Le Lavandin is run by an American hands-on host who couldn't be more helpful. It's a beautiful relaxing atmosphere with a pool and fantastic breakfast. Georgia will make dinner reservations for you and offer suggestions of where to visit in the region. Rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

My husband and I arrived at Le Lavandin late in the afternoon, weary from a long drive that started in the Dordogne Region. Approaching this lovely property nestled in the countryside of Provence, we were filled with the anticipation of spending 4 days immersing ourselves in authentic Provencial life. We could not have picked a better place to stay! Darling...

For the fourth time, we stayed at Le Lavandin B & , B in Provence in June, 2014. It is a slice of paradise situated near a small Provencal town, Pernes-les-Fountaine. Georgia, the innkeeper, is in her 14th year, after moving from the US to France to build this oasis surrounded by gorgeous gardens. The breakfasts are substantial and varied,...

It was my third visit to Georgia Perrin's perfect piece of Provencal Heaven, Le Lavandin, and my first time to experience one of her special week-long programs. I've dreamed of participating in her French Cooking Week, but no amount of dreaming could have prepared my husband and I for what was to come! With her signature style--making it all look...
