This hotel is by far our best experience in the South of France. Nothing was too much trouble for the very professional and friendly staff of La Villa Douce - from the cleaning ladies, receptionists and concierge to the waiters/waitresses/barman. They also have a very good chef, who made deliciously fresh and sophisticated food at both lunch and dinner. We loved the buffet breakfast with mostly organic and local produce, home made cakes, etc. The pool area is lovely and very quiet & relaxing with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Our room was in the superior category with sea view. It had a very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and sufficient storage space. We were also able to charge our electric car free of charge in front of the hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home, although more luxurious. Outstanding hotel, restaurant, and facilities, as having an (excellent) breakfast at the terrace is quite a visual experience. Very hard to find any negatives with this top of the hill gem. Key is that hotel is open all year round, hence staff is stable. A car is needed as access is hilly.

We were welcomed by a very friendly staff who was always willing to answer questions and help in any way. The view was spectacular, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower...incredible! The balcony view can't be beat. Breakfast was included each day, with a wide variety of choices for food and drink. Eating breakfast on a large terrace/balcony was amazing, overlooking the Sea. We had a rental car and we drove to nearby towns and villages. The beach was lovely - the water was a tad bit cool at first, but once we got in, it was so refreshing and fun to swim in (and cool off from the sun!) We booked massages at the hotel, which were lovely, as well. The pool was refreshing and clean. The service provided at every occasion was really wonderful. I would really recommend La Villa Douce.…

We really enjoyed every moment we spent in the hotel. The food - prepared creatively, fresh and qualitative, The room - clean and with all the necessary facilities. The pool - clean and again with great service. The location - not far from St. Tropez, with an amazing view. The best feature is the personalised touch in every detail. This is a beautiful hotel with an absolutely gorgeous and stunning view. The area was not too busy in June. The beach is sandy and the water is beautiful. There are limited choices for food in the immediate area, and the food at the hotel was OK. It would be nice for them to have better more casual dinner choices from the bar rather than just tapas. Our room was perfect for a family of 4 with a separate room for the adults and the kids and a living area. We were pleasantly surprised and its was much better than we expected. Lea did a great job with helping us reserve things. We will be back!

We offer two types of restaurant: the Café l'Envol with a menu that changes with the seasons. And finally our bar, where we offer a relaxed atmosphere and a tapas menu. The Suite Prestige vue mer is the perfect suite for 4 people thanks to its 45m² surface area and its exterior sea view. We are delighted that you enjoyed the comfort of your suite during your stay. This place is a hidden gem and surpassed all of our expectations. We were greeted by name, shown to the terrace with a nice refreshing drink then given a brief tour of the grounds before being shown to our room. We booked a pool view room on the ground floor which was the perfect location. It was late when we arrived and the view the next morning was a treat. Rooms are well equipped with everything you could ask for including a coffee machine, pillow menu, slippers, robes, Rituals soaps, safe and more. Beds were a little firmer than my preference but I have found this to be common in the South of France. There are also a water refill station on the grounds which we found useful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The hotel also offer complimentary tea time with homemade cake in the afternoon which was a nice touch. We only stayed 2 nights and during that time we ate lunch in the hotel restaurant and had drinks in the evening, both were very good. Overall we couldn't have asked for more, our only complaint was that we didn't book to stay for longer! …

Where do I begin? My husband and I just left after staying here for 4 days and truly wish we didn't have to leave. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and luxurious. From the moment we checked in, the young lady with the dark long made us feel so welcomed. Nicholas was also amazing and always left us with a smile on our face. Breakfast buffet has many options and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. Rooms are bright and very spacious. The balcony was the highlight of the room. But the best part, is the views and scenery from every angel of the property. I can't wait to come back, this spot now feels like a home away from home. Thank you!

Excellent choice. Great Location and friendly staff .Good Parking and great area to visit.Service was excellent. We were greeted very nicely at arrival and the view from the Hotel is outstanding. Very clean and good value for money . The location is also very nice and the rooms are very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea side.

Dear Sir, It is important to be precise in the chronology of events so as not to cause confusion. We have been contacted/harassed by your American Express agency regarding a cancellation request for your stay. This cancellation will incur a fee as you have knowingly booked a holiday without flexible cancellation policy. This means that you have accepted the possible cancellation fees in case of cancellation. We refused your request for a cancellation without charges because we have respected our conditions which you accepted beforehand - I repeat because you seem to be experiencing an injustice. You also sent an email to our mailbox, we answered you with the same speech as the one given to the agency. You say where is the customer service but you were able to send us an email to which we answered you, but you must not have liked our return. As a reminder, the holiday is still not cancelled. Please contact your American Express agency so that they can make the necessary arrangements since you indicate that you have changed hotels. Best regards,
