Stayed for 2 nights at this absolutely stunning place, and we did not want to come home! Wish we’d booked a week. Everything about these huts is just perfect, the owners Phil and Lisa have literally thought of everything, all basis have been covered. The welcome hamper of a drink of your choice & home made biscuits was a lovely treat, plus the added extras of bread, milk, coffee etc. The huts themselves are beautifully done, and to a very high standard. The views from the hot tub are out of this world, the sunsets were breathtaking. The location is spot on too, just a walk away to the nearest local pub which was fab, and only a picturesque drive away from other attractions such as Malham Cove. We honestly had the best stay and cannot wait to be able to book again. Thank you!!!

We can't recommend this place enough! We are a couple in our 40's who like a bit of walking and somewhere to relax and a bonus for the amazing Instagram photos! It's definitely our most favourite UK destination to date. Our host Lisa rang us 2 days before our trip to say the accommodation would be ready for our stay the day before and allowed us to book an extra nights stay because of this, so pleased we did.
On arrival Lisa was so welcoming and gave us a tour. It was pre warmed (fire and underfloor heating), pre lit with amazing lighting and the hot tub was all ready for us.
There were so many little extras such as fresh bread, fresh milk, butter, jam, water and also a fab bottle of red wine as our preferred gift.
There is a fantastic guide book with instructions on how to use everything in the accommodation and the QR code links to You Tube with step by step instructions from Lisa herself were genius and so easy to follow, especially with the Nespresso machine which I wouldn't have had a clue about but absolutely made full use of with the complementary pods available. The washer and dryer were a fantastic addition to dry off robes and towels after use as was the Bose speaker for our music and the Wifi for our internet connection.
Lisa also provides some QR codes for ideas for local walks and takeaway menus from the local area.
On arrival the clean and freshness of the accommodation was our 1st impression, it was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, even a dishwasher! The only thing we could possibly add to this were salt and pepper which we forgot to bring. The decor of the whole place is stunning! The fire and TV with Netflix etc plus a few books and board games were very well thought out and the little things like shower gel, shampoo, soaps, robes and a hairdryer in a beautiful vanity unit made it so easy to settle in and feel at home. The sofa, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and we felt so relaxed and slept so well. Despite the weather being windy and some rain we still made great use of the amazing hot tub and heated sun room on the top deck and even managed to light an open fire in the fire pit/bbq. The only thing we would have added would have been some extra coverage on the canopy to protect from the wind and rain while in use during the weather (typical for the month we visited). The whole place is private and secluded from the other accommodation and the view on a clear day was superb. This was the perfect place to explore the beautiful places such as Malom and Ingleton waterfalls trail which is an absolute bucket list must see. If you are looking to book an amazing, unique and unforgettable stay in North Yorkshire with the most amazing host then look no further than Copy House Hideaway! Absolutely 10/10. Thank you so much for helping us make amazing memories xx

Copy House Hideaway is just spectacular! The huts have been lovingly furnished to feel like a cosy little hideaway. Phil and Lisa were so helpful and welcoming both before and during our stay. I couldn't recommend the huts enough - the surrounding countryside and view is just beautiful; the hot tubs are sheltered but consideration for the view has been taken so you can chill out with some prosecco and music in the heated snug and admire the scenery. The huts are lovely and warm as well, even on the very chilly evenings, you can always light the log burner in the hut if you want and Phil is always on hand with extra firewood if you need it. Copy House Hideaway will be a staple getaway for us no with regular visits booked - we already have a week booked in the summer - fingers crossed Covid won't interrupt that as we are already so excited. Also, the place is off the grid and you can getaway from everything but just incase you do want to watch a film on netflix or show off the place to your friends on facetime, the wifi is excellent! :)

Throughly enjoyed my 40th birthday in Bracken Hut at Copy House Hideaway. Phil and Lisa are wonderful hosts supplying everything you need from a chilled bottle of Prosecco on arrival to tea, coffee, milk biscuits, toiletries and towels. We also ordered a breakfast hamper which was exceptional quality with everything supplied in the small but functional kitchen on which to cook after a chilled evening enjoying the hot tub in the adjoining barn with music, games and wonderful views. The little personal touches for my birthday (banner, little cake, blow up novelty in the hot tub) really made our stay. Absolutely could not fault the place or the hosts and cannot wait to return.

My partner and I stayed in the Bracken Hut for two nights and it was truly amazing. The hut was beautifully decorated with every attention to detail from the sumptuous bedding and cosy throws to the chilled bottle of bubbly on arrival. We were greeted by our host Phil who made us feel so welcome and special. Our communication to Lisa was also brilliant. She was so attentive to our needs by making sure we were looked after during our stay. The eco hot tub was the highlight for us and being able to relax in such beautiful surroundings felt magical. The views looking out from the hut was stunning and an ideal location to explore the Yorkshire dales. We could not recommend this place enough. Thank you so much Phil and Lisa for our truly wonderful birthday weekend.

This is our third or fourth time at Copyhouse. This time we stayed in the Barn and just wow! Phil and Lisa have thought of everything, including dog treats and bowls, milk, bread etc.

We usually stay in the huts but with a 6ft 5 partner and now two dogs, the huts are maybe a bit too small for us now. The barn is really cosy and spacious with underfloor heating, washing facilities, fire, tvs and the best shower I have ever used. Being able to keep the tub as a set temperature is great.

The hosts Lisa and Phil are fabulous, nothing is ever too much. We have already booked again and will be back many more times.

We stayed at Copy House for three nights and what an amazing three nights it has been. Lisa and Phil were so welcoming, prior to and on arrival. The attention to detail is phenomenal, biscuits, tea, coffee, fresh milk, water, butter...We were greeted with chilled Prosecco on arrival and we paid for the hot tub to be heated which is well worth it. Logs are available to buy on site too. Lisa and Phil showed us how to use everything and pointed out local things to do too which was really helpful.

The hideaway itself is small and simple but so fantastic and you really don’t need much more than what is there. We thoroughly enjoyed being off grid, chilling and playing games every evening or sitting in the tub. The views are also amazing and there is so much to do locally.

Lisa and Phil are fantastic hosts and were so knowledgeable about the area the huts. They were so welcoming and nothing was any trouble. We had an amazing time with our dog and will be back soon!

Myself and my partner have had an amazing stay for my 30th birthday. The barn we stayed in was so cosy and clean and had everything we could have ever needed!! The hotub which is upstairs on the decking was heated for when we got there and stayed at the perfect temp throughout for us to keep dipping into. The view from up there was breathtaking. We had a walk around the local area to a pub where we had some lovely home cooked food - there is plenty of different walks to go on which is detailed on the leaflets in the barn. Lisa and Phil the hosts were brilliant,
nothing was a problem (even pulling us up the track in the car to get out of the snow! Although the snow did make our stay more magical)

When we arrived at the property we were given a great tour round and there was lots of info and booklets in there too. The barn was secluded and quiet but we had the contact details for Phil and Lisa incase we needed them.

Myself and my partner are planning on returning and will be recommending to everyone!!

We have just returned from a lovely weekend at copy
house hideaway staying in the Barn, (having
previously stayed in one of the shepherds huts last
year). What can I say Phil & Lisa have thought of
everything! The Barn is stunning, the attention to
detail is fantastic nothing has been missed out. Total luxury. You
have everything you need and more. The tumble dryer
was great to dry our swimwear after some time in the
hot tub which was always perfectly hot the little
extras. Like procecco is a lovely touch. The same
goes for the shepherds huts, we have stayed in many
shepherds huts and copy house hideaways is by far
the best one ). When you book and you should book
definitely order the breakfast and bbq packs the food
is freshly sourced and beautiful and saves time taking
food or shopping when you're there to free up time to
enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It's the perfect
break to get away from everything no matter what the
weather. If we could give it more than five stars we would. We will definitely be back next year

OMG this place is amazing, so much I am reluctant to share as it is now our chosen hideaway! Booking again! we stayed 3 nights, it was so relaxing & peaceful - the hosts Lisa & Phil were so tentative made sure everything was just right, the thoughtful extras they have added to ensure your stay is perfect! From a welcome bottle of wine, drunk whilst warming the wood burning hot tub and looking out of the stunning views... so much fun was had tending to the fire, to the nespresso machine and tub of naughty chocolate bars - cozy rugs and dressing gowns to help you snuggle in for the evening. The hut itself was lovely and warm and if required for even more ambience a hobbit burner to stare at as the sun goes down. I could write and write how great this place is...
We can’t wait to be back
