The Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife garners applause for its cleanliness and spacious rooms, with the staff's attentiveness often highlighted by visitors. While the vibrant atmosphere, complete with live shows, is a hit for many, some guests caution about the noise levels and a sense of repetition. The family-friendly amenities, especially the heated pools, are popular, though concerns about pool safety and temperature arise.
Service experiences vary, with reports of inconsistency. Additionally, while the setting is picturesque for some, others find the location a tad isolated, casting a shadow on the hotel's overall value.

Detailed Reviews
Hotel's Favourite
WE HONESTLY HAD THE BEST TIME HERE. This hotel seems to have a lot of bad reviews but I consider myself and my family a bit of hotel and food snobs and we couldn’t fault the place. Our most recent all inclusive holidays have been to Hilton Dalaman which is a 5 star hotel adhering to Hilton Group standards)
CHECK IN – I had already logged in on the app and done the check in on there with our passports. I had also already booked our 3 dinners and 2 shows. We arrived at the resort late in the afternoon so had no problem getting our room as we were long past the check in time. We were checked in by the loveliest, friendliest lady. We were taken to our room by a bell-hop who was also very friendly and helpfully gave us a mini tour of what things were as we were taken to our room – the hotel is a bit like a maze but you get used to it and the blocks seem far bigger in pictures than in reality.
Everything is done via your wristband which is cool and saves having to remember a room key
ROOM – we were in room 3217. This room is on the “ground” floor and faces out from the hotel. I was a bit gutted to not be facing the pool/castle, but the reality is, we spend very little time in the room and spend zero time on the balcony. We faced nothing and it was incredibly quiet which suited us (minus the sound of planes but that doesn’t bother us as we live on a flight path at home anyway). Photo with the cactus is the view from our room
These rooms are AMAZING. They are so big. So comfy. So modern. The best room I have ever stayed in. I loved that there were 2 sliding doors between “our” side and our son’s side of the room. These doors were even black out so the light didn’t shine through. There was even a toilet in “his” side of the room. The beds were incredibly comfy. In the master bedroom it is 2 large singles pushed together (which was kind of nice not to share a duvet with my duvet stealing husband). The child slept on a double sofa bed which was also very comfy.
Bathroom was lovely and big. 2 sinks, a nice little step to help the child up to the sink height. Bath which was sunk down. Large shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is stocked in the shower in bottles attached to the wall.
We were always up and out every morning early so the cleaner tended to do our room first as we were right by their station they started at, so that was really good.
POOL – YOU DO NOT NEED TO GET UP EARLY TO GET A SUNBED. Ignore what people say. Yes, lots of people do (I’m convinced they do it before they go to bed) but you don’t need to. I went down around 6/7am but only because I was on my way to the gym/run and because we got to the pool for opening at 9am. It should be noted though that even at that time of day I was unable to get a front row sunbed. Which was fine. We don’t leave our kid in the pool unattended as he is 5 years old and it was hot so we were happy to be in the pool. HOWEVER you can always get a sunbed at the pool at any time – this was in August when the hotel was fully booked. Holidays are not for getting up at the crack of dawn for a sunbed.
Pool was incredibly for my 5 year old. He had the best time. He started in the smaller splash pool, would then spend a good hour in the slide pool (and yes, we would manage to get a sunbed round the slide pool at any time of day so we could sit on a sunbed to watch him – this was maybe a couple of rows back but we told him where we were and we could see him going up the stairs and down the slides from there, plus there’s lifeguards if anything were to happen fast). The tree pool is the entertainment pool and there is a “carpet” put out for an hour each day. It attracts a long queue and was fun and novel for the first few days and then he grew bored of it. This pool was in the shade in the morning so was a little chilly but warmed up quickly. Top pools looked lovely and more relaxed than the lower pools as these didn’t have the entertainment and music. There is also a large pool inflatable that goes out once a week on a Wednesday, this is in the top pool. Again, this attracts a long queue and is novel for a few goes.
The only thing with the pool is that you cannot take large pool inflatables. I thought we would miss having something but actually there is so much other things to do that we didn’t and it was nice to not have them blowing around. A lot of fun can also be had with a pool noodle.
Hotel provide towels 1 per person
Poolside area is slippy like any area. The tiles are not textured so I guess maybe they are slightly more slippy than others. I wore flip flops always (but do anyway as the surface can be hot) and I didn’t slip. Husband wore bare feet and he didn’t slip at all. Child was in slip free shoes and had one slip when he was being a pain and doing something I had told him not to do. Did see a few people slip over but they all bounced and didn’t see any bad falls.
They also clean a section of the poolside each day and stack up those sunbeds at a time and then open the section later on. Sunbeds are comfy and there are plenty of umbrellas for shade. AND I could even find a sunbed to move to in the shade most afternoons if I wanted (plenty of sunbeds for all, see)
BUFFET RESTAURANT – we found the food here absolutely fine. There is no dress code here other than no wet clothes and shoes have to be worn. Staff in here are all very helpful and attentive. Waiter will immediately come over once you have sat down to take drinks order. They take away used plates quickly too
Breakfast: we tended to aim to get to breakfast around 8.30am as it got busier the closer you get to 9am, but did end up there at 9am almost half the time we were there. We always opted to sit outside for breakfast which meant it wasn’t busy or noisy. Brilliant choice of food at breakfast – hot food, pancakes, lots of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, live cooking station I think doing omelettes. Also lots of drink options – normal fruit juices and smoothies from the machine, coffee machine, milkshakes, also some freshly blitzed juices.
Lunch: we always went to lunch at the buffet restaurant too to break up the day. Didn’t open till 1pm which I found was quite late for an all inclusive hotel, usually lunch would be served from noon, but it was fine as we had breakfast quite late anyway. Plenty of food options here. Often the options at lunch were better than for dinner, mainly because I like veg and there were better veg options for lunch (vegetables not veggie). There was always a burger or hot dog at lunch. Plus always 3 pasta options. Meat was live cooked if you wanted it (chicken, fish, pork, beef). We sat against the windows to the outside area which was nice and quiet.
Dinner: similar options to lunch to be honest but less veg! we tended to get to dinner for 7pm and never had any issues with noise or it feeling busy. We sat against the windows to the outside area which made for a longer walk to the buffet but maybe that’s why we didn’t find it busy or noisy. The days we went to the shows we didn’t get to dinner till 8pm and we did notice those days that it was a lot more busy and they seated you rather than allowing you to seat yourselves.
A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS
Dreams Factory: We did this one evening. It is Mexican themed. I know a lot of people don’t want to “waste” a booking on this but my child really enjoyed doing something different one of the nights (we did it after a show so that we didn’t feel like we were waiting around for 8pm). I think he felt quite special that all the games were out and there weren’t many people booked in. He didn’t eat that well as for him, 8pm food is late, and because he just wanted to play. But we enjoyed it and didn’t consider it a waste
Ladon (Steak House): this was amazing and was well worth paying extra for the fillet steak. It was gorgeous. I consider my husband a huge food snob and he said it was the best filet steak he had ever had. It was perfectly cooked to medium-rare. My son ate all his salmon here which is unheard of. I also had the fish which was lovely. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.
Nemuru (Japanese): again, this was amazing. We opted to have sushi instead of a starter so this was included rather than paid for which was nice. They also provided lots of prawn crackers and sauce while we waited (and topped them up for us). Husband had the duck as a main which was worth paying the extra food. I had the tuna which was amazing. Child had the noodles which was a big portion for him but he did well with it. It was his first Japanese/sushi experience and he ate well
The a la carte restaurants aren’t very busy and they don’t seem to full them up. Although we were there at 6.30/7pm so they probably got closer to capacity after 8pm. Staff in all these restaurants were so helpful and attentive. You get 3 bookings per week and they are absolutely worth doing.
DRINKS
During the day at the pool drinks are self serve. TAKE YOUR OWN DRINKING CUPS (even take a carrier for the drinking cups) as the ones provided are paper and small. I liked being able to serve myself for water and soft drinks (wine and beer is also self serve). There are slushy drinks and cocktails at the castle and the adult bar. These are lovely. Castle also does ice cream.
The lobby bar and the sports bar also do fab cocktails and mocktails. Yes, they don’t provide straws, the hotel is trying to be environmentally responsible which we should all be supporting.
They do go a bit mental with the alcohol measures!!!!
SHOWS
OH MY GOD the shows are INCREDIBLE. The performers are nothing short of PHENOMINAL athletes. We seen Toy Circus and Carnival. Both were AMAZING. You get 2 shows, make sure you use them both as they are top class. I believe all the shows are worth seeing. I had thought Toy Circus would be my 5 year old son’s fave but he actually said he preferred Carnival as he liked the people hanging from the ceiling.
There is also a weekly show on a Wednesday by the tree. This doesn’t start till 9.30pm and lasts half hour but they have a PHENOMINAL electric violinist playing for about 40 minutes before the start. She was AMAZING. You are not required to book for this show, they lay out the sunbeds by the pool. This shop was the same people who perform in the theatre, top class again. Just incredible.
DO NOT MISS THE SHOWS!!!
OTHER ENTERTAINMENT
The crew round the pool all work so hard putting on multiple entertainment games every day. What’s on can be seen via the app. The app doesn’t work very well over the wifi.
There is also the Candy Man who is in reception every day from approx. 10:40am which isn’t adveristed anywhere. Not sure how long he stays but he is still there well past 11. He has all his circus tricks there with him and teaches the kids how to do them. He also lets them have some sweets once they are done. We enjoyed getting there every day just before 11am as a little break from the sun for my son and to break up the morning a little. He loved spinning the plates and now wants to be a clown when he grows up.
Kids club was a good size. My child didn't want to go in but we were still able to go down in the afternoon to use the bouncy castle they had outside which he enjoyed and was time out of the sun for him. Staff at the kids club were always super friendly and seemed to be very good with the kids.
Daily mini disco at the castle every evening, except 1 evening which is a candy man show clown type show. There is other entertainment like bingo and quiz in the Sports Bar of an evening but I was long asleep by then. Other stuff is going on for teens.
There is also a games room so take some cash!! Most games are 1 euro. The child loved going here once every day with his "allowance". There is also table tennis outside this area, this is free and the bats are obtained from the teen club
WEATHER
Because other people complain about the wind. We were there the start of August. It was a little windy at times. Just ensure you take towel pegs. Ensure all items are secured if you are going away from your sunbed. We didn’t find the wind a bother and welcomed it as it was very hot. It may be more of an issue in the colder months
WIFI
The WIFI works to an extent (messaging, snapchat, fb, insta, sending photos) but isn’t sufficient to download episodes on Netflix so make sure you have everything you need already downloaded! It would be good if the hotel could sort out the wifi to work a little better
GYM
The gym opens at 6 but is roasting hot even at that time. They could do with sorting the air con out in here. 2 treadmills. Water machines which were nice and cold. Towels provided. Weirdly no toilet in here so would have to go up to nearer the pool to use the toilet. They do provide a circuit class early ish in the morning (8 or 9am).
But for anyone whose a runner you can go out the back gate of the hotel, using your wristband for the gate, and run along to the left. You can go a fair enough way and it’s a pedestrianised path. It doesn’t get light till around 7am but the path has lamps on. You can also run to the right but that’s a shorter distance before you reach the dirt road and loop back round towards the front of the hotel. You can also go out the front and just run the 3k loop clockwise or anti-clock that’s out in front of the hotel. This also has street lamps. As a woman I wouldn’t go running till around 6.45am as wasn’t happy any earlier as the sun didn’t rise till 7.30am
Well done for making it this far – I would recommend the hotel. I would return to this hotel. It is lovely

We were a family of 9(5 adults and 4 children) spending Christmas and New Year there.
Hotel
It is clean, pristine and spacious there is a army of cleaning staff constantly cleaning areas of hotel picking and cleaning rubbish up that some inconsiderate holiday makers leave behind. A gym that opens at six.
Bars
It has a good sports bar that has live football and other sports and 2 pool tables and a dart board. A couple of small outside bars near the main reception and a big bar in the main hotel but it does sometimes get a long time to get served not enough bar staff.
Rooms
Immaculate you can not fault them, plenty of towels free mini bar (2,San Miguel,1,fanta orange, 1,sprite,2,bottles of water,2,cokes and a fruit juice) filled daily and tea making facilities. Large plasma tv but only 3English channels of which you can only get sound with films on 2of the channels but you don't come on holiday to watch tv. And a free safe which makes a change.
Pools
Kids pool area brilliant mini water park for them and a big pool that all the events take place in but very very slippery round it saw a few people fall over. On the upper terrace more adult orientated heated pools and 1un heated pool and less windy there and 1 affinity pool near the gym.
Shows
Could only get booked for 3 of which the imox was the best.
Food
In the main eating area breakfast was a nightmare to lound and a age to wait for an omelette the food was a bit repetitive and a bit of a miss match to make a meal but the biggest problem was that most of the time it was COLD. We had Christmas day dinner which was ok but New Year's day was a let down. We tried the steak house which you had to book but was decent enough but the Italian was a massive let down and only 1 waitress run off her feet. The dream factory was fantastic you could get a late breakfast in there also cold. But the kids loved it a bit like a McDonald's and at lunch could always get a salad and made myself a sandwich.
The New Year celebrations was a bit of a let down no main area to celebrate a bit fragmented celbrations going off in different bars. The resort is a bit out of the way but a 10 minute walk into San blass where there was a few more bars, shops and eating places. It was about 25 minutes and 25 euros in a taxi to las americas. But i would definitely recommend to families they don't really have to leave the hotel.

Just returned from a week here. The hotel is large but none of the public areas feel crowded. The staff are all excellent and keen to assist they are all English speaking as well.
We had a total of three rooms for our family of 10. The junior suite and master suites are big enough for families with many extras not normally found. We also had a corner superior room which was large for just 2 of us. Daily housekeeping keep all the rooms well maintained and are very attentive to detail. Every evening there are laser light shows which use the opposite rooms and the castle. Children love it.
The daily activities range from yoga, children’s activities and more beside. There are children’s entertainers around the pool area and reception area, but a special mention has to be made of the evening entertainment in the main theatre. Make sure you get there early to get good seats, the company doing the production are very professional and something you would happily pay to watch.
There are 3 sit down restaurants and a large main buffet. The speciality restaurants are grill, Asian and Italian. All offer good food and excellent service. Do make sure you use them. Our package included a free meal in each of them. The main buffet is quite noisy and you may have to queue to get in if going at the most popular time. The waiters getting drinks and water can be very busy so be prepared for a wait. We found the best thing was for one person to stay at the table until you’d ordered your drinks. The food is very varied and caters for all tastes and ages, although you may find yourself doing several laps until totally sorted. We had breakfast each day (and lunch most days) in the smaller buffet The Dream Factory which is a cross between a fast food Mac Donald style and the most amazing buffet of breakfast imaginable and wonderful salads for lunch.
The all inclusive drinks package offers a good choice of cocktails and spirts although there is only one beer and one wine of each colour. Having said that there are so many stations and bars you don’t have a problem getting to it.
There are so many pools you’ll never feel crowded and each one has a lifeguard on duty. You pay a 10 euro deposit for cards which you exchange for towels, you can exchange them during the day for clean ones You will get your deposit back when you return your cards to reception as you check out. Be aware that you do have to pay a cash deposit so make sure you have enough Euros with you.
All in all a fantastic holiday for families and somewhere we would be very happy to return to.

We visited in January for 10 days and it was not a disappointment. It is such a clean and lovely hotel with very friendly staff who are very helpful. The pools are heated in the winter which is great and the weather was warm and sunny!
Food
The only thing i would say that needs improvement is the food in the buffet restaurant. They had some good food however the had the same food every lunch/dinner every night so the variety isn't massive and doesn't change. However the Italian restaurant, that you have to book whilst you are there, is amazing! the food is gorgeous and the restaurant design is stunning.
Hotel Rooms
The hotel rooms are so clean and fresh. They have room service everyday and have a mini bar which is included and gets re-filled everyday as well! The rooms also have a free of use safety box that you can use which is great. Lots of wardrobe space and massive shower which is great.
Location
The location of the hotel is great. It is not too far from Playa Des Americas which is one of the main tourist locations in Tenerife. It is around 15-20 minutes drive. They have a very good bus service which is very cheap to use (it was 5.20 euros for 2 adults from Golf del Sur to Playa Des Americas) which is much cheaper than a taxi. (this was around 25 euros one way).
Recommendations
Definitely visit Siam Park! It is one of the best water parks i have ever been to and would definitely recommend it to anyone, even families with small children as they have an amazing children's area. However the food is very expensive for what you get. I would also recommend Hard Rock Cafe Tenerife. The food is AMAZING and the staff are lovely and very helpful.
TUI
Personally, the service from TUI this time around on this holiday was not to the best standard. They were not very helpful and the actual physical representation of the TUI reps at the hotel/airport/overall service was very poor. This was a disappointment as i have been on many holidays with TUI and had no problems at all. We were not given any guidance on what to do when we arrived at the airport or the hotel and there was only a rep at the hotel every other day for 2 hours at a time, the times were different on the days so it was hard to know when someone would be around. The flights were not comfortable as the planes were not to the best standards. However the staff on the planes were very friendly and helpful after we were delayed for over an hour on the plane.
Overall
The overall holiday was very good and i only had a couple of tweeks for the hotel which would be the food needs improvement and the Tui Representation at the hotel could be much better. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone, couples and families.

Loved this hotel!! Staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you, Our room was spacious, clean and modern. We were very lucky to have a view of the castle, great for watching the light display at night.
Pool facilities are ideal for younger children, the splash park was loved very much by our little boy.
Entertainment- you do have to book but it is well worth it, would highly recommend.
Food- Great choice and very friendly staff. Attention to detail like highchairs covered in cling film so you know they have been thoroughly cleaned for the next persons use really does make this place stand out. Loved the diner style restaurant by the pool.
Although we did not need the facilities ourselves it caters well for families travelling with young babies, designated changing rooms on each corridor with warming facilities, changing mats etc.
Would definitely return to this hotel.

Reading these negative reviews and trying to work out if my partner & I stayed at the same resort as these people.
We were relocated last minute from another hotel and was nervous about going to a different one as we hadn’t personally booked it. That being said, when we arrived we were greeted by a Porter who took our cases and showed us to reception. We checked in and was told we were upgraded to a family master suite. When we got to our room it was unreal, sparkling clean and beautiful.
Our first day we spent by the pool which was clean and well looked after. You have to wear a face mask whilst walking around the resort unless seated at a table/bar/sun lounger (they are quite strict but I personally thought that was great due to covid restrictions etc).
The terrace bar was open until 11pm but the sports bar was open until midnight. The bar staff & waiters/waitresses were great, so polite & they were always kind.
One morning at 8am we went for breakfast abs the staff were sanitising all the sun loungers, steaming the floors and the whole resort was spotless. You get 3 meals for free in their fancy restaurants (otherwise it’s the Buffett) and the service and food provided was brilliant. There’s also a burger bar incase you don’t want the Buffett for lunch.
There’s also a light show on the castle at 10:40pm which we were amazed by.
We booked the Hydro Pool out for an hour and it comes with a steam bath and sauna too for 25€ each. We really enjoyed it.
Definitely 5* & would highly recommend it. Please do not look at these negative reviews and let them determine your views before booking. We loved it so much!

My girlfriend Paula and me have just returned from an awesome weeks holiday at the amazing Bahia principe Fantasia hotel. We had read mixed reports about this hotel, many saying there was bad smells of sewage, we stayed in block 2 and were allocated a fantastic room with views of the many pools and of the beautiful castle, we can honestly say we never smelt sewage at all on our holiday. The staff at the hotel are excellent and very helpful, checking in was quick and efficient, food was amazing and there was always a wide variety of things to eat. We booked the steak restaurant for paulas birthday and it was really nice, also the staff put a banner on the door saying happy birthday and gave her a card and a bottle of wine on her birthday. There are heated pools and an unheated infinity pool, and there are adult only pools and loads of child friendly pools and slides if you have young children. The staff are constantly cleaning and doing maintenance work to keep this hotel immaculate. There is a lovely 10 to 15 minute walk along to the small

We could not fault this hotel in any way, even the sports bar where I went to watch the football on Saturday was included in the all inclusive, we’ll definitely be booking to come back again.... Fantastic hotel!
Family of 2 adults, 14yo, 12yo & 4yo.
Taxi from airport took 15mins and only €15 each way, not prebooked, just jumped in one from taxi bay.
Hotel is spotless. Housekeeping are regularly cleaning communal areas, the rooms are well decorated and not tired, and they were visibility sanitising the sun loungers regularly during our stay.
Masks need to be worn indoors, when walking around, during the theatre shows, and when getting drinks at the bars. UK rules of no masks when sat down also apply. They will not serve you at an outdoor bar without a mask. The only exception for mask wearing is when you are poolside the rule is more flexible.
Lovely alcoholic slushie cocktails from Infinity & Castle Bars. Castle bar also has non alcoholic slushies for kids. Self serve beer (San Miguel), wine (Red, white & rose), water, juice, coke, sprite, Fanta available throughout pool area.
The Buffet restaurant and Dreams Factory both served great breakfasts. Dreams was less noisy than the main buffet, but with less choice.
Fast food available all day from Dreams Factory, and snacks (baguettes, pizza, cakes) from Sports Bar from the afternoon until past midnight.
Steakhouse was our favourite A La Cart. We managed to dine there twice. The Asian and Italian were also lovely. Download the menu via QR code, or on website before arriving. They did have additional items not shown on menu, eg grilled chicken breast & chips in steakhouse, and sushi in the Asian restaurant. Unlimited drinks applies in these too, and the house wines were lovely.
The staff are exceptional! Every area appeared to keep very high standards of cleanliness, presentation and range of food. The staff were always helpful, and in particular we spoke with one of the managers Cedric whom was telling us how much he loved working at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
We managed to watch 2 shows, both started at 7pm and lasted one hour.
We watched the BabyLadon show which was about a baby dragon hatching from an egg… it was ok, but we wouldn’t want to see it again. The 4yo enjoyed it though.
The IMOX show was incredible. It was full of acrobatics, contemporary dancers, magic, and illusions. We all loved this show, it felt like a West End production!
There are some small shops out the front of the hotel where the kids picked up some souvenirs, and we got some snacks for the journey home. These were at a fraction of the price of the lobby shop.
The only negative points I would say are that the Mini bar was only replenished with water daily, there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, and it was windy when we were there (End July).

The rooms were nice and spacious, the pools were good for kids but cold and tiles very slippy by the pool. The food and entertainment were a real disappointment. Food salty and with cheap produce, any vegetables cooked to within an inch of its life. The buffet area is absolute chaos and long queues (morning & evening). The restaurants you can book for are a little better, that's if you can manage to book but the food was also over salted and poorly cooked. The cafe was next to the pool was all deep fried food, very unhealthy, however there was a small salad bar but any fruit left out (including at reception) was rotten and inedible. To top it off my partner are undercooked raw pork one night which we made the manager aware of, they quickly removed the entire tray of pork but who knows if any one else had eaten it, my partner was very sick that evening because of it.
We visited the theatre for the half an hour show on 1 night, our other 6 nights there was no other entertainment. New Year's eve we expected a party, it was lacking any atmosphere and after the singer had finished after an hour at 9:30pm, there was nothing to do. We were told by the singer herself the hotel had booked them that day, a poor effort for such a large hotel. A DJ turned up about 11pm and proceeded to set up which presumably took quite a while, we left and went back to our room due to sheer boredom.
The service was good and the kids club was a credit but children between the age of 6-13 struggled in the evening with anything to do, apart from the indoor toddler room and teen room from 13-17 there wasn't anything else.
We had a 20-25 min cab ride to Las Americas and Christianos just to entertain ourselves, costly at €40 round trip, it's not a local hotel and quite far from a good beach or shops.
Very boring and again the food was a real let down, considering we were all inclusive I didn't look forward to any meal for the entire week we stayed. We paid £3700 for me, my partner and our 2 children (2) & (10 MTHS) for a master suite with Sea View. Very pricey for what we got. It's safe to safe we won't be going back.

We stayed here for the last week of August 2021 as a family of 5 and very much enjoyed our holiday. To be fair after 2020 we were all very grateful just to experience a holiday and were not sure what to expect. The good points - The hotel is very clean and modern and for a family the rooms are exceptional. Very spacious and cleaned to a high standard, double doors separate the adult area from the children's room with both areas having televisions and toilets. There is a wide range of food and they are very strict on mask wearing and sanitising in the eating areas. The negative points definitely surround the booking system for the meals and shows. I didn't enjoy having to ensure I was on my phone just before 11am just to book a meal a show. The app is not really up to the job and would crash. We did manage to get all three meal entitlements for the week, but with a lot of effort. The shows were very difficult to book and the reception staff were not very helpful. I spent an hour one morning in reception while they tried to fix issues with the app. There should be a better way to resolve this and make it fairer. for a 5* hotel this is not convenient or acceptable when you are trying to relax. The kids club was more aimed at the Spanish children, which is fair and the entertainment during the day was not great. The pools are lovely and the outdoor lunch area is a great idea with the ordering system. Overall we had a fantastic time, but I agree with other reviewers that this is not quite five star yet and there is room for improvement. With the prices charged, this hotel is certainly not cheap and if you are expecting full five star service you will unfortunately be disappointed. If you manage to get a good deal definitely go and experience the place as the castle and tree are something very different and look amazing at night. Our children loved the pools and light shows, but felt the offering for kids entertainment, especially the disco was poor.

Nope all restocked everyday all included
We didn’t book until we arrived and got the reservations we wanted. Been three times and never struggled to get a la carte bookings
I have been in November and Jan and I wouldn’t say they are heated but they aren’t freezing.
