Doesn't match the description on its website or brochure. Booked an apartment and at first got a dingey room with rusty fridge, cables everywhere and view of wall covered in bird poo. Got moved to room with strange facilities. No restaurant as described. Staff unhelpful. Room only cleaned when we asked. Ok for budget stay but not at all how...

Rooms are basic but had air and water and people were friendly. Its across from beach/malecon so great locale and convenience store across street. Turns out since I am here for my temporary visa I needed wi-fi to be reliable-it worked "okay y" for 1 day the other five mostly not. But hey for $35/night its a great bargain and...

I rented a Junior Suite with a Private Balcony w/ Sea View over looking the Park and Beach. Room was a bit dated but large. kitchen, refrigerator, living room, large bedroom, extra large king bed. Great A/C and great Wi-Fi. Room was very clean. Drawbacks were no flat screen tv, no hot water. I did not come to watch tv...

Such a short walk to the ocean front.A late night convenience store almost directly across the street to buy your snacks, booze.Restaurants a shortish walk away (turn left as you leave hotel and walk along ocean front) .The hotel itself is very basic as you would expect by the price you paid.Room clean but sparse.Internet worked good in the lobby area....

I viewed and booked my reservations on line and stayed at Progresso beach hotel for one week. Arriving I was satisfied, the location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, which is kept cleaned with much less traffic than the other end, the rooms were not fancy but clean, there was wifi and a pool... This could have been a...

I booked this hotel because it looked nice online. However when we got there I pulled the sheets back as I always do in a hotel to check the bed & it was a good thing I did. It was dirty disgusting and full of pubic hair. The blanket and pillow were just as dirty. I was so disgusted I...

Easy on the budget with excellent access to the beach and malecon. The property and room were very clean, sparkling pool with a beach view. A bar and snacks are available by the pool. Rooms have A/C, wifi and cable TV. There is a 24 hr OXXO catty corner across the street for almost anything else you might need. Many...

This is a mixed review of the Condhotel, also known as Progreso Beach Hotel. I had booked us in for only one night, and it was good enough that we stayed for 4 more, mostly because it was pretty quiet and the location is great. The room was plenty big, was clean, the beds were comfortable enough and the shower...

Not a bad choice. We came here looking for a hotel after being disappointed in another hotel nearby Chelem. Overall the hotel was pretty clean including our room. Good location a block away from the beach though a little far down the strip. The room we got was more of a suite (separate sitting room). Beds were a little firm...

“We liked the quiet of the lower back corner room since we were traveling with a young child, but I think we might try a small studio up in front next time. I would like it if there was more of a kitchenette, and the view is wonderful. If you go, be sure to check out the Marley Burger trailer on the corner and be prepared to be amazed. The burgers are HUGE and delicious.”
