This was our first stop in Laos so we booked a room in a large hotel in the hope of getting acquainted with the country. Firstly, they forgot to pick us up at the airport. The room was fine (2 double beds) which were comfortable. The shower was poor - not a lot of pressure and temperature kept changing from...

Hotel has good service, but limited English. The breakfasts are primarily Asian, with little Western food. The location is good, with a romantic feel right on the river. The hotel, I am told is around ten years old, but the building comes off as a lot older and the rooms are a good size, but dirty, especially the bathroom. Wifi...

We are on process to improve our breakfast buffet and since 1 Feb 2017 we have added more items on our buffet such as cheese plate, cold cuts, yogurt, daily smoothies and also changing menu items daily. The exterior of the hotel is on process to develop and re-painting and...

this place apparently caters to conferences, and to thai tourists. good selection of breakfast options at the buffet. we stayed in two different rooms (#603 and then #605). the second one (#605) had no hot water, and the staff could not understand enough english to fix it or move us. there is a complimentary airport shuttle, a nice surprise.

We arrived well before check in time but the staff were very courteous and got a room for us. The room was very clean, large and had a great view. The bathroom was fine. The bed was comfortable and there were two chairs and a small table by the window which was good. The air conditioning was effective. The WiFi...

Great Hotel in Pakse! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have big rooms and comfortable beds with a amazing view on Mekong river! Great Sunset view! Bathroom is okay. Show is not de best, but ist totally fine. Breakfast is okay. But the best part is the on-site massage salon! 1 hour full body massage costs only 70'000 KIP...

Decided to stay here for the price and the swimming pool. Our stay was good. The room was spacious, had a nice view and was clean. The hotel is big and appears to be oversized for the demand that is in Pakse. This leads to a huge restaurant that is empty, a huge pool that is empty and (i think)...

We are a couple with 2 kids travelling through Thailand and Laos. We have found it is almost impossible to get one room with 2 large beds anywhere on our travels. Fortunately this hotel has joining rooms so it works but we have to rent 2 rooms. One of the rooms was great in every way, the other room had...

I loved this hotel. It is a bit on the outskirts of town, right next to the bridge over the Mekong that was completed less than 15 years ago. The room was spacious and clean, nice bed, good pillows, good bathroom with strong hot water. Could not get the WiFi to work but since I have 3G on my phone...
