The guys at the reception were very nice and helpfull special mention for Luise (Lu) and Thibault. The food, cuisine and service at the restaurant was very good; the breakfast, excellent. We appreciated the parking facility. The room tough was too small.

The Hotel is gorgeous and so is the town. The staff were all exceptional and we loved our room. They have a small car park out the back and an outlet to charge our vehicle. The restaurant food although expensive was extremely good. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. What a wonderful memory.

Beautiful chateau hotel with great amenities, great location to explore the Perigord area, super friendly staff, michelin star quality restaurant, located in a beautiful little french town, we felt at home during our entire stay with the front desk manager kindness and attentiveness, she's the hostess with the mostess and her staff just follows hear lead which translates into a wonderful experience of french hospitality, long story short, we are counting the days to go back! This chateau hotel has a very special place in our travel memories, our last meal at the hotel restaurant Eleonore was absolutely a foodie's dream come true! Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Wonderful hotel, decor, attentive staff a sublime and memorable dinner to round off the day. The garden and pool are well appointed with good garden furniture. Nothing looked shabby and all interior and exterior furnishings were in excellent order. We would definitely return!

Beautiful hotel - delightful hosts & really well placed for Montpazier & exploring the surrounding area. We stayed for 2 nights & had a ground floor room with a small terrace to sit outside. 5 min walk to the bastide town.

We stayed two nights at the Chateau Edward 1 in Montpazier as part of our group tour. It is a beautifully decorated place and we had a spacious and comfortable twin room. Fridge, tea and coffee were provided. We had two delicious meals at the restaurant and breakfasts provided a broad range of foods. The swimming pool provided respite after a long day of cycling. The chateau is a short walk to the small town centre and we were able to shop and visit the markets which have been held every Thursday for the last 400 years. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs.

The staff especially Isabelle and Thibaud went above and beyond. My wife and I are so grateful and would highly recommend the Chateau Hotel.
