Edward & Megan run a very clean and safe campsite, with the most beautiful scenery. Both are professional and kind and go the extra mile to help you! easy access in to Bala and Chester is only 30 miles away there is a Michelin restaurant 8 miles away. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Me and partner visited last year and had an amazing time. The site is well looked after and the toilets and and shower's were very clean and the showers lasted a good amount of time and was always hot. Meg was amazing she waiting for us to arrive and showed us around the site and let us pic our own...

I have visited this site twice, second time being easter bank hol weekend. The location is fantastic and the views are spectacular. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside was with the campsite being relatively full we were put on a grass pitch, and with the full weekend of rain it got quite muddy also the amenity block could...

Me my wife and my little man Dexter spent Easter weekend on this fantastic little gem of a camp site. The location is fantastic. The facilities were spotless. Right on the edge of the lake with water sports on site. Waking up to the fantastic views of the mountains and the lake who could wish for more. The owner and...

We arrived at the site late on the Saturday afternoon after visiting the local waterfalls. The staff were very helpful and advised us on the pitches available. There are plenty of electric hook ups, toilets and showers and a small shop on site which is located about 3 miles from Bala. The camp site is large and I would expect it...

At first the place seemed great large areas to camp on so quite a distance away from everyone else on the campsite. There was 13 of us all paying customers no avoiding paying. We thought for the first day to spend it at the lake as it was a nice day. So we set up all our chairs by the...

I have never felt so insulted at a place I have visited in all of my life. It's funny that most of these reviews are about the 'lady' that runs the site, but our problems were with a man. A group of 12 friends and I (aged 20-24) had stayed at this site for 3 nights, although I had arrived...

I have never been to a worse campsite in my life. I arrived with a group of friends and was treated like a hooligan! I was even asked by the owner if I spoke English after he asked us to move to a dirty space of water so that we would not disturb other campers. Not only did he spend...

We spent 3 nights here by the lake, the site itself was really beautiful, having the view of the lake when you get out of your tent in the morning and with good facilities. Before arriving we had spoken with the site staff who confirmed that they were happy for our group of 13 to camp at their site. They...

We camped for 3 nights, the location is beautiful. We had so much fun playing on the lake/river which offered lots of shallow places for paddling and fun and games in the field playing badminton and flying kites. A fantastic opportunity to bond as a family with good old fashioned camping! No clubs, bright light or arcades to empty your...
