Dot and Don were great hosts and a wealth of information about the island. Spotless room and fantastic breakfast every morning. Within walking distance of three distilleries and the small town of Port Ellen. Islay is a beautiful island and I would thoroughly recommend staying at this B&B.

Many thanks to Dot and Don who run an excellent establishment; comfortable, clean, attractive and well located for whisky tasting. They were gracious hosts and very attentive to our every need. The breakfasts were excellent also! Highly recommended.

Dot and Don are the consummate hosts - for example we got a flat on our Glasgow rental car and they guided us through the painful process of getting it repaired. Without them, transportation would have been a nightmare. They helped us with all the details of tours and hikes, and guided us to tasty restaurants (not needed until evening...
