Overall a very good place to stay. The staff are nice and attentive without heing overbearing and bothersome. Didn't see much lecherous behaviour that you sometimes see in Turkey. The pool is big enough for the number of guests and there is never an issue getting a sunbed. The sunbeds are cushioned, and I didn't see any that were broken. There is a good number of parasol's and tables as well, so there is never an issue finding these.

We ate in for breakfast almost every day and never had any issues. The prices are at a relatively average rate for the area and the prices slightly cheaper than most places. There is a 24-hour reception and shop which is convenient.

Smiley was the main reception you will deal with during the day and she lives up to her name and was always happy and polite. We paid to keep our room on for the last day and they were happy to let us stay even after the 6PM extended deadline.

The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very dated and they are bordering on becoming an issue. I think they need refurbishing soon to prevent them from becoming a bigger negative than the positives.

The cleaning was generally good and the bed was always made and the floors mopped. However, we only seemed to get one set of clean towels during our stay which is a bit too long for us. New towels every 3 days or so would be more reasonable. Similarly, the bed covers were stained which wasn't great to see

There were exposed electrics, very old and ineffective air con (none in the bedroom) and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. You do get what you pay for, and we are used to basic accommodation in Turkey but it is getting towards being overly basic.

Overall the stay was a positive and we would stay again but the hotel could really improve if it changed a couple of things and had some light refurbishment and a fresh lick of paint.

Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We have just come back from a 15 night stay here. All I am going to say is WOW.

Oral, Oktay and Ahmet (or Oral, Oz and Las are the guests fondly call them) are absolute DREAM TEAM, three amazing brothers who along with every member of their staff made our holiday amazing.

The hotel is clean, friendly and full to the brim of returning guests, and now we know why.

Nothing was too much for them, they made sure we, and the 22 guests we flew out for our wedding were taken care of like royalty.

The pool is clean, the rooms sparkling, the food and drinks are not only reasonably priced but DELICIOUS, and what we loved the most about this place is you can sit at the bar with one drink all day if you wanted and no one bothers you for more!!!

This is 1000% the best hotel we've found in Marmaris and we will be returning a couple of times a year now as a family, and every year for our wedding anniversary with the 22 guests who came out for our wedding.

We arrived as strangers and left as family.

Thank you so much and we will see you in October.❤️

We traveled to Turkey 🇹🇷 and booked here for my elderly mother as we were staying in the Cettia apartments just across the road.
From the first phone call from the uk to the owner ( one of them ) Oral his name was he couldn’t of been more helpful I felt instantly at ease knowing my mum ( she’s 72) would be well looked after if I wasn’t there.
He re-assured me if there was anything she needed she only had to ask. She was given a room on reception level which was perfect the bed was a double , the living room had a couch , table , fridge, cooking facilities just basic but didn’t really need them there’s air-con ( payable) but didn’t need it just thought it’s worth mentioning these apartments have no TV’s not a major issue just some elderly people like a bit tv on a night, luckily she had Netflix on her phone so she was sorted.
Overall a very welcoming pleasant stay the lady in reception was lovely to and also the young guy who was there on reception all night
Would definitely recommend these apartments and would stay again. We also ate in the restaurant and the meal was beautiful and fairly priced.

As the title suggests we didn't even stay here, well my fella and I didn't, our friends did, having had their holiday in our hotel cancelled... we have never been made to feel, more welcome.

The majority of the staff are related in some way or another, brothers, cousins, dad's and uncles... But thats what makes the place so magic. Its loved. Very welcoming. Family orientated. Chilled. Happy. An awesome environment for anyone needing a holiday.

Food was Bob on. Staffs family and children would be eating there most days and you know that's a good sign. Breakfasts good. Pizzas good. Salads good. Pasta good. Everything we tried we ate and we liked.

They went to great lengths to help us in anyway they could and ever with a smile on their face and no expectation. If we had plans for the evening they wished us a good night as we left.

If you want a nice, chilled, clean, good grubbed, family orientated hotel this is the place to stay in Marmaris.

We can't wait to go back.

Our first time at these apartments. Yes the rooms aren’t modern and need updated but they are clean. We changed room due to a leak but this was done with minimal hassle and the management never stopped apologising. You will need to pay for air conditioning and the safe. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From day one they know your name and make you feel welcome. The bar is open until you go to bed so ideal. The pool is lovely and clean. Regretfully we didn’t eat here but will return. Don’t exchange your money in the UK…do it in Turkey at the hotel as they give a way better rate. This hotel is in an ideal location. We can’t wait to return!

The place is very run down.
Not worth the money.
The rooms weren't cleaned the whole 2 weeks we were there. Windows were filthy.
Bed sheets had rips in them.
Door handles broken.
Shower was freezing cold and leaked.
Lights were broken with glass still in the light frame.
We were made to feel so uncomfortable due to not eating at the hotel on a daily basis.
Guests were drunk at 7am, yes were all on holiday but to be swearing and shouting at 7am is not very family friendly.
Manager didn't seem fussed as they were paying customers.
We changed hotels half way through our holiday due to how bad the hotel was and how bad it was run.
We have been this hotel a few times before which is why we returned, however on this occasion I was really appalled.
They also offer a airport transfer, all well amd good having nice motors, but when you pay for drinks to be included and don't even get offered water. Disappointed.

We didn’t stay here we had to do a package holiday because of covid so we stayed at another hotel unfortunately which we quickly regretted as we love this hotel it’s family run and they really look after you . I had my birthday party here in august when we came and I had the best time the food and drinks were amazing and I was really spoilt ! I think it’s the people that make a hotel / restaurant good and these guys do . They are very family orientated as they all have family’s of there own there so good with kids .

Organised hotel and transfers with Oral via messnger. Transfer vehicle was immaculate and the efes in the cold box most welcome. Ground floor pool view delivered as promised by Oral again. Couple of new faces Ali,Cardor and CJ all perfect gentlemen. Food was amazing and if they did mushy peas the fish would have been world class. The COVID precautions were excellent and strongly adhered to. A brilliant holiday and nice to meet friends in the hotel as well. Thanks to Laz for looking after us in the bar area and another immaculate vehicle for the return transfer excellently driven by Oz. I wish you guys the best of luck for the rest of the season and all being well see you next year.
