We returned to this hotel having been three times previously and although it wasn't a bad stay since we first started going in 2019 its unfortunatley looking tired and facitlites/services are not what they were previously. It may sound as though i'm being a moan but its a comparison to what we recieved previously and a description of the state of the hotel. If your looking for a nice place to go thats a strong 3 star with a young family then this would fit the bill. This used to be a Tui Sensatori(now just Tui Blue) which was 5 star and the hotel still claim 5 star but nowhere near it I'm afraid. Remember we had been here before and were well looked after, this trip started with arrival at the hotel where we used to have our luggage taken too the room for us- not now and our room was four floors up with no lift. At reception you used to recieve a refreshment whilst being checked in- not now with less staff on the front desk the length of wait to check in took a while. On check in we were now told the four al a carte restauraunts had been reduced to two and you could only visit one the Italian included with your stay . We did visit the Itialian which isn't great at all and we also booked the T Beach restauraunt which we had to pay extra for, when we visited T Beach there was one other couple in the place and during the meal the electrics tripped leaving us in the dark! The other Spanish al a carte retauraunt is opposite the Sunset bar and was often competely empty. Whilst the payable restauraunts remained empty one of the buffet outlets which most guest used went out of action for a couple of nights, this resulted in massive queues and as a couple being sat next to the kids disco for dinner and having to almost fight for food was not our idea of a luxury holiday although we had a laugh and had to make the most of it. General comments on the hotel, things need updated, freshened up. Night after night we would see people tripping up over the uneven decking boards in the sunset bar and nothing was ever done- not one board but numerous so employees must know in fact must have tripped over these themselves. We did see one guest fall completely to the ground becasue of these boards. On the paths the drain covers are uneven and broken. They have rules regarding towels being palced on sunbeds but these are not enforced and the best beds often have towels on thes prior to the sun coming up. Rooms now look tired. There's one bottle of water in the mini bar - nothing else. The bottle of water wasn't replaced at all and we had to figure out for oursleves to take the empty to a bar to be topped up. Staff- the staff are fantastic and really nice some we recognise from previous years. We all work hard but these guys are really working hard. If your looking for a nice couples holiday in a luxury hotel this unfortunately not for you. If your looking for a nice acceptable resort to take a young family too then this could be for you. We love Cala Tarida village and loved this resort but its a shame as i don't think we will visit this resort again.

Absolutely love this hotel and its location. We stay here in September, our 2nd visit. We have also booked to visit here next year too. What bring us back here is that we have a toddler with multiple allergies we find this hotel has all foods clearly label highlighting all allergens.

The Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff worked hard to keep all their guests happy. We were privileged to stay in an apartment over looking the swim up rooms. Very peaceful and not too far to walk to the family pool area. Room was nice and clean. Family pool was a bit cold, needed a Rum or Beer before taking the plunge. Warmest part of the day was around 4pm. Unfortunately this year the sea was too rough for Snorkling or Diving but on one calm day we did catch site of an Octopus 🐙. The waves were great fun though - should have brought a surf board. Beware of the small Jelly Fish mid week - some bathers were stung. Food was always well cooked and delicious, great choices for my vegetarian wife. This was a definite plus point. Could do with more Pool Tables as one is not enough, many parents queuing for a game with their children. We had a great time away as a family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 nearly grown up teenagers) despite the hit and miss weather. Would definitely recommend this hotel for any time of the year.

Overall, the hotel is pleasant enough. I didn't like our adult-only room, too small, and too dark. I agree with other recent comments regarding only one a la carte restaurant in the all-inclusive and the add-on prices for certain drinks etc. We had two nights in the Piano Bar all inclusive then suddenly it wasn't? Food: day 1 of eating in the buffet and sick and bad on and off for the rest of the week. The food was lukewarm/cold most of the time. I thought the hotel catered for allergies/gluten-free etc, but what was on offer was limited. Unfortunately, when this was taken up with a TUI rep she did not see this from my point of view but her own, stating that she found the warmth of the food to be fine. On reading recent views regarding the temperature of the food, I feel vindicated. We ate at the beach restaurants on several occasions in the evening due to the poor quality, and heat of the food, and the massive queues for the evening buffet that snaked around the hotel !!!! There is not much to do at this hotel and it is not near anything: we were bored rigid in the evenings. Best part about this hotel is the beautiful beach location. Would I go there again: definitely not too boring

The Tarida was a lovely place to stay. We had 2 x 17 year old sons with us and being able to use the Adult Pool and Adult dining section was lovely. They also loved the pool table and table tennis. These were very popular with all ages so could have done with a few more of these. We played tennis which was good but it took quite a few days to get a court booked and this was at the end of the season. The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive but there seemed to be a reliance on pasta which was not that great. Towards the end of our stay, the Adult section for meals was made smaller and smaller which was not expected. The choice of cocktails and snacks available during the day was very good. The Italian restaurant that can be used once per stay was very nice. The food and service was great!! The rooms themselves were lovely, clean and had the best shower! The water was hot and the pressure was amazing!! The resort was also very clean and a really nice environment. We visited Ibiza town which was lovely to get out of the complex and see some more of the island. As it was the end of the season we were warned that the buses would not be running a regular service and a lot of places would be closed. Unfortunately, the noise travelled a lot when we were in the room. We could hear the occupants of the room upstairs come into their room and use the bathroom - not great. There was also a lot of noise outside from other tourists. They seemed to forget that there many other people staying at the same place so didn't need to keep shouting to each other. The Wifi was shocking! At best it worked at a low signal level for a little time. At worst, it was just not available for whole days at a time. With teenage sons, this was not great. I had booked the hotel as it stated that there was WiFi available throughout the hotel. This is something that needs to be looked at or not included as something that is available for use.

Holiday Review I don’t normally write reviews but I thought I should as the holiday was not quite what we expected. We have just returned from Ibiza TUI BLUE Tarida Beach, the Staff were great always chatty, happy (all bar one) But as for all inclusive it was not, restaurant line-up includes a buffet eatery and three à la Cartes that focus on Italian, Mediterranean and international dishes. Drinks and snacks are available at four bars At most all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at allow 1 visit to each restaurant per week with a reservation required which is fair enough, but we were only allowed to visit the Italian restaurant once, the others we had to pay for including drinks. Then on the beach if you wanted a sunbed or parasol you had to pay 50 Euros per day, or sit on your towel and buy a parasol from the shop. Then the wind got up on several evenings, The Sunset Bar was closed as well as the restaurant, this caused the buffet restaurant to have queues outside on more than one occasion as the other bars weren’t always open every day and the same for the restaurants. We have never had to queue for an evening meal in a buffet restaurant any where before. Had it have been raining we would have got soaked. There didn’t seem to be any contingency plan for when this happens, on at least one night the Italian restaurant was closed surely it could have been opened to ease the pressures, and even stocked with a few drinks as well. Finally, if you get a room in the 1500’s block it is quite a walk to get to the beach, buffet restaurant, main stage, bars and adults pool area. Down hill on the way there uphill all the way back. If you struggle walking especially uphill, I would avoid this hotel. If you like action packed holiday then book closer to the main resorts this is a very quiet area, as I said before the Staff were great the food was very reasonable yet sometimes just about warm, sometimes if you were lucky hot unless you had the chef’s cook while you waited mainly pasta, omelette’s eggs, and grilled fish or meat. Salads, cakes and pastries were great. I hope this helps as we have been honest, we had a nice peaceful relaxing time. David B

Dear guest, Thank you for your recent visit and for sharing your opnion. We are very sorry to read about your disatisfaction with certain areas of the hotel, specially the restaurant area. As you hace mentioned we suffered a big storm in the island with the wind blowing stonger than ever happened before during summer season , this wind can be more normal in winter time. This event caused all the seating in the terraces to be lost as no guest wanted to sit there and therefore causing queues. This has also caused us to close restaurants Tbeach and Sunset for some days as the strong wind would not allow us to open. These natural events can happen and therefore we kindly ask for our guests comprehension many of whom have already shown us their understanding. Kind regards from Ibiza

Rooms very small and could do with more light as very dark but we weren’t on sun side of the block. Hotel nice standard and food very good just the queues let the whole dining experience down. Need to keep other restaurants open during busy periods to alleviate the crowds that formed every night.

A good restful week away the temperature in the Balearics in October is very pleasant. A comfortable mid 20C. Our accomodation was comfortable, very clean, huge bed and comfortable sofa. Nice big TV albeit not many English speaking channels. But who goes away to watch TV? The food in the restraurant is excellent great variety, well presented, good staff very friendly and competent. My only complaint is cold plates, don't keep your food warm very long. But other than that, excellent. Lots of scope at this hotel, family pools, adult pool if you want piece and quiet and a completely separate area for the fitness fanatics called the retreat with lots to keep you and family members busy. One thing to note, this hotel sits on a hillside so its maybe not for the infirm. I have arthritis and found the walk between, reception, rooms, restaurant and adult pool area very tiring. We spent more of our time at the family pool to avoid the walk downhill to the adult area. Fortunately at this time of year it wasn't too crowded, but at the hight of summer we might have taken a different view. On the whole a very enjoyable stay in a comfortable well run establishment.
