Don't come here if you wish to sleep as we experienced loud live music being played that started just before midnight. It woke me up. I went down downstairs and the hotel seems to arrange to singer to turn up and sing to practically no one just outside near the entrance. I think one person was listening with a few...

The Thepnakorn Hotel is well situated, close to the town centre and on the Buriram ring road. Both airlines serving Buriram Airport provide a free mini-bus service from the airport to the hotel. This makes it very convenient for people travelling from Bangkok to Buriram for business or pleasure. Or for the football, or motor racing at the excellent Buriram...

I bussed from Surin to Buriram and found this hotel from TA. Once again I can't understand the poor reviews. Despite being in rural Thailand the service was fine, the room was good with a good bathroom and good wifi. It is on the edge of town but I could walk to the centre in a few minutes, Buriram is...

This is actually a review for Alvarez hotel, which is in the same compound and is operated by Thepnakorn. The rooms were decent, clean and quite new. Their breakfast was good, but not much variety. This hotel caters more to local tourists, it appears.

This place should have been torn down, bloody awful! It might have been grand in 1964-----It's worn out shell! Resembles it's airport. Burriram is the most boring city in the entire world! Be honest this place tries to be a fancy place. There was an Airport close by--still is. They have 3 flights a week. Taxi for 600 baht----same price...

Alvarez is quite new adjacent to Thepnakorn and evidently owned/operated by Thepnakorn. Room was certainly adequate and furnished quite well, except maybe for a bit more lighting (no main overhead light). TV had abundance of channels. Noticed though that when walking across the room there was a distinctly loud thumping noise from my bare bare feet like it was almost...

Myself and my family stayed at the Alvarez Hotel in April with two other families. The Alvarez is just behind the older Thepnakorn Hotel and share the same owners, in fact the key cards for the Alvarez have Thepnokorn written on them. Its for these reasons I feel comfortable writing this review on the Thepnakorn page. Alvarez is a new...

This hotel also known as the Alvarez hotel in Buriram is relatively new and shows it. The external parts of the hotel are very attractive and the lobby is very impressive. I will start off by saying that the bed was comfortable, but it went downhill from there. I tried taking a shower, but the temperature of the water went...

There are two hotels with the same owner. The Thepnakorn is older and in need of some refurbishment. The hotel is about 5 minutes out of the town centre but is well placed if you're in Buriram for the football. They offer a service to take you into town too, for B100. We stayed on the 7th (or Executive) Floor...

Obviously a once grand country hotel which needs a good makeover. Oddly it was advertise as city centre but in fact it's on the edge of town. Check in was quick but I was offered breakfast the next morning at an adjacent hotel via a golf buggy ride. I declined. The rooms are large, clean but getting a bit tired....
