I went there with my family to attend a wedding at Batu Pahat. Basic room and nothing special about the room. Its like a normal and ordinary hotel. The room is not so spacious. Not recommended for family. Nothing special with this hotel. Its just a hotel for your night sleep only.

Basic but clean rooms. Bathrooms are ok but don't count on the complimentary toiletries - better bring your own. Very basic but hearty breakfast. Value for money, especially if you are not intending to spend your whole time in the hotel. So why hope for the extras anyway?

Positives: The room is spacious even with an extra bed installed. Bathroom is spacious and clean except the water level stain in the toilet. Quite despite the hotel location near the main trunk intercity road. Minuses: I am not impressed with the breakfast options. Foods are below average (tastewise as I can cook better nasi lemak, nasi goreng and mee...

The Pelican is an unassuming 3-star hotel tucked into a small corner of BP town. It is not difficult to locate though. Being a 3-star hotel do not expect too much out of it. There is only skeleton staff manning the hotel and there is only one cafe dirrectly facing the check-in counter, for buffet breakfast and other meals. The...

The hotel is quite nice, good value for money , with private own parking area. The room cleanliness is acceptable, decent breakfast but the only problem was that the receptionist was very unfriendly during check in, maybe you need to pay her extra to smile but what upset me most was she should know how to wear proper dress. what...

The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable. Room is reasonably big. If you are driving, there are ample parking space behind the hotel. However, the breakfast is bad. Receptionists' attitude are not good.
