We were looking forward to this part of our seven week trip but in the event it was a big dissapointment. The service was poor, the common buildings were dirty, the food was extemely poor quality, guests were hustled around according to some unknown agenda, wine was "included" but one bottle for six adults seems a little mean - it...

Thank you, we always appreciate feedback. Great to hear that you enjoyed the superb location and guided hikes. We work hard to deliver the highest quality of food given the remote location of the National Park. Dinner includes one bottle of wine for every 3 guests - we are sorry to hear that was not the case, and we are...

This was the only disappointment in a seven week trip to Chile. We were staying in deluxe, boutique lodges throughout. The suite domes at the camp are very attractive and comfortable in every way. Thewater is always hot and heat is available in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The guides are very nice and quite knowledgeable. What makes this...

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear you found our Suite Domes attractive and comfortable, and we agree our guides are very nice and knowledgeable. Regarding the issue about payment, even though you visited as a travel professional on a familiarisation trip (FAM) we still have to charge normal rates - albeit with the relevant tour operator...

Ecocamp was absolutely amazing. The domes were cozy and warm, with skylights to see the stars at night. The bathrooms were just like home; very clean, lots of hot water and tastefully decorated. I can't say enough about the great service and amazing food. They have put alot of work into making Ecocamp a destination and it shows. This is...

Our group of 10 booked the 4 day 3 night package through Chimu Adventures. It is in fact only a 2 day package as we didn't arrive until 7.45 pm on day 1 and we're organised to leave at 6.30 am on day 4. We arrived so late because you are forced to book in at their office in Puerto...

We truly appreciate your feedback! Great to hear that your Towers Trek was sensational and Adriana & Valentina were exceptional guides. Please be advised that we do not force our guests to check-in via Puerto Natales. We make these additional stops for the comfort of our travelers, as most find them enjoyable - if you’re travelling from El Calafate /...

We were staying december 2013 at this beautiful place. Nature around is perfect for hiking! Stuff was extremely friendly. I was gifted free Diner with nice bottle of Chile wine because i was the first one that came there from Russia. I'm highly recommend this place. Idea of eco friendly design was very good for us! The camp was a lovely place to stay. The food was great most of the time. The service could be improved a bit as it is mainly run by twenty something's and could benefit with senior management ensuring standards are kept up to scratch. Messy toilets and lack of available food for boxed lunches were among a few things that...

I don't know if I can say more than the title. I expected very little of this place thinking it would be a glorified hostel. Boy was I wrong. We had a superior dome for the first night with a private bathroom and a gas heater. It was lovely but the smell of the composting toilet was a little bit...

So it's not cheap. And before you arrive you wonder, is it worth the money? But yes it is! Wow! Such impressive vision and design, proving you can care about the environment and still create beauty and comfort. We recently spent four nights stay at the Ecocamp as part of an 11 day southern Patagonia trip. Our only regret was that the Ecocamp was early in our trip, because it would have been a wonderful place to end the experience. The domes are spacious, cosy, tastefully decorated. The meals were original, delicious, and presented well. The best part...
