Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went on a family visit as people I know had been and speak highly on the place. Firstly a visit here isn’t 5 star, but at the price point I don’t think you can really expect it. This is not to say there is anything wrong with the hotel. We stayed in a master suite and it was huge, decoration was modern and immaculate, up there with most hotels. The wider hotel is spotless, you can’t really find a fault in this way with the place. The main reason this resort is not a true 5 star is the food, now it’s not bad but it’s pretty standard buffet offering. There are some a la carte restaurants you can use 3 times during your stay, which although immaculately decorated are average at best in terms of food quality. I’ve stayed in the cheaper Bahia resorts in Tenerife before and the food and drinks here aren’t that much better, you’re paying extra for a nicer resort. If I’d not been to an Ikos resort before then maybe I would rate the food higher, but that chain takes all inclusive holidays to true 5 star levels, but you are paying quite a bit more for their resorts, the world has moved on since Covid seemingly with holidays costing so much more now, so at the price point I think this place deserves a 5 star review. I think where this place really shines is for families with young children, the entertainment staff are on point from the moment the day starts until it ends, always things on, things to watch, and you get to see a couple of high end shows in the theatre with your stay which my son thought was amazing, and I think this is where this place wins, they go out of there way to entertain kids which makes it a perfect holiday that you can overlook the food for, in reality as a destination for young kids it’s better than Ikos for these reasons. Will boo booking again.

Hotel's Favourite
WE HONESTLY HAD THE BEST TIME HERE. This hotel seems to have a lot of bad reviews but I consider myself and my family a bit of hotel and food snobs and we couldn’t fault the place. Our most recent all inclusive holidays have been to Hilton Dalaman which is a 5 star hotel adhering to Hilton Group standards) CHECK IN – I had already logged in on the app and done the check in on there with our passports. I had also already booked our 3 dinners and 2 shows. We arrived at the resort late in the afternoon so had no problem getting our room as we were long past the check in time. We were checked in by the loveliest, friendliest lady. We were taken to our room by a bell-hop who was also very friendly and helpfully gave us a mini tour of what things were as we were taken to our room – the hotel is a bit like a maze but you get used to it and the blocks seem far bigger in pictures than in reality. Everything is done via your wristband which is cool and saves having to remember a room key ROOM – we were in room 3217. This room is on the “ground” floor and faces out from the hotel. I was a bit gutted to not be facing the pool/castle, but the reality is, we spend very little time in the room and spend zero time on the balcony. We faced nothing and it was incredibly quiet which suited us (minus the sound of planes but that doesn’t bother us as we live on a flight path at home anyway). Photo with the cactus is the view from our room These rooms are AMAZING. They are so big. So comfy. So modern. The best room I have ever stayed in. I loved that there were 2 sliding doors between “our” side and our son’s side of the room. These doors were even black out so the light didn’t shine through. There was even a toilet in “his” side of the room. The beds were incredibly comfy. In the master bedroom it is 2 large singles pushed together (which was kind of nice not to share a duvet with my duvet stealing husband). The child slept on a double sofa bed which was also very comfy. Bathroom was lovely and big. 2 sinks, a nice little step to help the child up to the sink height. Bath which was sunk down. Large shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is stocked in the shower in bottles attached to the wall. We were always up and out every morning early so the cleaner tended to do our room first as we were right by their station they started at, so that was really good. POOL – YOU DO NOT NEED TO GET UP EARLY TO GET A SUNBED. Ignore what people say. Yes, lots of people do (I’m convinced they do it before they go to bed) but you don’t need to. I went down around 6/7am but only because I was on my way to the gym/run and because we got to the pool for opening at 9am. It should be noted though that even at that time of day I was unable to get a front row sunbed. Which was fine. We don’t leave our kid in the pool unattended as he is 5 years old and it was hot so we were happy to be in the pool. HOWEVER you can always get a sunbed at the pool at any time – this was in August when the hotel was fully booked. Holidays are not for getting up at the crack of dawn for a sunbed. Pool was incredibly for my 5 year old. He had the best time. He started in the smaller splash pool, would then spend a good hour in the slide pool (and yes, we would manage to get a sunbed round the slide pool at any time of day so we could sit on a sunbed to watch him – this was maybe a couple of rows back but we told him where we were and we could see him going up the stairs and down the slides from there, plus there’s lifeguards if anything were to happen fast). The tree pool is the entertainment pool and there is a “carpet” put out for an hour each day. It attracts a long queue and was fun and novel for the first few days and then he grew bored of it. This pool was in the shade in the morning so was a little chilly but warmed up quickly. Top pools looked lovely and more relaxed than the lower pools as these didn’t have the entertainment and music. There is also a large pool inflatable that goes out once a week on a Wednesday, this is in the top pool. Again, this attracts a long queue and is novel for a few goes. The only thing with the pool is that you cannot take large pool inflatables. I thought we would miss having something but actually there is so much other things to do that we didn’t and it was nice to not have them blowing around. A lot of fun can also be had with a pool noodle. Hotel provide towels 1 per person Poolside area is slippy like any area. The tiles are not textured so I guess maybe they are slightly more slippy than others. I wore flip flops always (but do anyway as the surface can be hot) and I didn’t slip. Husband wore bare feet and he didn’t slip at all. Child was in slip free shoes and had one slip when he was being a pain and doing something I had told him not to do. Did see a few people slip over but they all bounced and didn’t see any bad falls. They also clean a section of the poolside each day and stack up those sunbeds at a time and then open the section later on. Sunbeds are comfy and there are plenty of umbrellas for shade. AND I could even find a sunbed to move to in the shade most afternoons if I wanted (plenty of sunbeds for all, see) BUFFET RESTAURANT – we found the food here absolutely fine. There is no dress code here other than no wet clothes and shoes have to be worn. Staff in here are all very helpful and attentive. Waiter will immediately come over once you have sat down to take drinks order. They take away used plates quickly too Breakfast: we tended to aim to get to breakfast around 8.30am as it got busier the closer you get to 9am, but did end up there at 9am almost half the time we were there. We always opted to sit outside for breakfast which meant it wasn’t busy or noisy. Brilliant choice of food at breakfast – hot food, pancakes, lots of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, live cooking station I think doing omelettes. Also lots of drink options – normal fruit juices and smoothies from the machine, coffee machine, milkshakes, also some freshly blitzed juices. Lunch: we always went to lunch at the buffet restaurant too to break up the day. Didn’t open till 1pm which I found was quite late for an all inclusive hotel, usually lunch would be served from noon, but it was fine as we had breakfast quite late anyway. Plenty of food options here. Often the options at lunch were better than for dinner, mainly because I like veg and there were better veg options for lunch (vegetables not veggie). There was always a burger or hot dog at lunch. Plus always 3 pasta options. Meat was live cooked if you wanted it (chicken, fish, pork, beef). We sat against the windows to the outside area which was nice and quiet. Dinner: similar options to lunch to be honest but less veg! we tended to get to dinner for 7pm and never had any issues with noise or it feeling busy. We sat against the windows to the outside area which made for a longer walk to the buffet but maybe that’s why we didn’t find it busy or noisy. The days we went to the shows we didn’t get to dinner till 8pm and we did notice those days that it was a lot more busy and they seated you rather than allowing you to seat yourselves. A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS Dreams Factory: We did this one evening. It is Mexican themed. I know a lot of people don’t want to “waste” a booking on this but my child really enjoyed doing something different one of the nights (we did it after a show so that we didn’t feel like we were waiting around for 8pm). I think he felt quite special that all the games were out and there weren’t many people booked in. He didn’t eat that well as for him, 8pm food is late, and because he just wanted to play. But we enjoyed it and didn’t consider it a waste Ladon (Steak House): this was amazing and was well worth paying extra for the fillet steak. It was gorgeous. I consider my husband a huge food snob and he said it was the best filet steak he had ever had. It was perfectly cooked to medium-rare. My son ate all his salmon here which is unheard of. I also had the fish which was lovely. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Nemuru (Japanese): again, this was amazing. We opted to have sushi instead of a starter so this was included rather than paid for which was nice. They also provided lots of prawn crackers and sauce while we waited (and topped them up for us). Husband had the duck as a main which was worth paying the extra food. I had the tuna which was amazing. Child had the noodles which was a big portion for him but he did well with it. It was his first Japanese/sushi experience and he ate well The a la carte restaurants aren’t very busy and they don’t seem to full them up. Although we were there at 6.30/7pm so they probably got closer to capacity after 8pm. Staff in all these restaurants were so helpful and attentive. You get 3 bookings per week and they are absolutely worth doing. DRINKS During the day at the pool drinks are self serve. TAKE YOUR OWN DRINKING CUPS (even take a carrier for the drinking cups) as the ones provided are paper and small. I liked being able to serve myself for water and soft drinks (wine and beer is also self serve). There are slushy drinks and cocktails at the castle and the adult bar. These are lovely. Castle also does ice cream. The lobby bar and the sports bar also do fab cocktails and mocktails. Yes, they don’t provide straws, the hotel is trying to be environmentally responsible which we should all be supporting. They do go a bit mental with the alcohol measures!!!! SHOWS OH MY GOD the shows are INCREDIBLE. The performers are nothing short of PHENOMINAL athletes. We seen Toy Circus and Carnival. Both were AMAZING. You get 2 shows, make sure you use them both as they are top class. I believe all the shows are worth seeing. I had thought Toy Circus would be my 5 year old son’s fave but he actually said he preferred Carnival as he liked the people hanging from the ceiling. There is also a weekly show on a Wednesday by the tree. This doesn’t start till 9.30pm and lasts half hour but they have a PHENOMINAL electric violinist playing for about 40 minutes before the start. She was AMAZING. You are not required to book for this show, they lay out the sunbeds by the pool. This shop was the same people who perform in the theatre, top class again. Just incredible. DO NOT MISS THE SHOWS!!! OTHER ENTERTAINMENT The crew round the pool all work so hard putting on multiple entertainment games every day. What’s on can be seen via the app. The app doesn’t work very well over the wifi. There is also the Candy Man who is in reception every day from approx. 10:40am which isn’t adveristed anywhere. Not sure how long he stays but he is still there well past 11. He has all his circus tricks there with him and teaches the kids how to do them. He also lets them have some sweets once they are done. We enjoyed getting there every day just before 11am as a little break from the sun for my son and to break up the morning a little. He loved spinning the plates and now wants to be a clown when he grows up. Kids club was a good size. My child didn't want to go in but we were still able to go down in the afternoon to use the bouncy castle they had outside which he enjoyed and was time out of the sun for him. Staff at the kids club were always super friendly and seemed to be very good with the kids. Daily mini disco at the castle every evening, except 1 evening which is a candy man show clown type show. There is other entertainment like bingo and quiz in the Sports Bar of an evening but I was long asleep by then. Other stuff is going on for teens. There is also a games room so take some cash!! Most games are 1 euro. The child loved going here once every day with his "allowance". There is also table tennis outside this area, this is free and the bats are obtained from the teen club WEATHER Because other people complain about the wind. We were there the start of August. It was a little windy at times. Just ensure you take towel pegs. Ensure all items are secured if you are going away from your sunbed. We didn’t find the wind a bother and welcomed it as it was very hot. It may be more of an issue in the colder months WIFI The WIFI works to an extent (messaging, snapchat, fb, insta, sending photos) but isn’t sufficient to download episodes on Netflix so make sure you have everything you need already downloaded! It would be good if the hotel could sort out the wifi to work a little better GYM The gym opens at 6 but is roasting hot even at that time. They could do with sorting the air con out in here. 2 treadmills. Water machines which were nice and cold. Towels provided. Weirdly no toilet in here so would have to go up to nearer the pool to use the toilet. They do provide a circuit class early ish in the morning (8 or 9am). But for anyone whose a runner you can go out the back gate of the hotel, using your wristband for the gate, and run along to the left. You can go a fair enough way and it’s a pedestrianised path. It doesn’t get light till around 7am but the path has lamps on. You can also run to the right but that’s a shorter distance before you reach the dirt road and loop back round towards the front of the hotel. You can also go out the front and just run the 3k loop clockwise or anti-clock that’s out in front of the hotel. This also has street lamps. As a woman I wouldn’t go running till around 6.45am as wasn’t happy any earlier as the sun didn’t rise till 7.30am Well done for making it this far – I would recommend the hotel. I would return to this hotel. It is lovely

There really aren’t any negatives the place is amazing and we normally avoid family resorts. The only things I would change would be an adults only restaurant and bath robes in the rooms. Loved Nemeru restaurant :-)

I have stayed here three times and can honestly say the buffet lets it down from scoring higher on trio advisor. Pros - the hotel is a great location, clean, and the pools are great. There are pools for infants, juniors, and adults - but of course, that is dependent on the person. There is entertainment for the infant's everyday. The hotel is immaculate. If you do see any mess, it's generally from the guests being ofnorant and having no respect. The rooms are great, where they put you is just potluck. the cleaners come daily. They are friendly and their work is to a good standard. CON - the buffet is rubbish. The staff are rude and you could be sat there throughout your meal without a drink. Cold drinks used to be self-service, but for some reason, it's a very poor table service. The food is poor and generally luke warm at best. Some staff seem more concerned that there only 2 of you sat on a single table set up with cutlery for 4. The staff look miserable, and to be fair, they don't look like they've all been trained to the same standards, either that or they are just plain rude and uninterested. You shouldn't have to look for nearby restaurants because the food is so bad. Also, there is only one way to enter/leave the buffet. It could have been designed so much better. This is a great resort, let down by MOST, not all the staff, especially in the buffet area. My 9 year daughter came out of the gift shop and said, "She was so rude, we will walk up the road to the shop in the future" about a blonde haired lady. There are expected standards from me and probably most people holidaying here and unfortunately most of the staff are far from that.

I'll start by saying this hotel was perfect for what we were looking for with our 2 year old daughter which was a comfortable room at a resort with lots of pools and activities to keep her busy throughout the day. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return here without hesitation. The family suite was great, with sliding doors separating the sitting room area from the main bedroom, so we didn't have to sit in the dark once she went to sleep. We couldn't have asked for a better room layout. The pools on the lower deck area were perfect for kids and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed all of them at various times during our stay. There's a splash pad with a small slide for younger kids and then a larger waterpark area for older kids as well as another pool where they do the daily activities. This area seemed to be where most of the families hung out, which makes sense, and then there was an additional pool on the upper deck that seemed to be where people without children were hanging out. There were always lots of activities going on throughout the day with the kids club, which unfortunately our daughter was too young for, but it looked fantastic for those with older children so they could get a break. With that said, this absolutely isn't a 5 star hotel. Perhaps it was because we were there in low season (November) or this resort is having trouble finding good employees like a lot of other places but the service was basically non-existent, which is problematic for 5 star resort. It was adequate at the a la carte restaurants but truly awful at the buffet. There were multiple meals where we didn't even get offered a drink the whole time we were eating and had to go searching for a waiter or just help ourselves to the water station. This was fine for our circumstances because I'm pregnant and wasn't looking for alcoholic drinks but it would have been incredibly annoying had we wanted drinks or went here expecting 5 star service. Especially given that this resort is priced higher as a result of the 5 star rating. Ultimately, this was really the only flaw, which for us wasn't major, but for others could make or break a vacation. So if service is important to you, I would suggest a different resort but otherwise this one is great.

Overall great experience, but was let down by the reception staff at check-in and checking out. Many staff's were there but seems they were busy among them self's. As we qued to check-in they weren't bothered at all. We just stood there like lemons as they were laughing and giggling with colleagues. Same thing on check out. 3 staff were serving 1 guest while we stood there at check out counter for 15 mins until I ask shouted out the are we going to stay here all day. That's not a 5 star service. Management definitely needs to look in that issues as there are many reviews with the same issues.

Overall we had a fun child-centric holiday! Given it was our first one with little ones, we had a good time, however there were definitely some niggly bits that could be improved upon. Pros: - Room: we got an upgrade to a family suite (I assume due to low capacity as it was low season), which was beautiful, spacious and comfy. - Food quality: the buffet was really good and varied, especially compared to other hotel buffets we have tried! Lots of different choice each day. - Shows: we were shocked to find that there were no daily evening shows available for all. However over 5 nights, we got entry to 1 show and it was incredible! Papinder was the best hotel show I've ever seen! So it was kind of worth having quality over quantity. We also managed to see Toy Circus as an extra, which was also good, but not as incredible. - Communal area: the pools and loungers were kept clean and I was very impressed to also have access to clean toilets all day, so the cleaning staff were definitely present. The rooms were also always cleaned to a high standard. The nursing room was also very comfortable. - Massage: we got massages at the spa and the staff were all lovely, friendly and provided a wonderful service. - Reception: the staff were very kind and helpful, even helping to put us in touch with our travel agents when we had some issues with transfers that had nothing to do with the hotel. - Entertainment: while we did not make a lot of use of this as our babies were too young, it looked like a well organised and fun programme! There was also stuff for all ages, including a teen area with an arcade and soft play for younger kids. We personally loved the foam party, which was very popular! - Bars: the lobby bar was very nice and comfortable, with some nicer drink options. The live music outside the bar at night was really lovely! - Castle: this was a really fun part of the hotel, with lots of fun music and lights in the evening. It definitely added to the atmosphere! - Location: the hotel is less than 15mins drive from the airport, which is very convenient when travelling with kids. - Hotel decor: everything in the hotel is well presented and decorated, so you feel like you're in a high quality place. - Technology: there is a comprehensive app available which is easy to use. We used it to book our restaurant slot and track activities. It was also great in the middle of the night when we used the app to request an extra blanket, which came in under 10mins! There are also wristbands with a chip to access your room door, which is so much better than carrying a card around. You also used this for the towel deposit or any expenses, which was very straight forward and convenient. Cons: - Room locations: we travelled as an extended family but the rooms were very far apart (1 in block 1 and 2 in block 6, across the other side of the hotel). We travelled with the aim of helping each other but could not easily do this due to the room locations. - Accessibility: this was poor! Given it was a child focused hotel and most guests had strollers, it was so hard to navigate with barely any lifts, which were also tiny lifts. Most guests (including us) just dragged strollers up and down steps as it was quicker than walking ages to find a tiny lift. - Restaurants: we had 2 reservation slots for our 5 nights, to be used at any of the 3 a la carte restaurants. However it is pretty impossible to use these slots! We went on the app after check in and was only able to get 1 slot on our last day. So it's a bit of a con, as you can't even use them! - Buffet: the layout is a bit annoying as you have to walk quite far from tables to get to the food. I would suggest creating a second buffet area closer to the entrance. - Plates and glasses: omg the self-help plates and glasses were always filthy! Whenever I would go to a vending machine for a drink, I would have to go through at least 5 glasses to find 1 as they would have marks (like lipstick, food, grease) and I saw many supposedly clean plates at the buffet with dirty food on them. This is a real problem and NEEDS to be fixed asap! - Baby stations: we only found 2 in the entire hotel. They were super far and not well stocked. They contained 1 steriliser, without instructions, so we could not use it. - Communal area: the toilets barely had any working sinks (maybe 1 out of 3 would work) and there was only one nursing room available (from what we saw). - Room: while very nice, a niggly point is that there were no toiletries by the bath and as they were attached to the wall in the shower, this was a bit of a flaw. Thankfully I packed my own to use in the bath! - Service: while staff were polite, I would expect more service at a 5 star resort. No one offers you a drink by the pool and the queues at the bar can be long (even at low season). - Massage: while the personalised massage was lovely, I'm not sure why it was called a personalised massage when there was no personalisation. We weren't asked anything other than medical screening questions, so it was just a standard massage. Personally I would have liked some focus areas but I wasn't given a chance to ask for this.

The hotel is lovely, very clean, and a great pool area. This place is great if you have kids. Staff were friendly, especially bar staff, and drinks are good san Miguel on tap. Just help yourself, cocktails ok. However, the food in the buffet was cold, unappetising. The best thing is pancakes. We have eaten out for the last 3 days and only there for 5 days. There are some lovely walks along the back of the hotel, with bars and places to eat. There's a fabulous pancake place where the food was amazing. we had breakfast and lunch there, well worth a visit.

We had a stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia in November 2022. It was such a great experience and were very accomodating to the disabled in our party of five. It was such a great experience to an almost perfect extent that we had to go back in november 2023 - and so we did! Prior to our stay, we made contact to Bahia Principe to let them know that we had a disabled in the party and we wished to have adjacent rooms. Prior to the stay we tried to check in, as we currently are “blue members” which gives us a number of advantages. But we couldn’t check in online, as the hotel had distributed the guests in our party to random rooms. We arrived at 12:00. Again, we let the reception know of the disabled in the party (stairs and long distances is a hurdle). We brought international documentation of the disability. The receptionist said they would take that into consideration. We asked for our room number and were told that they didn’t know yet and therefore couldn’t tell us our room numbers, as she continued to write down the room number in the “control de equipaje/lugage control slip”. I still don’t understand the need to lie, when clearly they knew the room number. We had to wait 3 hours for a room. We got the room - it was a room in the back of the hotel in block 3! We were told that there were several lifts. We’re here now and the closest lift has been out of order for the last two days (26. and 27. november 2023). This is not a disability friendly hotel, please bear in mind when booking! Because of the random allocation on rooms, we couldn’t book restaurants. Somehow the reception made a mistake during check in, so the app was not working properly - somehow one of the males in the party had one of the women’s passport data in the system. We went to the reception 6 times during the first day! The last visit was a bad experience with a receptionist “Rut” snarl at us, until she realised Bahia made this mistake, not us. It was such a weird experience to pay so much money for a hotel stay and then experience the staff being rude. Even though you are “given” the three visits to the restaurants - it’s not guaranteed. Remember when we wrote that we couldn’t check in prior to our stay because Bahia made a mistake? Yup, that mistake almost took away our chance of booking a restaurant, since you can book the restaurants prior to your stay - but only if the app is working, that is… The food in the buffet is bland and everything is primarily the favorite of a classic British family (beans, toast, uncooked bacon etc.). The buffet is obviously targeted the British guests - it does not seem like we are in Spain at all. Burgers for breakfast with candy on top of it? Please! We went to Ladon (steakhouse) and had to walk out because the food was a disaster. We got the starter and main course at the same time. The beef was uncut-able. Therefore we wen’t to the buffet as we were hungry - but the staff in the buffet told us that Landon had to call them - not very “all inclusive”. To be fair, the Asian restaurant was very bad the last time we went, but this time it was the best experience of the entire stay - the staff there is really sweet and the food was pretty decent. What we don’t understand is: At breakfast you are able to take cava, vodka(?!), juices etc. by yourself. At lunch and dinner you are not allowed to self serve drinks - and they don’t fill up unless you specifically ask them to - if you are lucky to get their attention. From one day to the other, the rules changed. At our prior stay - and on the first 6 days of this stay - we would get two towels each. All of a sudden, it was only possible to get one. This meant that our 4 year old were freezing when getting out of the pool. Somehow the atmosphere of this hotel has changed. The staff seems annoyed and the guests, which consists of 80% Brit’s, takes up a disproportionate amount of the space at the hotel with a lot of noise, discussions and a lack of manners. People sat smoking weed at the balconies, brought their own sound systems, shouted at the lifeguards for saving their kids, dried themselves in other people’s towels, let their kids go to pools without adult supervision etc. Not the family friendly resort we remember. For people who went here a year ago who’s looking to come back; The light show with the dragon at the castle is not there anymore. The kids don’t get a “welcome”-bag as they did last year. Not disabled-friendly anymore.

We would like to point out the hotel does not distribute people in rooms as we just stick to the information provided by the service provider/agency. We invite our guests to adapt to check in and check out times, we always try our best to give a room in case they come earlier, however they should bear in mind that our team needs to clean properly the rooms to offer the best service. We kindly inform you that in the hotel there are enough ramps and elevators to move around. Regarding a la carte restaurant bookings, we invite our guests to complete it prior arrival, so they can check available services as a la carte restaurants. We apologize if the gastronomic offer in the main restaurant was not up to your expectations. We will pass your comments to the executive chef for supervision. Luxurious feel to the hotel, we had a master suite which was fabulous. Super king bed sofa bed and balcony. Family oriented, 5 pools including 1 adults only. Plenty of sun beds. Electronic chip in wristband made everything from getting in the room to getting towels super easy. Lobby bar and sports bar were excellent. The only things that let the hotel down were the food and the rudeness of waiting staff! One night we had left drinks on the table to go and get dessert when we got back rentable had been cleared and the drinks gone! Attendant by the infinity pool had to be woken up to assist an elderly gentleman who had slipped and fallen! Same attendant when asked if he could help with a sun umbrella just said no and walked off! Food buffet style and lukewarm however freshly made omelet’s made to order. Lots of pork on offer. The 3 specialty restaurants were good, the steak restaurant not as good as the other 2. Asian restaurant the best in my opinion. Lots of cocktails to choose from so all in all a good resort.
