We did get picked up at the airport, but had to go searching for the driver (he was not out front for 5-10 minutes after we exited). The hotel overall was adequate. Room was fine. Wifi did not work at all anywhere at this location...More
These folks know what they are doing. They pick you up at the airport in a nice van with a friendly english speaking driver. The front desk clerks are nice and quick. The restaurant is probably the best in town and you get a comfy...More
In a small where decent hotels and restaurants are non-existant, the In Boutique stands out as the last and only option... The public areas are very clean and well maintained, the F/D staff rather helpfull and the pool a definite plus.

I stayed at the Wewak on two occasions, before and after a canoe trip on the Sepik River. its charming, the restaurant is terrific, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers. A soothing outdoor, saltwater pool. Quiet. Charming, but remote.
Considering the isolation of Wewak, the facility and the staff exceed all expectations. Rooms were well appointed and the food is some of the best selections in all of PNG.
The Boutique will always remain as my 1st choice when in Wewak.
Hi BraidsL, there was no free wifi but we did buy blocks of time where you get a log in password which enables you to connect to their internet. It doesn't cost much and you get a good fast service. Hope this helps, Wayne.
