Welcome! so pleased you are looking at The Chilterns View, we offer very private accommodation for romantic couples looking for some relaxing time with lovely views. All our lodges have a private hot tub! a hammock! a BBQ with charcoal! the beds are Kingsize! you can sip fizz in your tub while overlooking the hills and fields or on a cooler evening sit by your log fire with all logs provided and get cosy!! Our local pub The Shepherds Hut is a 30 minute walk from the lodges and serves food every day, Sunday roasts are super tasty!!

A group of us stayed at the Safari tent for a 30th birthday. Wow, it really was stunning. The tent is perfect for a big group, with individual rooms and a big space to gather around the fire if it’s a bit cold. It is well kitted out and I could not fault it, everything has been thought of. Not to mention the views as you come out of the tent and they can be enjoyed from the hot tub which is well maintained. Huge thank you to Rachel who is extremely accommodating and welcoming. Even helping me to keep a surprise from my partner! Brilliant weekend and would thoroughly recommend!

We love the Chilterns View. Amazing lodges that are spotlessly clean and absolutely peaceful. Three nights was still not enough so we will be back. This time we stayed in Ridgeway which is opened planned, great little kitchenette and a beautiful bathroom with a wonderful shower. The hot tub was lovely and we watched the red kites flying above. Thank you Rachel! See you again soon

The most amazing peaceful and beautiful place. So tranquil and the host (Rachel) had thought of everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Can’t wait to go back simply wonderful the hot tub was great the facilities in the cabin were amazing the bed was so comfy and the log burning stove just made the whole trip wonderful.

Our family and friends stayed in the big safari lodge on the hottest weekend of the year last august. Lots of open space for the kids to play and explore. We had our own decking area with bbq and hot tub with amazing views. The lodge was well equipped with a large fridge freeze, stove and microwave. On our first night we had a bbq with our own fire pit, second night we used the private pizza oven area where we made our own pizzas - kids loved it!! On our final day we walked to the local pub The Shepards Hut for an amazing Sunday lunch. Big thank you to our host Rachel who was so helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome! We will definitely be returning this summer!!

Had a relaxing, peaceful time as usual. Couldn’t think of anywhere better to go for a complete switch off. The best combination of being left in peace but knowing Rachel is on hand if needed. The view (the clue is in the name), comfy bed, hot tub, easy access to walks - love it all. Thanks Rachel !!!

Rachel went out of her way to help us. The whole place is perfect! They top up the charcoal and check the hot tub every morning. Lots of walks near by and it is so peaceful and private. Would definitely go again

We stayed in the Chaucer lodge with amazing views from the lodge and the hot tub! Great communication leading up and during the stay. The lodge was clean and cozy with a peaceful and secluded location, amazing views with some really close views of deer and red kites. BBQ charcoal was provided and refilled each morning was great! Really lovely stay thank you!

We spent an excellent hassle-free long weekend here. Our lodge was smart, clean and cosy, thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Lovely hot tub and wood burner, and nice that wood was included free of charge. Beautiful views of the fields, red kites and pheasants from the spacious covered verandah. Highly recommended for a bit of peace and quiet!
