Went here for a nice honeymoon, when we arrived the place was dark dark dark. When we got our room the Chalet the sheets were dirty and the shower was broken. One of the windows would not close. They then changed our room, when we got there Geico's was there to greet us. Room was changed again and no air...

Perfect view, nice garden. While we were there a school class was joining us and had a big party (very loud and very long) . Without this party people it´s a lovely place. The stuff tried hard. We had a nice boat trip. It´s a little bit sad that all native animals (crocodiles, hippos, monkeys) are gone.

Beautiful place with a beautiful river and natural plantation surrounding it. Has a great swimming pool and great food. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves. We took lots of great pictures. I mean that day was memorable. The waitresses understood our choice food and served us as such. No doubt I'll love to be there again.

Very surprise to see how Afrikiko is well manage : nice and clean rooms, good attention, i'll come back .... only the internet disappointed but the nice wood architecture make it beautifull and nice place. reception did her best and the owner are very welcoming people ! I think the hotel is now competing strongly in Akosombo !

As all of Ghana, somewhat basic but clean and with appalling service. We had to make our own extra bed as the staff could not be bothered. The waitress did not understand any of our orders and we had hair in the food - though this happened everywhere!

Lovely place by the river. Beautiful gardens, and nice swimming pool. Food was really great. We stayed there as part of our honeymoon, and the staff decorated the room for us with some extra special honeymoon touches. Lovely en-suite with bath and shower, and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the good customer service.

Nice hotel on the banks of the River Volta. Our room was small but everything worked fine. Nice pool and reasonable food. They have a boat that offered trips on the river, an excursion that I recommend.

We normally stay at Adi Lake, but they were booked for our second night, so we decided to stay at Afrikiko. It is a bit expensive, at nearly double the price of Adi Lake, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it here. The grounds are beautiful and the owners/staff really seem to be trying to improve...

The place was an oasis of good help in Ghana's hospitality industry, which at other properties seemed to be staffed by people who are bothered and annoyed by actual paying customers. The front desk staff were warm, enthusiastic, professional and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed and bed big and comfortable. The pool was in great shape and...

Booked but never stayed. The Front desk team made me and my family wait for nearly 3.5 hours and still failed to allocate our rooms. They are bunch of untrained staff who dont know basics of hospitality. The conduct and behaviour was highly unprofessional. Very insensitive staff. When the matter went out of hands the manager did try to intervene...
