    Dear Guests Thank you very much for staying with us last October and for taking the time to write up a review. Thank you for the constructive criticism. We take it seriiously, for we aim to improve, alwyas. As we speak we are updating all of our rooms. We have installed Free WIFI in all the rooms, introduced Tea/Coffee making facilities and new smart TV's. We are also changing carpets, bedding, curtains etc., thus introducing a new fresh feel to the rooms. I am pleased to see you you enjoyed the sea view as well as our breakfast. I am also delighted to advise you that we have completed all of the renovations in our public areas this winter, including Coffee Shop, Palm Court Terrace, Reception and Bar areas.     Over priced for what it is!!!
    We stayed in two bungalows around the pool.the rooms were in need of refurbishment,hence not value for money.The hotel was busy thus staff were very slow in taking orders and serving food.sundays buffet ok nothing special!!!!

However we would like to advise you that we have done a lot since your stay with us! The last three months we have been working non stop for upgrading the hotel in many ways. Firstly e have renovated totally the Coffee Shop. Secondly we have renovated areas in the Reception and Bar. Also, we are making many changes in our rooms, including introducing tea and cofee making faciities, upgrade and free WIFI, new opening lock system, soft touches everywhere and more.     Dear Mrs. Egan Thank you very much for staying with us and for taking the time to write such a lengthy review. I really do believe that every hotel should always be making every effort in order to assist all of its customers and in that manner, I feel that this is exactly what we have done. We have made room changes for you, because of your sensitivity to noise, and I do believe that the level of noise in our hotel is way below the average level of noise in a hotel, being so far away from the street and in the midst of such large gardens and spaces. Furthermore, the balcony doors at the Superior Sea View rooms (where you stayed) facing the sea, were changed during the renovations and they have the highest insulation level. I really feel sorry to have read your review, especially since we have had an appointment, which never materialised because you were not able to make it. I feel that the thousands of ‘loyal and repeater’ customers to the Palm Beach speak for the quality of product and service we deliver and I sincerely hoped we had a better chance of accommodating your needs as well.     Hi we are staying in a friends appartment in oriklini in June. Unfortunately they have no pool. We are looking for two or three days to use a nearby pool. Do you offer this service and what do you charge per day if so for my wife and I. We would happily buy drinks from your bar and bring our own towels. I look forward to hearing from you.Kevin.

    We are coming to the Hotel sept 26-October 3rd. Is the beach sandy. Is there a fridge in Superior sea view room Looking forward to our first Trip to Cyprus.

With the regards to your questions we would like to inform you that our beach is sandy and shallow in the beginning. All our rooms are equipped with mini bar.     I appreciate the hotel is 6km from Larnaca but are there any bars and restaurants nearby to wander to in the evening?
    Dear Lisa, We would like to inform you that there are plenty of restaurants and shops and cafes on the opposite side of the hotel as well as there is bus stop just in front to the city center ( numbers 425,424) and it takes usually not more than 15 minutes to get to the main Finikudes Street.
