We had a classic / standard room. They are not located in the historical main building. Spacious and decent, but nothing special and on the lower end for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is good and offers a nice choice.

Thank you so much for pointing out the spaciousness and cleanliness of our standard rooms. We are also pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast. We will consider, in any case, your review to improve our service in the future. Hoping to welcome you in our Hotel, send you our Best regards

The building is very beautiful but in need of a little TLC. That being said, everything was spotless just a little tired. Ercolano itself is a little tired, though there are pockets of redevelopment where there are views to the sea. It has not benefitted from major tourism even though Herculaneum is located there. We and our friends stayed in...

We booked this hotel at the last minute based on the availability of free parking. As we drove up, we were a little worried as it looked like it might be on street parking. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove through the gates and found a nice hotel (converted from a palace) with a lovely garden in the back...

Built at the beginning of the 18th century as a villa for a king..history, design and presence, but old buildings need looking after, and in this building the ghosts have been idle. We liked the manager Andrea who wants to turn it around, its potentially magnificent, but now Miss Haversham would feel at home along with Basil, Sybil and Manuel.....

Once an exquisite villa, built for a Bourbon King but in need of a giant renovation to restore it. You won't like Ercolano, it's run down and not for tourists. Villa Signorini is similarly past its prime with less than modern standards and staff. Andrea, the manager is however excellent and hoping to turn it around. Protected on street parking,...

I was unsure if to book this hotel as the reviews were rather mixed. I am really glad I did. The hotel itself is an eighteenth century villa with beautiful frescoes and an idyllic garden. As many reviews say, on arrival one is rather taken aback by the surrounding streets and the hotel reception that does need updating. However, the...

This is a strange place. The building is beautiful- a real palace. Our room was like a museum. Large, with richly painted old ceilings, and a four poster bed. It also smelled like mold and old cigar. The wifi stopped working in the middle of the evening and never came back. The hotel as a whole felt unkept, not to...

We spent one night here as a stopover on way home and to visit Herculaneum.
