Copy House Hideaway is just spectacular! The huts have been lovingly furnished to feel like a cosy little hideaway. Phil and Lisa were so helpful and welcoming both before and during our stay. I couldn't recommend the huts enough - the surrounding countryside and view is just beautiful; the hot tubs are sheltered but consideration for the view has been taken so you can chill out with some prosecco and music in the heated snug and admire the scenery. The huts are lovely and warm as well, even on the very chilly evenings, you can always light the log burner in the hut if you want and Phil is always on hand with extra firewood if you need it. Copy House Hideaway will be a staple getaway for us no with regular visits booked - we already have a week booked in the summer - fingers crossed Covid won't interrupt that as we are already so excited. Also, the place is off the grid and you can getaway from everything but just incase you do want to watch a film on netflix or show off the place to your friends on facetime, the wifi is excellent! :)…
Throughly enjoyed my 40th birthday in Bracken Hut at Copy House Hideaway. Phil and Lisa are wonderful hosts supplying everything you need from a chilled bottle of Prosecco on arrival to tea, coffee, milk biscuits, toiletries and towels. We also ordered a breakfast hamper which was exceptional quality with everything supplied in the small but functional kitchen on which to cook after a chilled evening enjoying the hot tub in the adjoining barn with music, games and wonderful views. The little personal touches for my birthday (banner, little cake, blow up novelty in the hot tub) really made our stay. Absolutely could not fault the place or the hosts and cannot wait to return.
We stayed at Copy House for three nights and what an amazing three nights it has been. Lisa and Phil were so welcoming, prior to and on arrival. The attention to detail is phenomenal, biscuits, tea, coffee, fresh milk, water, butter...We were greeted with chilled Prosecco on arrival and we paid for the hot tub to be heated which is well worth it. Logs are available to buy on site too. Lisa and Phil showed us how to use everything and pointed out local things to do too which was really helpful. The hideaway itself is small and simple but so fantastic and you really don’t need much more than what is there. We thoroughly enjoyed being off grid, chilling and playing games every evening or sitting in the tub. The views are also amazing and there is so much to do locally. Lisa and Phil are fantastic hosts and were so knowledgeable about the area the huts. They were so welcoming and nothing was any trouble. We had an amazing time with our dog and will be back soon!…
OMG this place is amazing, so much I am reluctant to share as it is now our chosen hideaway! Booking again! we stayed 3 nights, it was so relaxing & peaceful - the hosts Lisa & Phil were so tentative made sure everything was just right, the thoughtful extras they have added to ensure your stay is perfect! From a welcome bottle of wine, drunk whilst warming the wood burning hot tub and looking out of the stunning views... so much fun was had tending to the fire, to the nespresso machine and tub of naughty chocolate bars - cozy rugs and dressing gowns to help you snuggle in for the evening. The hut itself was lovely and warm and if required for even more ambience a hobbit burner to stare at as the sun goes down. I could write and write how great this place is... We can’t wait to be back…
