We went up for an overnight trip to celebrate a birthday. The location was amazing and the service was top notch. The food was very good and they made sure to take care of all of our special requests. They are very pet friendly and there multiple locations to walk with your pet that have stunning views.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a trip around South Tirol. The reception is stylish and modern with the interior offering a cozy mountain lodge feel as well as luxury. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms modern and well appointed. There is a lot to do: Swimming, hiking, tennis, horse riding, wellness, spa, saunas, golf, fitness, yoga, or you can do nothing and just relax in the garden areas. The restaurant has a hybrid of buffet and table service. The food is quite good with a broad variety of dishes. It is a typical holiday resort buffet restaurant vibe but the positives are that you have an assigned table for your stay and good table service with friendly service staff. The mountain views are great and very calming. It is a resort for families and or couples. The clientele are predominantly German, Swiss and Austrian but all the hotel staff speak good English and make you feel welcome. In the main foyer they have a games lounge with computerized tables with many games, this was a lot of fun. The only negatives were that we were asked if we required a turn down night service on our first night (should be standard), which we said we did want, but our rooms were not serviced so we did not have any fresh towels for the pools or the bathroom for the next morning. Check out is at 10:30 (rather early for a resort) and we had the housekeepers enter our rooms before we checked out (before 10:30). The bathroom amenities are in large bottles and just the minimum (for a luxury resort this could be greatly improved). Pleasing was that they charge your electric car and give water bottles for your travels at check out. Compared to other luxury resorts with similar price ranges, I feel this resort could do more with the overseeing of the finer details and aspects of guest stays in order to exceed expectations. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

How can it be in ac resort that considers itself a family resort that cigars are allowed on the outside terrace. Absolutely disgusting, one person smoking a cigar and the whole terrace is impacted. It's not just here to be fair but should not be allowed

Very nice hotel, good service. The SPA area is incredible, one of the best I have seen. The lap pool was also very good and clean. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but had a slight smell of smoke. This may be because they permit smoking on the balconies. Check in was very poor. No parking area or anyone to come and greet. We had to unload the car ourselves (with a baby) on a slope, a couple of things fell out and broke incl. perfume and an electric shaver. This did not interest the staff. The half board meant high quality breakfast and dinner but a complicated menu with expensive drinks. Not even water is included. Overall, a great place with a slightly aloof feel in a wonderful location. It's a luxury resort for people with money.

We've stayed here for 3 nights an it was truly amazing! Basically everything was perfect in this beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Our stay was full of relaxation and endulgement. The property offers everything you need, it is clean, the staff is professional and friendly at all times. The rooms are nice, spacious and functional. The food is great, breakfast and lunch is a treat, quality and selection is outstanding. I was a bit disappointed of the afternoon snack, in most other spa hotels there is again a buffet with hot and cold dished, at Andreus it is really really small, usually no hot dished at all and only a selection of two cold dishes, fruits and desserts. Not that in fact more is needed but if I compare with other Spa hotels in the same price range that would normally be the case. The Spa area is great, variety, clean and cosy but still very spaceous. The Pool area is perfect, lots of different places to explore, many different chairs and settings. One thing at the pool area that was a bit annoying is that I never found fresh towels, there was no designated area, wherefore every day I had to run around asking the staff for towels, I guess such a simple thing could easily be improved. We'll definately loved this place and certainly will be back!

We were part of the opening of the new sports tower with an adults only pool area. This additional investment was everything to achieve excellence. The spot is beautiful and the option you have to chill, being sportive or just go hiking or cycling is just amazing. If you arrive you get great service and meet friendly people. The food and wine selection is really outstanding, so there is nothing to miss. Visiting the Golf Lodge for Dinner completed the experience. Thanks to Family Fink.

I can rate the hotel as excellent even that not everything was perfect. Efforts of family Fink keep the hotel on the level and offer you a valuable choices. All rooms seems to have a mountain view. Room was elegant, big and well organised. Bed: soft mattress is a problem of many hotels for me, pillows variety are for every taste. Good cleaning service, interesting design. Big playground, daily fitness/wellness courses, relaxing saunas, warm outdoor pool in winter, life music in the evening, delicious food (half board) and more...are attracting various guests.

This larger family run hotel is an excellent base to explore and enjoy the Passaiertal north of Meran. The rooms are spacious and offer an amazing view. Located next to a golf course and with easy access to all the numerous hikes and bike ride options in the valley, the hotel also offers a number of daily fitness classes, yoga/pilates sessions or tennis courts. The SPA area has a number of saunas and the garden offers next to sunbathing options, 3 pools, a beach-volleyball court and a small football/basketball place. Breakfast and dinner options are extensive, varied and of high quality in addition to a well stocked wine cellar. The staff is very friendly and the large number of returning guests speaks for an ongoing high quality of service. For an active mountain holiday the Andreus hotel is a nearly ideal place.
