Excellent new resort in Samui. Well located few blocks from where the Chaweng action starts but still very quiet and private. Well appointed room with very comfortable bed. Nespresso machine in the room. They provide quality beach towels every day in the room with two handy beach bags. The grounds are amazing. Beautiful pool and lounge chairs, both by the pool and at the beach. The ground keeping staff does a great job of keeping everything pristine (including the beach). Plenty of lounge chairs, no need to fight for one or "reserve" like in other resorts. Paddle boards and kayaks available for guests at no extra cost. The staff is delightful and always service with a smile. Breakfast very complete with egg station and espresso coffee machine. Highly recommended.

We stayed at La Vida for two nights, but we wished that it had been more. From the moment we entered the reception area, Jane made us feel so welcome like this was our new home. All staff were super helpful and eager to assist. The hotel is brand new (construction in late 2019), so all facilities are in perfect condition. The room we stayed in had a brilliant design, was super clean, and the view was amazing. The food was delicious, prepared by chef Simone, an Italian guy, who was always eager to know if we had any comments on the dishes. We highly recommend his pasta dishes and tiramisu. Overall, the ambience and aura of the hotel is very positive, and the value for money great. We would love to go back for more.

A relatively small hotell with 49 rooms, but with a big heart in every other aspects.
On the northern part of Chaweng Beach Koh Samui, this small but very delicate hotel, has found its place in probably the best spot on the beach. Very nice rooms, a beatiful pool area, superb beach, excelent breakfast, and a staff you can only dream of. Lower the price on coffe in the beachfront bar, and everything is in place. We love this hotel. Since it is brand New, our experience with it is the same. But we give it top score!

We visited in May with friends and specifically chose this location as it is really convenient. You are far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet within an easy 15 minute walk (on the flat) to the shops, bars and clubs. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in this area. The hotel is modern and fresh with reasonably good size rooms which have a balcony. Ours was a deluxe room which had a view of the gardens to the side. There are rooms which face the beach and sea which are more expensive, of course. The pool area is lovely and well designed. There is an onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The value for money was also incredible in my opinion, as May is classed as low season. We would stay here again as it suited our needs. It's also not a big sprawling hotel, which is a plus in my opinion.

Wow! An amazing Gem in Chaweng.

Staff were great and check-in was easy. The room is pleasant and comfortable. Very clean and still feels new. They leave a key in so you hace electricity 24hours - means coming back to a cold room.

The breakfast was great especially considering Covid. Great buffet, egg bar, even cheese and meats.

Swimming pool is gorgeous. Like new. Plenty of loungers.

The beach itself is in a Bay of sorts. So it’s pretty quiet. Recommend walking to other beaches.

Anyways, amazing stay. Great value. Highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful week at La Vida, on the powder sand beach and enjoying the pool. Our room was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The staff were terrific and the East by South spa in the complex was competitive for massages, manicure and pedicure. We enjoyed the food, however note the buffet breakfast was not offered due to lack of people. There were 3-7 people only on any given day. If you can spend a little money to help the Thai people desperate for tourism to pick please do.

I have travelled many times to koh samui and I would have to say la vida is my best experience. Great staff, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, nice room set-up and finally great location.
Hotel is beachfront. Location wise hotel is 5/10 min walk to soi green mango which is the main night life hub of samui. Your walking distance to many massage parlours, gyms, restaurants, night markets and bars/clubs.
Overall fantastic stay and would stay in same hotel again on my next visit.

Absolutely loved this hotel, spotlessly clean, fabulous location, and the staff! Wow! They could not do enough for you, always happy to help and friendly. Special mention to restaurant and bar staff, Moe, Moe, Tal, Sage, Sao to name but a few. Thank you for looking after us all. The restaurant was quiet while we were there but the food was delicious and pretty cheap especially for the quality.
100% recommend this hotel

What a stay!! From the moment we were greeted at the reception to the moment we left La Vida Samui, we felt very welcomed in this little corner of paradise in Koh Samui. The rooms were spacious with all the mod cons, the pools and the beach well maintained with plenty of sun loungers, and the breakfast was just the right amount of everything. Well done La Vida Samui!! Keep up an excellent work

Just back from an incredible stay at La Vida.

Everything was absolutely spot on. Room and facilities all met expectations, food at both breakfast and the bar/restaurant were great and the location perfect for us.

But the staff were the real star of the show. Not a single person employed there during our stay gave anything less than 100% to help us enjoy our stay. Special mention goes to Jennie and Sira who went above and beyond to help us arrange a special trip during our stay.

Great trip, great memories. We'll be back.
