Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while we explored the beautiful northern Wales. The hosts were very attentive and so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much hassle for them. Our room was very comfortable which was needed after our long walks. I would definitely book here again over anywhere else!

This was our second visit to Craig Ddu. The first time we went was fanstatic. And nothing has changed. The couple that run it are the nicest people you will come across. Extremely happy with our stay. And we will sure to be back soon!!

Lovely clean, spacious room, with a nice shower. Our hosts were responsive from booking through check-out. They were helpful in directing us to a place to have dinner. The delicious full English breakfast was huge. We would stay again.

Warm and friendly welcome, superb breakfast cooked at the time I wanted. Will definitely book again if I do the show next year. I cannot praise this B & B enough, the interior was of good taste and the couple who ran it were really great. Once my wife is over her illness I am going to take her for a long weekend I liked the place that much.

Came here as we were visiting zip world for my boyfriends birthday and it is only a 5 min drive from the caverns. we really enjoyed our stay here, we felt really welcome, it was clean, the room was really nice and breakfast was a 10/10. It’s really quiet where this is situated and hadto drive 30mins to find somewhere to sit in and eat. There were fast food places like chip shop, Chinese etc but if you didn’t want that then there’s nowhere really, but having said that I would definately return here!

Loved staying here. Very attentive and kind hosts, delicious breakfast, cosy room with a very comfortable bed. It’s in a great location, close to many tourists attractions, but the area is quiet with beautiful views.

Visited Zip World and stayed overnight at this B&B. Amazing accommodation, fab breakfast and very accommodating owners. By son is Gluten intolerant and dairy free; the owners went out of their way to accommodate. We were made super welcome and even had the snow brushed off the car this morning ready for us to make our way home. Amazing stay thank you very much.

This is a fantastic B +B that rightly deserves it's fantastic rating. The owners are lovely and so helpful but not imposing. The whole house is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and as much as you can eat. The family room is just perfect for a couple with a young or youngish child (I'd say up to 10) and it's so cosy and comfortable. The only thing that was a mild annoyance was that it doesn't say in an obvious way on the booking website that we used that it's cash only. We had to go to the cash point in the morning and it wasn't that close by. I don't blame the owners for this really but it would be good to send people an e mail to tell them.

A lovely modern comfortable b&b, with nice friendly hosts Debra and Ed. Spacious rooms with a double bed and a single bed in them. Breakfast was superb. Plenty of car parking space. Close to Antur Stiniog so it's excellent for mountain biking. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us.
