You are welcomed with the words: "this is your home now." and that is absolutely how you feel about staying with Francesca and her family during the time at Marani. Rustic style living in the house, marvellous homemade dinner and the wine, olives and olive oil produced by Marani itself is just brilliant. For gourmets like us it was 5 stars stay... we take a lot of nice memories back home. We recommend spending your holidays there if you love the italian countryside, nature, authentic tourism and good food. Thank you so much and we will come again. (All the hygiene standards were high and conscientiously performed.)

I stayed at this Agriturismo in May 2018 with a colleague for work, the rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean, the bed is comfortable, the Host was very nice and gave us good recommendations for dinner locally. In the evening after dinner you can help yourself to a grappa or limoncello on the house which is very generous. Breakfast was served in the morning downstairs, with hoe made jams and fresh fruit and bread.

Room Tip: great landscape, safe parking on site, in the hills, a bit remote but worth the trip.

Francesca is a great host that make our stay really pleasant. Our room was really confortable, in a mix of tradition and modernity. Hint: Don't miss the dinner there, it is great and the wine is super.

This beautiful place is restored with comfort and taste, the identity of the building stays untouched. An island of peaceful landscape and unique hospitality. Local wonderful products (jams, wine, olive oil and more) and awesome breakfasts under the morning sun. And most of all the passion and work of Francesca and Franco, whose sympathy and attention are more than exquisite. Unforgettable days!

Hard to find, part of a building with other owners on country road. They had changed house numbers so found wrong one but owner was used to travelers and directed us further up the road. Very small sign and only a couple of rooms BUT the best service, food and wine on our trip. south of Vicenza, a must see place. Room on third floor with slanting short ceiling, unique. Owner told us to have some wine and cheese so we sat outside and enjoyed it. showed us where the cold white wine was in the frig and kitchen and to help ourselves. we had dinner there also, only ones so a private dinner - first course risotto then chicken, with green beans and zucchini from their garden with their wine, then dessert - a pudding with a desert wine. great breakfast outside with eggs and veggies and lots of home made sweets. drove into Vicenza where there was a market, basilica, and the Olympia theatre-from 1528 by Platto (?), and owner suggested restaurant for lunch, back to agriturismo.. Had dinner outside with wine and cheese appetizers, with 3 other couples. Dinner was zucchini leaves stuffed with cheese and melon kabobs. entrée was lamb with vegies and lots of wine, maybe 8 bottles, then dessert of pudding and a desert wine. great food and a fun evening - at the end we made the tables into a square. breakfast was outside again. room was about $70 and dinners were about $25, and checking out the owner said all of their wine was free!!
