A fantastic venue for that special long ski lunch. All dishes have a Savoyard twist and are made from locally source ingredients. The Tartiflette air was spectacular, the Caviar with Cauliflower snow even better. A main course of pigeon breast was cooked to perfection and the sommelier matched all of our six courses to perfection.

We stayed on the spur of the moment and found a delightful, relaxed and friendly hotel, very unpretentious in view of their status with a 3 star Michelin restaurant. Lovely rooms with view and balcony, delicious breakfasts (extra). We treated ourselves to one gourmet meal, and they were more than happy to drive us into St Martin on other evenings,... More

La Bouitte is the most charming mountain hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff are polite, courteous and helpful. The rooms are pure mountain chic. The food is world famous, and rightly so - you don't get 3 Michelin stars without passion and perfection.

Puzzled by the 3 stars’ nomination of the restaurant, we decided to give a try. We visited numerous gastronomic restaurants in the past and must admit this was one the best experience we had! We ate at the restaurant and stayed the night at the small but beautiful hotel! We decided to go for the chef's discovery menu with matching... More

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were cosy and charming, the atmosphere totally relaxed. I can't fault it! We splashed out for dinner 1 night in the 3* Michelin starred restaurant and it was mind blowing! Truly amazing. What I really loved was that it remains down to earth, charming and totally... More

Stayed for 3 nights in Josephine-room and we loved it! It was very fresh and clean and with an balcony with great view. The bed was fantastic and not to soft. We will return this year for sure, maybe we wil bring some friends!

Nice stay but difficult to justify the price. Restorant is excellent. You will need a car to go skiing or to go to the city as the hotel is well outside. However, I will recommend this hotel. The service is good and the team is very kind. The food is the best in the region. The breakfast are amazing.

We are regular clients of La Bouitte for several years. What we like here is the authenticity of the chalet made of wood and stone, the unique settings in a beautififul village of Savoie, the excellence and refinement of the food, the proximity and simplicity of the Chef, while always reaching out excellence and innovation We recommend the Surprise Menu...
