.

Its snowballs from the first step. The receptionist took care of what i needed and was more than helpful. Bathrooms need upgrades but other than that it's gorgeous. Breakfast is also good. Nice and quiet too! Would definitely go back.

We celebrated my sons wedding here at Oakwood.. A beautiful setting for a wedding. Planning was precise and accurate for the actual wedding. The wedding breakfast was lovely. I never heard one complaint from our guest. On the contrary everyone was full of praise and admiration for the staff and their hospitality.. I would highly recommend anyone looking in Yorkshire...

Excellent. First impression of staff is that if excellence, a very warm and pleasing meet and greet was offered, as with the first impression of the hotel too, very pleasing from outside and within. Rooms spot on, no complaints. Usual expectations provided, tea, coffee, biscuit. Toiletries too provided. Snack, late evening sandwich, very pleasant. Prices, not bad, no shocks.mwill stay...

I was given a great room despite being on my own and travelling for business. The room itself was beautiful but the on suite a little dated... but everything was spotlessly clean. The dinning room felt 'victorian' in style, but I say this as a good thing. It was quality food served in a charming dinning room. All staff were...

My partner and I had our wedding at Oakwood hall yesterday and couldn't have asked for more, the staff were exceptional and couldn't have done anymore, they decorated perfect and nothing was too much trouble. All rooms were stunning and clean, and the food was equally as perfect, my new wife and I can't put into words how fantastic this...

stayed 2 nights recently for a wedding, room was lovely, top of the original building, maintained the old style which is visible from the picture, lovely beams in room and windows! Room had been redone recently and was very large and comfortable to stay in, bathroom also large with separate bath and shower. Hot water and water pressure could have...

Recently stayed here for a wedding, while the staff made the day superb with their attention to detail, when we went up to the room we were sadly disappointed. It served a purpose and the en-suit was okay but the two mirror lights didn't work and the shower was only mildly warm on the hottest setting. The bed was rickety...
