The whole experience was awesome- ranging from the decor in the rooms, the beds, the bathrooms and general aesthetic of the hotel- look out for some of their wonderful staff like George and Sarah at the front desk- absolutely helpful and professional and they will tell you everything you need to know to make your stay worthwhile. Look out for the account activity by the pool and if you like you space take advantage of the gardens

Amazing amazing hotel!! I spent Christmas there and it was such a blast! The morning buffet was so good, the quantities were always right and they stayed long enough for you to get ready in their amazing telephone showers. The rooms are spacious with great space and an awesome TV. I really enjoyed the Eden Health Centre where they have the gym spa and sauna. I really did need that gym because they did not disappoint at any meal!! Chef Obed really did a good job, ask Patrick to make you omelettes; they’re to die for, and if Wausera is waiting your table then you’re in for a good time. Mbale Resort Hotel has the best pizzas I’ve had in Uganda. But my undisputed favorite was Teddy and her bar service, she makes the best cappuccinos and milkshakes and she even offered me lessons! Christine really served us well too, and so did Rachel with housekeeping. Shout out to Abdul, he’s the BEST tour guide there is. He’ll take you anywhere you wanna go to see the amazing natural Ugandan beauty..

1. No hot water in the Executive room, The second day it delayed for more than 30 and didn’t even get warm enough 2. Executive rooms are not well maintained, Weird smell, some sockets and switches not working 3. Poor staff, Most of the staff were interns and clueless and couldn’t help at all. 4. The Food was poorly served and poorly prepared, Fresh Juices were 90%water 5. Room service was almost not there, They would promise to come and not do that at all. 6. Generally it was disappointing and no value for money at all.
