Along main road leading towards Adam's Peak. Clean hotel and restaurant and room. Note that Double bed is at the lowest level, twin bed room is at the higher floor. Easy access to Adam's Peak. The hotel can arrange personal guide to trek up to Adam's Peak at around Rs2000 per guide.

As the name would suggest, the folk here are pretty laid back - the place has a nice feel to it. We stayed two nights, we arrived one afternoon, rose early the next morning to climb Adam's Peak, then stayed on for the day to recover and soak up the hill country atmosphere. It was a good plan and one...

As everyone else, we stayed here the night before climbing Adam's Peak. We had a room a couple of floors down but with a balcony with a view to the peak and a sitting area. the bathroom was very basic, some warm water but absolutely fine for what we needed. Dinner was amazing, I think their dhal was one of...

I booked Slightly Chilled for the security of having a good base for climbing Adam's Peak. Certainly if you want to guarantee a good place to stay, this is worth it, but the price reflects its popularity more than its quality. My room was basic but solid and comfortable, albeit without wifi. The bathroom was also fine. Dinner was pretty...

Like a sheep I followed the book to Slightly Chilled. They're not wrong. It is a nice place. And very popular. This popularity meant that I got a room about four floors down. No balcony, ground level with a building site outside. Not much of a view. The room was nice though. Modern. Ok bathroom. Unfortunately the wifi signal didn't...

We arrived at 4pm ready to climb Adam's Peak at 2am. This place was just to relax until that time and as per my review - it gets the job done. The rooms were very basic, but clean. Room 6 is where we stayed - we had a balcony and a view of Adam's Peak! How great is that? The...

Like several other reviewers, we booked one night at Slightly Chilled though didn't stay as such, because like them we started the Adam's Peak climb in the early hours. When we arrived at the hostel, we were warmly welcomed. Our room, which was on the lower floor, was basic but clean and with the bonus that we had a balcony...

We stayed one night at slightly chilled before departing at 1.30am for the Adams peak climb. For this purpose it is ideal, as dinner is included and so is breakfast after the climb. Both of these are delicious and service great. We also arrived in the afternoon and found it incredibly enjoyable to sit in the lovely dining room enjoying...

Perfect stay location for trekking Adam's Peak. I was there with my sister and elderly mum. Management was very family orientated and they made us feel very warm. Food was perfect as what we requested. Room comes with wifi access, clean and well maintained. It was a value package - perfect, memorable & comfortable, 1 night stay for us. Will...

Great place to start a trip to Adam's Peak. Run it appears by a family, food good and very tasty. Prices not too bad considering it's mainly run for tourists. The hot water in the bathroom is at best tepid, and worste icey cold. But fantastic views from the restaurant of Sri Pads lit up at night☺ would recommend for...
