Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. You didn't feel safe to leave your belongings there let alone sleep there the night. We were there for about 30 minutes and booked another hotel as we felt ill sleeping in the bed that was covered in stains and very unsafe. There is so safe boxes to put your passports which...

Came here on recommendation from a local tour operator. Told him our price range. Have to pay all accommodation up front.NON REFUNDABLE. The room seemed acceptable and we assumed everything else would pretty much live up to expectations based on the nightly rate. How wrong we were. Room: Bed mattress was topped with a plank. ..that's what you sleep on!...

This was one of the best trips I've ever had! Great location, great staff, great food, great weather. everything was so god! Can't wait to visit again. The staff was family friendly. The beach was located just outside your hotel. Everything was perfect!

Located in the centre of Chewang beach, this hotel couldn't be better located. By no means the best hotel on the beach, but it offers magnificent value for money and for me was better than some 5 star hotels that I have stayed in. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, the swimming pool was small but inviting...

Stayed at Palm island with wife and three kids from 2 to 11. It's located fairly close to the action at chaweng wich was nice. The staff tried hard to get us to take an as expensive room as possible, but we finally settled for a pool view family room intended for 3 persons, which also included 3 breakfasts. The...

I'm 26 and have never made a complaint or been so unhappy that i felt the need to write a poor review. Having stayed in amazing hotels close by and on the same beach, we didn't see the point in paying over the odds for a room in the same location which we really didn't spend a lot of time...

The hotel is not even close to worth the price. The standard room was not clean and the bed was extremely uncomfortable (think springs and two by fours). Also, don't be fooled by their free breakfast as you have the option of two items on their menu each of which includes two runny eggs, one slice of toast, and a...
