A beautiful resort. Sadly there was a lot of storm damage from a few days before our stay. The front of the resort was cracked and broken and taped off and trees damaged. Sandbags by the steps. But the pools and restaurant were wonderful and our room, a garden bungalow was in the middle of trees, birds and flowers. The staff are really lovely. The breakfast was good. A long wait for coffee. What was very annoying was that ALL sun beds are reserved with towels very early. No one on the beds though. On our checkout day I went to get coffees from the restaurant at 7.05 am ….. all the beds apart from two were reserved with towels! No one on them. The hotel needs to stop this. Chaweng road is very busy but can’t be heard from the hotel. Lots of debris, plastic and glass bottles on the beach so be careful when walking barefoot.

Hotel's Favourite
Many times to Thailand but first visit to Koh Samui. We could not have chosen a better hotel. We had two weeks there and not one complaint. We were allocated as per my request, for a private garden view room. It was really big and we were greeted by a beautifully decorated petal garland bed. The benefits of an older hotel are evident, so much wardrobe and storage space. The bathroom was stunning with jacuzzi bath, nice rain shower. All kept in pristine condition. Breakfast catered for everything anyone could wish for,and was a work of art for presentation. Golf ensured our cooked foods were to our liking and all delicious. Oil,Kate, Title, Yeo all gave us the best attention and always with the biggest smiles and a kind word. The sun beds are the best quality and so comfortable. No shortage of towels. They were constantly replenished. We sat by the sea front and couldn’t have wished for a better view and better staff to take care of our needs. Jet, Vee, Ditt, Joe and Mos were excellent guys and we got really fond of them during our stay. They work so hard. You only have to step out of the hotel and you are right in the heart of the strip, which has some fantastic restaurants and music bars. Most offering Thai meals for as little as 120 baht! We can recommend Olive restaurant. We found some great music bars. Rich club and Mr Woos were our favourites. We did the speedboat to the Ang Thong Marine Park , which was organised through the hotel. It was an awesome trip. So easy to hop on a Baht taxi to Lamai, which is good fun. Special thanks to Jeen the Bell Porter and fountain of knowledge. Such a kind man too. I know Thailand is the Land of Smiles, but this our 12th visit and this hotel took that phrase to the end degree. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely holiday. It goes without saying that we will be back. In fact I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather stay in Thailand. The whole island is so friendly. Many thanks to every single member of staff for making it such a wonderful, memorable holiday.

Very good hotel on a beatifull location. Big and clean rooms in good state. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Breakfast and other food/drinks are good quality. So overall very good, but with one very big dissapointement. The placing of towels on the sunbeds at the pool and then stay away for hours. Hotel has put leaflets near the sunbeds saying it’s prohibited and placed towels will be removed after a half hour no show. Only thing is…. Hotel doesn’t enforce their own rules and that is a disgrace. If you make rules to stop people doing this, then take action to stop this behavior !!

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. We got married here then stayed on the island for a while afterwards. Huge shoutout to Air! From the start of wedding planning Air and the team were really helpful, clear and responded quickly. We eloped so no other guests. They made us a package that covered everything : Airport Transfers 14 night accommodation Wedding clothing steaming Flowers Food Cake Decorating Makeup and Hair Photography The sea was too high to the do the beach wedding however I was blown away with the set up the team made it was beautiful. From arriving all staff we encountered were friendly, smiley and happy to help you with anything you need. The room we had (pool view) was super spacious, everything you’d need and kept clean. Beds comfortable and plenty of storage. No complaints at all with the room. As the room was next to the garden pool we mainly used this. Temperature was lovely, clean and plenty of sun beds. People did get up early to reserve but I don’t think you’d struggle. The pool bar is a good addition. Other pool area also looked nice. We stayed b&b and no fault with the breakfast plenty of choice for everyone. Their omelette station was great. We don’t drink hot drinks so can’t comment. We did order room serve which again was lovely and reasonable price. When the beach is usable (most of the time) it’s kept clean. Can walk up or down the beach comfortably and stop along the way. Location is ideal. 7/11 over the road. In the centre of chaweng, lots of shops restaurants and bars both directions and shopping centre is walkable. Chaweng road is very lovely and busy but you can’t hear it from the hotel. There are taxi drivers parked out front if needed (we used grab app) Air offered us to chance to move to the sister hotel (Melati) which is at the top of island. It was offered as they could provide us late check out for evening flights and it’s in a remote location so good to unwind before going home. This was also a great hotel and would recommend if you want a hide away on a private beach. Overall fantastic trip and can’t think you all enough

First time in this hotel. We Booked a deluxe room which was beyond shocking for a so called 5 star hotel. I’m sure hostels are cleaner. Apparently the hotel has a maintenance programme in place but after reading reviews don't feel this is the case. Rooms need refurbishing and should not be booked out. Dirty bed, bathroom, curtains. Gaps under doors. Tiny fridge, plug sockets not working, no mosquito nets, stained net curtain. Poor lighting which I’m sure was deliberate so people don’t see everything. The photos I’m sharing will say it all. We were not offered another room, all booked up.

Beautiful resort, perfect service and location, the was a hiccup at check inn when we were allocated the incorrect room type, this couldn’t be rectified until the next day due to high season and full capacity, however the next day we were rewarded with an upgrade and what a treat it was. Would recommend and definitely return

Fantastic experience at this hotel, great location in the heart of Chaweng, food & drinks excellent plus the facilities and rooms were fantastic. However for us what made our experience here spectacular was the service provided by Air as we got married at the hotel 28th December. Air organised everything for us and was helpful & easy to contact in the weeks prior to our stay and also even afterwards by helping with all our questions and contacting people etc. Thank you Air, you made our day so special. Jude & Gary

Just left this hotel and would return (and will) soon. Staff amazing and the location was second to none. Great breakfast and loved the room also. The things I would mention was there were no bins whatsoever around any of the grounds ! It seemed bizarre that there were not even any around the two pools. Also they only have one, really slow, coffee machine at breakfast and they really should consider investing in more as there was always a ridiculous queue ! Another thing people may want to know is that they take 5,000 per couple from your credit card when you arrive and it makes two weeks after you leave to refund it to you! I have heard of taking a card for guarantee purposes but not where they physically take the money.
