We stayed here for 3 nights in March while we were on Ko Samui and it was lovely. It is a new hotel so everything is still fresh and new and looks just like the pictures.
Our room was very nice, we had a big balcony with a beautiful view, beds are comfortable, there is a mini bar and a hairdryer, good aircon and we were given robes and slippers and towels and a beach bag that we could take to the beach or pool which was very handy.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t ready yet when we arrived and we were brought to the bar/ restaurant to wait and given a drink and a cold towel which was very nice.
We were also given a voucher for a free 3 course Thai dinner in the restaurant which we had on our last night and it was lovely.
The view of the beach from the restaurant is amazing and it really makes the experience and the food from the bar menu and the cocktails are great.
The pool is nice and clean and there is a pool bar.
The location is great as well. It is on the beach and also close to all the shops and restaurants.
I would definitely stay here again if i am coming to ko samui.

Staying 1 night before we go to the airport tomorrow, wished it was longer. This is a new hotel, workmen are on site but it didn't bother us. Pool and beach is beautiful, happy hour started at 3pm so we were having 2 glasses of wine for the price of one, while sitting on lovely comfy beanbag chairs by the pool

Rated five star on the booking website... I said, why not to try?!
In the room you have the sansation that nobody used the spaces before, cause it's a super brand new hotel, so it's a good feeling!!
I got the room close to the swimming pool (which is small and high but is enough); in the beachfront there are kind of fluffy armchairs but nothing on the beach so if you want to stay and sunbath on the beach you can't do it, unless you get along fine to lay down on the sand.
The cocktail bar is a bit expensive but okay.
I give three stars cause there's something that has to be improved such as breakfast.

In general you pay for what you have so that's a good place to stay for few days, recommended!!

Dear llhaBow, thank you for reviewing our property. although you did give us a below than average score, from the description of what you wrote it seems you were happy with more than the majority of the hotel and restaurant interactions. We will improve and do the best to service you again. Best regards. San,

Nice location but rooms with not facing the sun do not get aired properly and can smell a little musty.

Very disappointing is the breakfast is not free it is 250 baht per person. Available Buffett was one fried egg, one piece of soggy bread, plastic sausages. Boiled rice with one stir fried vegetable. My advise go outside and there are good full choices available for less money and great quality.

Beach is better than the pool as only room for 12 people around the pool

The hotel looks fairly new. Rooms are small but very clean and modern. Staff are super nice. The beach in this part of Chaweng is not really good for swimming. The breakfast is very limited and repeated every day, they don't serve the basics like cereal / juice or have an egg station to cook the eggs they way you want. For the price we paid I still think it was still a great value for money.

As mentioned before , this is in the busy part of town but not so crazy where we were up all night with noise as the hotel is set back from the main road and we were in building 4 which is next to the beach. The hotel rooms are small but well appointed . Staff very helpful and laundry service very efficient. The cost of transfer from airport which is 15 mins away was 400 THB which we used and they charged back to the room , which was great meant i didn't need to use cash. This hotel is really just a base , you need to find places to go for dinner and drinks out as it just doesn't have that vibe, although the big banana shaped loungers on the deck overlooking the sea in the evening was a nice place for a beer before we headed out.

A true hidden gem on Chaweng beach! Newly launched with superb location. Family-like staff and many more!

The hotel was newly built with modern - cheeky design. Room rate offered was extraordinary cheap compare to it's quality, I would say it's hands down the best offer available now around the area!

The staff are truly MVP of "The Stay" experience. Babe and Kitty were very friendly and gave a heart-felt welcome. Their service were one of a kind and portrait a true professional hotelier. Honestly it was way beyond expectation I had.

Ook Ook social beach club was recently opening. As it's the time of pandemic there weren't lot of choices available, but man! Their food and drink were amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to return for a 2nd time (or even 3rd or 4th) to try what they have more to offer in the near future, and the best part is the view! They also have SUP at service which is a plus.

Long story short. 10/10 would return! 10/10 recommend!

Newly opened tropical resort connected to Chaweng beach. Great environment with friendly people. The staff were so helpful and informative, also the resort was featured with trendy social beach club called “OOK OOK Social Beach Club” that provides you with a tasteful refreshments and meals.

If you have had a chance to come to Koh Samui. Worth a visit and stay here at The Stay Chaweng Beach Resort. Highly recommend!!

Hotel itself is nice and rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the room I stayed in the bed was broken and had a nail sticking out of it and as I walked past I cut my leg on the bed. The staff treated it but offered me only complimentary breakfast which I can’t eat half the food as it’s not suitable for vegetarians to say sorry. The bed is a hazard and I will have a scar on my leg. This is not what I expect when I stay in a nice place. The pain caused by the injury was very painful

A cool hotel right in the middle of Chaweng. The room is small, but nicely designed and comfortable. The bed is ok and they have smart TV too. The shower is just great in design and function. No room service though. But the restaurant or small beach club Koo Koo is perfect to have breakfast with ocean view and you can rent the paddle board or water bike. Service is great and friendly. Probably not suitable for family with kids, as there is no kids club and because of the building layout, not ideal for guests with disabilities.
