Hotel is very big but is an old property, bathrooms are very small with shower not working properly, for Indians it is not good as it is not having any option for vegetarian except 2 types of fruit. I took hot chocolate and there were lots of aunts in my drink. And hotel people were not ready admit it. It... More

After a lot of deliberation I plumped for this hotel and couldn't be more pleased. This was my 5 night 'holiday' during our 3 week stay in Asia. The initial greeting on the notice board telling people of our arrival was a nice touch and despite this being a 95% Chinese populated hotel it didn't feel that way. The hotel... More

Awesome views, friendly staff, good food, fast scooters, nice Thai style 👍🍹👙🍻🎉 I had a great time in Koh Sumai, I would stay here again for sure 😀 It a little bit from town but well worth the trip, this place was like home for my 2 week trip.

Short on cleanliness, friendly staff and quality restaurant. First impressions were great but the longer we stayed the more uncomfortable we felt. We finally stopped telling staff the air conditioner was broken - they were less than accommodating. Best if Honey is working during your stay - she can speak English and will try to help.

Me and my boyfriend spent the last 4 nights of our holiday at the bayview resort in Koh Samui, after visiting Bangkok & Phuket. The hotel itself was nice- great views, nice pool area and not too far away from the main street of Chaweng. The rooms were a little dated however- we actually paid for an upgrade to a... More

This is a great hotel to be away from it all yet very accessible to everything. They are situated on a hill with a great view yet centrally located. The hotel food is a little pricy for the area, but can get cheap food around. Would recommend to anyone!

Pool were not clean, Staff couldn't really speak english and It the bar is 3x more expensive than local bars so would reccomend to go to Chaweng beach bars. We wasnt allowed to use external taxis as the wouldn't let us so we had to use theres and pay a little extra! Lovely views, great location.

I am stayed in this hotel 2-7 Jun 2016. Its provided t star service for me. Expecially front desk staff Ms. Honey, Ms. Wanna and Ms. Sarita. They are very helpful staff. This is my first trip to Samui. But I remember last night, when I drive my car for parking at around 00:00hrs, one of the security staff open... More
