Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A great place for quiet, comfortable relaxation or/and active relaxation in nature - skiing in winter, trekking in summer. Very good restaurant in terms of price and quality, pleasant service, helpful and caring administration. It would be nice if they did not start abusing by increasing the prices of services after receiving good customer ratings. At the moment, I would rate the price-quality service ratio at 4.5 points.

We spent 4 nights with our family at Hotel Bacher. The hotel is managed by a family - all members are great hosts and provided excellent service. The hotel is situted at a magical place - as we stayed here in the winter, it was great for winter hiking (the hotel provided snowshoes free of charge) and for those who do cross country skiing, the slope is just next door. There's a small ski slope in the village as well, but the nearest ski resorts, Speikboden and Klausberg are both just perfect. Good quality slopes and not crowdy. We loved them. The hotel just re-opened after a renovation, with brand newly refurnished rooms - beds and bathroom were very comfortable (we stayed in a family room). There's a nice wellness area (probably because we came just after the reopening, the water was cold for us, but the saunas are great). I have to mention, that the food was very-very nice: breakfast is from a buffet - a good choice and good quality, and the five course dinners were amazing - they were very special, every day. I am sure we will return someday :-)

Excellent service by all members of the Bacher family. Special thanks to the barman/waiter/hike-guide who deserves 7* out of 5. Also the lady who made gluten free meals available. She deserves 6* of 5 too. Nice sauna and indoor pool. Right next to the Nordic ski place. Pity we arrived very late the first night and left very early the last night so we missed 1 dinner and one breakfast. Reception closes at 8 or 9pm. Opens around 7:30. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We spent 4 days two winters ago in this hotel two adults and girl 5 years. Bought coupon via Megabon offer. First, nature is really idyllic. Small wally, surrounded with mountain peaks, all in snow. There is also some ski-slopes, ideal for beginners, far from hustle of Kronplatz and other busy ski resorts. On my personal opinion, there is even too many hotels and lodging places for such place. Hotel is family owned, so you can get this more personal feeling when in contact with personnel. Rooms are small, bit rustically decorated, but clean and sufficient. Bathroom also small and clean. From the balcony we had beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. Pool and sauna were small, but pleasant. Breakfast was ok, with sufficient variety. At that time, it was necessary to choose your dinner menu during the breakfast time, what was unusual but interesting. Food for dinner were tasty and with proper quality. And you can save your napkin in the envelope for the next day, for the environmental reasons. All to sum, we would like to come again, when it will be opportunity.
