Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After reading the recent reviews I was a little worried, but honestly this hotel was lovely, clean spacious rooms, food excellent, had everything. Staff very friendly, entertainment team’s excellent. We only came for 3 nights as a last minute break but wished we had longer there. Thank you for a relaxed enjoyable break.

This was our third stay at this hotel and it was as good as it’s ever been. The staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and are cleaned daily except Sunday. If you needed anything, just ask at reception and it should be easy to get. If you want an iron you’ll have to get it from TUI. The food was ok with plenty of variety. The desserts were outstanding.

When arriving at our room a big bug was running around, killed it and brought to reception, their reaction was that its common here! Wanted another room, no room available during 2 weeks. Very noisy room 145 because passing guests and other traffic, 14" tv set, no table in the room! Wifi usless no connection in rooms and rubbish bandwidth. Food dull and tasteless. 3 dinners of 14 we got some varm food that was tasty. Extreme noise in restaurant, over 100 Dba often. No fresh orange juice at breakfast. No coffee available in restaurant at lunch and dinner. Breakfast ok. Both of us got food poisoning at dinner 1 dec. Desserts and cheese were tasty and nice. Only place to have coffee after dinner is the bar, one night their coffemachine was down, this is the only coffemachine available to All inclusive guests after 18:00. Staff indifferent to us wanting coffee. They have a proper espresso machine but refused to use it unless i payed. 7 € four espresso cost us. Snack bar were badly stocked, often lot of things out (the popular items). Staff gone for more than an hour often. After 16:00 until closing 18:00 nothing was refilled. Pizza available 4 days of 14 at around 14:00-15:00, Kebab available 1 time during same period. When asking staff for refill of for example nacho chips or other things their answer always was No! Hotel was clean and well painted, but food and vine was a big disappointment. We will newer return. You get better service if you speak Spanish.

Hotel, clean, lovely,we stayed in 148,ground floor..DO NOT STAY IN THIS ROOM..no sleep for days, its next to the cleaning room and extremely noisy from 7am everyday,we asked to be moved after the 1st night,we were told the hotel was fully booked, they lie well,it was not..we complained about the strong smell of cannabis, not an eyelid was battered.. But the worst thing was the food if you like salad everyday and chios, which were cold that's fine,9 out of 10 people complained to staff and reps, nothing for the little ones, except a microwave to warm food up.having to drink out of paper mugs because there wasn't enough cups Cold food everyday, no excuse, complained to 1 Tui rep ,she said she eat in the restaurant twice a day yes we saw here fill here plate with chips and onion rings ,2 other reps agreed that the food wasn't up to much and they were getting lots of complaints..I read 1 review that said the food was fantastic, lol, are they paying you..my partner works long and hard for our holidays ,we eat out 6 out of the 7 days we were there..Tui you seriously need to get your act together.. This is an honest review, no bull, very very noisy hotel..although the only thing going for it in my opinion is the cleanliness...

Overall what I expected for what I paid for. Pros - Really clean rooms and hotel in general. Room cleaned and fresh towels every day aside from Sunday. - Good location with everything in walking distance. - Good mix of people staying at the hotel. - Some decent restaurants around with really friendly staff. Eating out was pretty cheap. For me plus 3 kids (17,14,11) was roughly around €45 for a main and drinks. Cons - The paper thin walls. Unfortunately we had a screaming baby next door to us who woke us up several nights. I get that kids cry but I don’t expect for it to sound like they’re in the the room with us. Could make out every word of neighbours on both sides. - Entertainment is very repetitive. Again, what you expect in this type of hotel though. - There’s no area for older kids to have a kick around and play. Smaller kids allowed to run riot but anyone over 10 looking to find space to play, management are immediately on them telling them to stop. My 11 year old is football mad and made a friend. They wanted to kick a ball about but got into trouble every time. I watched the boys and they purposely went out of the way of people to a quiet area and still got into trouble. - Safe doesn’t work Other - Staff are a mix of super helpful or making you feel as if you’re bothering them. Depends on who you get. - Try and steer clear of the super expensive supermarkets. Lidl is a 10 min max walk and way cheaper. - We we’re self catering but wanted to do all inclusive for a day. You can only pay upfront for your full stay or do it for last day only. Food is mediocre. Wouldn’t have wanted to eat in hotel every day. - No issues with sun beds with regards to other reviews. Maybe to do with being out of season but plenty of beds when we went down around 10am and for rest of day. - Restaurant recommendations - Restaurante Alfonso, Restaurante San Francisco, Casa Pepe.

Me and my wife went all inclusive. I would not recommend this here. If you are going self catering, and you will not be eating at the hotel, or won't be relying on the hotel night life, it will be okay for you. If you are going all inclusive, if you enjoy the night entertainment in your hotel, this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are okay, the pool and grounds are okay too. The food was cold, unless you got something as soon as it is brought out. The evening entertainment ends at 10-10:30. Some staff should not be working in hospitality. The bar staff need to pay more attention, incorrect drinks made, serving minors, 1 7 year old girl was given vodka in what was meant to be a moktail because it had the same name as a cocktail that has vodka in. The local area is okay, the excursions are really good, and the local dining places and bars are good. As I mentioned, if going all inclusive or half-board, would not recommed at all.

Fantastic holiday. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was due to the price, but it was fantastic for what I paid. I was solo with an 11, 9, 7 year old. The receptionists were helpful, entertainment on an evening was great, as was the pool entertainment. The cleaners were lovely. Food was good, wide variety. Can be healthy or bad. Nice mix of Spanish and English at the resort, good sign if the Spanish go there. Nice bars and restaurants local to the hotel, 5 min walk away. I recommend 'Cappuccino Maria', it overlooks the ocean, does fresh smoothies, the food there is amazing. I'm thinking of booking again next year. We did Siam splash park which was amazing. Any questions please comment and I'll answer.

Pro's .... The staff were brilliant from the cleaners to the bar staff Cons .... There was only 1 bar open from 6pm until 12pm which led to bigger queues than I had ever seen in all my years abroad. They also had the sunbeds chained up until 7.45 am when a guy came round to undo them. Quite embarrassing for everybody I spoke to...something else nobody had ever seen. Management needs overhauling if this hotel wants to continue as a TUI hotel. Also the food was not the best and most of the time lukewarm.

Just returned after a 10 day break. We've done several AI over the last couple of years and this is just about average. Food and drinks reasonable although we did eat out a few times, through choice not necessity. Two pools one quiet, one loud where it all happens.Didn't use the loud pool twice, once was enough. Found it busy and unpleasant.Scores of people laid out in the sun difficult to walk. Some even laid with radios blaring. The quiet pool was a better option for us. Hygiene was an issue. Most people ignored the hand sanitizers outside the dining room and then handle the plates and food. Saw people loading the sliced bread into the toaster as though they were dealing a pack of cards. Even saw one young woman change her baby's nappy and then put the soiled item on the table. The only criticism I would make of the hotel is that they tolerate drunken behaviour. Shouting and swearing around the pool area particularly, isn't a good look for any hotel. Generally offensive to most people and would discourage return visits. The location of the hotel could be an issue for some as it's at the bottom of a fairly steep hill. No easy access to a beach despite the brochure description.
