Stayed here whilst attending a wedding in Koh Samui. On initially arriving, were greeted very well by staff with welcome drinks and a swift check-in. Once taken to the room, were very pleased, the room was huge!! Was also very clean, and bathroom was fantastic, the missus took even longer than normal getting ready, as i think she just liked...

I stayed at Kandaburi resort for five nights I August 2013. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is very handy and close to the main area of Chaweng Beach and many restaraunts and bars. The spa facilities at Kandaburi were also great and staff thee were also very professional and...

After arriving from the airport (which was less than a 10 minutes drive), our first impression from the road and lobby area was underwhelming. It was our first time to Koh Samui but had enjoyed Thailand in 2009. We were expecting the island to be quieter than Patong and pretty like Phi Phi Island. It was neither, but we still...

A fantastic resort with that real tropical resort feel. Plenty of loungers by pool and more on beach. Rooms, although dark are very roomy with a very large bathroom. Service amazing. On the negative, breakfast very average and really bad lighting over bathroom mirror. I would definitely stay at Kandaburi again as the overall feel of the resort outweighs any...

Went on August with my wife and two kids and we had best time! The hotel is lovely, clean and very big rooms, great breakfast but the highlight is the pool. Very large pool with jets in few areas. Spent lot of time there. The location is ideal: not too crowded, not too isolated. Beach is great! Definitely come back...

We stayed at Kandaburi for 9 nights in August in a hillside room, during our stay we found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location was far enough away from Chaweng town centre to be away from the noise but also close enough to walk if you wanted (15 min walk), only a 100bht tuk-tuk ride to...

Stayed here for 2 nights on a recent trip to Thailand. We stayed in a hillside room as this was cheaper and although we had to walk across the road this wasn't a problem for us. We had a corner room which was huge and very clean with a great bathroom. We used both pools - the hillside pool is...

I am being completely honest in my review. We were under the idea from our travel agent that we would be staying at a hotel that was situated on a beautiful beach, with pristine waters. This was not at all the case. Chaweng beach is dirty, crowded, smelly, overpopulated and the water is slimy and murky. If it is a...

An amazing peaceful, tranquil resort. We stayed hillside, our room was enormous, very clean all we could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, always very accommodating and friendly. Cross over the road to beachside and you have a second pool and access to the beach and all it has to offer. We would return and definitely...

I try and be as honest as I can in my reviews in the hope that it really helps others make the right choice. I really wanted to fall in love with this hotel (spending my last few nights in Thailand there with my sister) as on the website it looks so beautiful....however, I was disappointed by the reality. The...
