An OK experience overall. Nice pool but rooms, e.g., bedding and bathrooms in the villas were cold and unappealing. No WiFi in villas. Noisy on weekend (nights) with events going on. Little efforts were made to accommodate for late breakfast or snack.

I've stayed for 2 nights in a teambuilding. The garden and pool are very nice and the location has a lot of potential. Too bad for the awful accomodation. I stayed in a room in one of the little villas. The room was quite small and smelled of mold. It was dark and very cold. The furniture was rather cheap...

I don't recommend this place, they have all kind of events during the weekend nights, the music is too loud, no chances to rest. It's also expensive for what they offer. They also don't have enough chairs around the pool and it's almost impossible to find someone there to help you, the food is not so good, anyway, as i...

The room was clean, nice bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Poor WiFi signal, very few breakfast choices. The small fridge in the room can hold about 3 big bottles. Had trouble with water pressure in the shower and the doors at the shower cabin. There is no parking, you have to park on the street. Most of the employees are...

Breakfast it's a lie, room are equiped with the cheapest furniture, staff it's not trained (some of them are ok but at the reception not trained at all), all this for a...

We came here for a Salsa Fest event and stayed 3 nights. The event was awesone but the accomodation and overall hotel service pretty poor. We paid 60€ per night for both Fest and Accomodation and I don't know how much went into the accomodation, but the room was really basic, LOTS of loud noise from the guests and music...

I think this is the worst review on TA ever. On the other hand, the short stay at Club D'or is the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. Usually I try to identify at least one good point. For them, I guess the only employee that deserves some credit is the landscape artist - gardening man. The...

I've been there to be at the location of the Salsa Festival which takes place there yearly. Apparently, they had 2* and 3* options for us. The 3* was worse than 2* and both options look like 1*; only some rooms had a fridge (who came fast got a fridge, regardless of the option booked), no air conditioning (not even...

they didn't clean the room every day, didn't change the bed, breakfast was very bad, the pool was the main attraction, the food that we paid in the restaurant was good, service is good, most of the staff was nice to us and the kids. Good place to stay with kids.
