Cringleford is a great location for a visit to UEA - just a 20 minute, pleasant walk. We came for an open day at the Uni and our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. We arrived late in the evening but that was no problem. We had a spacious room which was quiet, clean and comfortable. Lots of choice for... More

We stayed in the self-contained apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The accommodation was very clean and cosy. The Nespresso machine and milk frother was a real bonus! Lovely breakfast and a very friendly welcome. Even a little table at breakfast with toys to keep the little one occupied!

Room was clean and perfectly decorated, breakfast was as tasty as it has been. Dont need to say much. Just pick Cringleford when you visit Norwich... More

Lovely warm, spotlessly clean bedroom and great breakfast with home made bread. Host Rob is very accommodating of out of hours arrivals. Very convenient for visiting UEA and the City of Norwich. We will certainly return.

Even though we had to return to Norwich for a funeral we decided to come back to stay here because the last visit was so good. My mum had booked on line for 1 person, she called the guest house & explained it was for 3 people, this was no trouble at all at short notice to get a suitable... More

Very clean, comfortable, quality accommodation, with helpful, welcoming hosts and an excellent choice of breakfast in a nice residential area. A pleasant walk to local eateries and to the University. Would definitely recommend.

a no-fuss warm welcome, spotlessly clean with decent sized bedroom and bathroom, excellent breakfast - bacon properly cooked with fat cut off first, close to UEA and very good local pub. We will definitely come here again.

There aren't enough lovely words to describe this B&B! It's homely, spotlessly clean, comfortable and wonderful hosts. We were welcomed so warmly and the host couldn't do enough for us, settling us in with warm drinks and all the information we needed. The beds were comfortable, the shower was lovely and everything was so clean. Breakfast was simply delicious and... More

The guest house is located in a residential area. The room I had was large and clean with a big bathroom . It is walking distance to UEA so good for parents visiting their children at UEA. Rob was a great host and helpful. They serve a good breakfast. Town centre a bit far but taxis are easily available.
