I stayed here in July/August 2020 just as it was closing due to the travel restrictions. We had a great time but only due to the fact the hotel was fairly empty. In any other year I cannot imagine staying in such a cramped complex. Things we found that apply any year: Hotel has no gardens or open areas, feels very cramped. Entertainment area was tables infront of a stage, it was difficult to find a seat with only a small number of guests this year so in a normal year it must be awful. Only one pool area for general use and a quiet pool that is very small. One restaurant that is mainly inside with a small courtyard with no breeze and so becomes too hot to eat outside. I can't imagine staying at this hotel any year when it is generally full. It is such a small complex there is nowhere to go and with only one pool area everyone would be packed in like sardines. We certainly would not recommend this to friends. 2020 We had a great time at the hotel but this was only due to the fact it was at very low occupancy and kept on emptying while we were there to the point there was only 50odd guests left on our last day! The staff and Tui crew were excellent and kept the show going right til they end. The same goes for the local entertainers who kept going too! This hotel offered all that the usual Tui Blues do, nothing was missing. Food was good, probably better selection when there are more guests but we were always able to find something to eat and the food at the snack bar was good quality too if you didnt fancy going to the restaurant. We didn't eat at the a la carte restaurants as these were again inside with no outside seating. We hired a car and got out for two days. Ibiza town was lovely with some good shopping and cafes in the harbour. We were able to drive to all four compass points on the island and it is beautiful. The best was getting to the west coast of the island for the sunset at Platges de Comte, absolutely stunning. We were swimming in crystal clear warm water as the sun went down. Well done to Tui for keeping the show on the road in a difficult time and ensuring our holiday went without a hitch.…
After reading the other reviews I think we were staying in different hotel to everyone else. If you are after awful entertainment where the reps love the sound of their singing voices (which are awful), horrendous food (masks not worn correctly by staff, which I mentioned time after time) it was over cooked and tasteless along with groups of holiday makers thinking that everyone else wants to listen to their chat and their music all day by the pool then this is the place for you!! The rooms are small, our air conditioning didn’t work despite complaining everyday to reception nothing was done about it, also our shower was blocked and this was never fixed despite mentioning far too many times. The cleaners don’t clean and don’t even make the beds very well, I can compare it to teenagers type of cleaning. We went to the restaurants over the road which were both great, Christof is amazing. Bar, ran out of drinks, how?!? Must say Oliver the bartender is a great asset to this hotel. Would we go back, hell no! Love Ibiza but not this place, aware that we have COVID-19 to deal with but this place isn’t up to anything.…
A group of 13 of us have just returned from this hotel, and what a fabulous time we all had! Even with the COVID restrictions in place we cannot fault the hotel, staff or TUI reps. We have never been to Ibiza before, but will definitely be returning. It’s such a beautiful island. The hotel is a 5–10 minute walk from a beautiful beach, where there is the most amazing restaurant with incredible views of the unbelievable Ibiza sunset. My new favourite place! We took a 15 minute taxi ride into Sant Antoni and went on a private sunset boat trip too. Definitely worth doing if you visit the area. Kelly-Ann the entertainment rep was amazing, she was so friendly and always had time to speak to any of our group. The kids loved her and since being home they have continued to sing and dance to “Dance like a Grandad”, “Download” and “Party Train”!! She was always happy, smiling and full of energy. She worked so hard and you can see she loves what she does, as well as being very good at her job. All the children in our party loved going to the Kids Club too, they even asked if it was their new school! The ladies who run these clubs were also amazing, and really made the children feel welcome and involved in every activity. The children never wanted to leave when it was time to pick them up!! The attached water park was brilliantly too. The kids (and adults!) had great fun. Not a huge water park, but was perfect for us, and even better being on site with no additional fees to use it. We also enjoyed the two a la carte restaurants, a Japanese and a Tapas, both were brilliant and really lovely food. The only down side was having the UK government changing the rules half way through our holiday so we are now currently in quarantine... 2 weeks of paradise into 2 weeks of prison!!…
I have to say this hotel is brilliant. With Covid we were very unsure about travelling. But I am glad we did. Masks were worn by staff and also by guests when in the buffet restaurant. Pools are good. Quiet pool is very quiet but be aware the little bar is not open so a bit if a walk to get drinks. The main thing that is great is the entertainment team!!! The level of Engery and enthusiasm by them is amazing!!! Kelly-Ann, Fenn. Jack and Saz, thank you for being brilliant with our little boy and for always making him smile!! Download has been on the laptop since we got home!!! 100% recommend this hotel!!!
Firstly, in the current climate we find ourselves in, we’ve had a great holiday for 2 weeks at this hotel. All of the staff were really good, friendly and helpful with a smile and a chat if you wanted one. The entertainment staff are the ones who go above and beyond. Always working hard to do make your holiday enjoyable. Kelly Ann seemed to be the main entrainment staff member and she was brilliant for the kids and also adults. Always full of energy and enthusiasm even though they were always wearing masks and working At least 12 hours a day to keep us all entertained - she’s a real credit to TUI and should be rewarded for her efforts. Thanks Kelly Ann, you’re a star ⭐️ The hotel itself is struggling to be 4 star hotel as the food let’s it’s down, especially at dinner time. Plastic cups for 95% of the drinks - really!! .....were adults, treat like adults not kids. Rooms were ok but not anything special. Pool was good, although the number of times it was closed due to a ‘jobby’ in the pool was staggering!!! 🤬 Not sure what’s going on there. Location is good as it’s close to Port Des Torrent town and beach and a short taxi to San Antonio. All in all, a great holiday, met some fabulous people but........the staff at the hotel are it’s main asset. Not the rooms, not the food.…
