We've reached the end of a lovely 8 days at Samui Paradise on Chaweng Beach. From the moment you walk into the hotel you feel like your worries are a million miles away! The villas are peaceful and private and pathways all lined with trees. Although you do hear a bit of traffic sometimes (our villa was closer to the road), we've enjoyed starting every day listening to the waves over breakfast, or sitting on our villa porch listening to birds and watching cats play. The location has also been great. It's on the quieter end of the beach but an easy 15min walk up (or a shorter taxi ride) for us to join all the hustle and bustle! We've liked ending our days in our peaceful part of Chaweng by the hotel, which also has it's own good selection of restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and supermarket all within a 2 mins walk.

The best part of our stay has absolutely been the staff who are the heart of this hotel. Not only have they have been professional and attentive, but have been so friendly and treated us with kindness throughout our stay. Its the simple pleasures of being greeted with a beautiful bright smile every time, to remembering us and our drink orders to the more complicated tasks of helping us book the best day trips! Room service have been flexible and patient in making up our room around when we have gone out; we've also enjoyed eating meals at the restaurant and many wonderful massages at the spa.

Our only little bit of bad luck was that the sea was exceptionally rough during our stay so was not as easily accessible on some days. Instead of using the hotel stairs, we walked less than 2 mins down the road to an alcove where the water was calmer and palm trees shaded the sand. Although we did still enjoy jumping through the waves!

Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made this a lovely holiday for us - the front desk staff who helped us plan our trip, the restaurant, bar and room service staff who always made sure we had what we needed, and the spa staff who helped us end the day with the perfect massage. We hope to be back again one day!

This was our first visit to this hotel and we are absolutely delighted we chose it. From the moment we arrived until we left 3 weeks later the staff have been outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgable, professional and treat you like one of the family, nothing is too much trouble, they are the best team we have ever had the privelidge of meeting in any hotel anywhere in the world. The hotel is relatively small with lovely rooms with plenty of inside space and a great veranda for socialising. The breakfasts are extensive with an excellent choice of fresh food, Thai and International and eggs cooked any way you want, the omlettes are lovely. The sunloungers overlooking the beach and sea are very comfortable, you get a bit of a breeze to cool you off and the pool very refreshing. The location is quiet with some very good restaurants and shops nearby and local transport at the door if you want to go into town. Everyone in the hotel is there to help. The restaurant in the hotel has a great selection of Thai and International food cooked to perfection. There are 3 Happy Hours per day with reduced price beer and 2 for the price of 1 cocktalis which are superb. There is also a free Thai afternoon tea on Saturdays and a lovely free cocktail party on Tuesday evening, and do not miss the music entertainment 2 evenings per week. We would like to extend our massive thank you to everyone at the hotel for making this an unforgettable experience and we recommend you try the hotel out and you will love it.
Thank you all for the memories.

We arrived on Christmas eve excited to spend the holidays in tropical paradise. We were greeted by the tap leaking and water all around the sink and the floor as the tap was clearly leaking but wasn't spotted by the cleaners. We reported this to reception and they sent someone from the maintenance team to take a look, they put a towel around the sink and advised this was a temporary measure. On Christmas morning we woke to water everywhere, we called reception again and advised them it needed fixing. They sent maintenance once again and after 45 minutes the problem was still not solved and we were stuck waiting in our room whilst people came in and out looking at the tap. We eventually grew tired of this and asked to be moved so that we could finally enjoy our holiday, we was given another room albeit after a short wait for the room to be cleaned. The management team helped us when we asked however there was no proactive help at all. The rest of our stay was fairly pleasant however the villas were not sound proof in any way, we could hear the external air con unit firing up every 10 minutes (even during the night) and peoples voices walking past. The beach was beautiful and most staff were extremely nice and helpful. Drinks and food are a reasonable price and readily available given a lot of the businesses outside the hotel are closed due to covid.

My partner and I stayed at Samui Paradise in January 2020 and were absolutely blown away by this place. The first impressions were " how amazingly friendly the front desk staff were", so welcoming, and willing to help with whatever you need. The complex is surrounded by gorgeous palm trees, lush greenery and super cute pathways that lead you from place to place. We had one of the Gran Deluxe Villas, situated right next to the beach, spacious, light and a super comfortable bed. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony over looking the sea.. it was perfect! The breakfast is served in the main restaurant overlooking the beach, with a great choice of food, fruis, teas coffees and much more. Fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs were my daily choice though. Once again, the staff make this place what it is. We have travelled to many hotels and I can honestly say that the staff at Samui Paradise are the best. They couldnt do enough to help. During one of our days at the hotel, we spent relaxing by the pool and beach. There are always staff members on call to offer you drinks or food from the bar and restaurant. The hotel itself is perfectly situated right at the end of Chaweng Road, away from all the bars and noise..but just 100 baht will get you a taxi into the heart of the nightlife.
We would highly recommended this hotel over any other place on Chaweng Beach road. The location, the food, the accommodation, the stunning beach right outside our villa and ofcourse the super friendly and helpful staff who made our stay such a memorable experience.
"Huge mention" to the hard working cleaners for always making up our room so well and leaving lovely fresh flowers on the bed. Its little touches like this that really make people smile.
Thankyou to ALL the staff members at Samui paradise resort & Spa.
Love Keisha & Craig from the UK

Beatiful resort in the middle of the greens. The hospitality was very good, even though we didn’t want the housekeeping service, they left clean towels and fresh water for us every day. The staff was very helpful and smiling all the time. The weather was not so good during our holiday so the sea was not calm as it was supposed to be, but it was our bad luck. If you want to be far away of the chaos of Chaweng City Center, this place is a perfect spot for you. It is 2 km away from the city center but there are still nice restaurants and bars which are close to the resort.

For my husband and I Samui Paradise Chaweng Beach Resort and Spa was perfect. We arrived 27 December and our stay was for 15 nights. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and this continued throughout our stay.

The Hotel put on a lovely New Years Eve Gala where cocktails were provided, and their regular singers performed along with traditional Thai dancing ladies. There were prizes to be won in the raffle, my husband came first in the dancing comp, and a romantic meal was had.

The rooms are spacious and are kept very clean everyday, thank you Nit. Clean beach towels are provided daily. And the bar guys, Nick and Thip, kept us hydrated with Chang beer.

You must try their spa. Wow!

The restaurant caters for all dietary requirements. They have a day menu and an evening menu which caters for Eastern and Western tastes. The staff are also very helpful , I didn’t do a thing, not even make tea in the morning!

The hotel is situated at the quieter end of town where, you can still find lots of restaurants and bars. This hotel has amazing views of the whole beach.

This is a must hotel!

We arrived on the 23rd December for our 10 night stay. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the lovely reception staff and advised our room would be ready in around 15 minutes, no problem, we went to the bar to have a quick drink and again were welcomed by the lovely staff who can not do enough for you. Throughout our stay they always went above and beyond for us and were all so lovely.
The hotel is in the perfect spot, far enough away from the busy centre but not so far that you can jump in a tuk tuk and be amongst it all within 5-10 minutes which we did most evenings before making our way back.
The food at the hotel is lovely as well as the cocktails!
The beach in my opinion is perfect, we tried an alternative beach one day and it was way too crowded, here there are a few sun beds, even if they are all taken it never feels busy.
All in all our stay was 10/10 and we’ve already booked to come back in September, we are literally counting down the days before we return.
Thank you everyone for making our stay so amazing!

We stayed here for one week in late January. The accommodations were spotlessly clean, thoughtful, quiet and extremely comfortable. We had a guesthouse near the ocean. While the town is quite lively and loud with traffic and crowds, you feel as though you are miles away from it at this quiet resort. The staff are very kind and accommodating, from helping us rent a motorbike, room upkeep, coordinating our travel on the last day. The grounds are beautiful, the beach is clean and the surf varies but is swimmable and lovely. The breakfast and resort restaurant are fantastic and prices are very reasonable. There is also a restaurant connected to the resort across the street called The Chef which is also excellent. Samui resort and spa exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend.
