No cab drivers had heard of it so it was a bit hard to find but every bit worthy of the effort. I'd call this a diamond in the rough. It's not for the luxury-minded traveler, but for someone who wants to be on Chaweng beach without breaking the bank, it's absolutely wonderful location-wise, a short beach stroll to all of the hot spots. The room was no frills, but clean. There were 3 of us staying in the main building (not a villa) and for the money it was everything we needed, i.e. a shower and beds to sleep in at night. Breakfast was at the beach side restaurant, which was also great for mid-afternoon cocktail. Good times, thanks for a lovely stay.

My one minor issue was that we were told breakfast started at 7. We had a pickup at 7:30 for a day of diving and I figured we'd be fine, but when we turned up for breakfast at 7, there was nobody there. We spoke with the front desk lady but it was too late to do anything then. She had packed breakfasts made up for us the 2nd day, but we were never really compensated for the first day, which she assured me she would do. It would have been nice to at least have a little bit of follow up with that.

I stayed at this hotel twice on the ground floor chalets. I found it basic but equally fine for the money. The location is good being right near the beach and you have a small terrace you can sit on outside if you get a chalet room which is quite nice in the evening. The pool isnt really a swimming pool as such just a small plunge pool. The room I got had adequate air con and fan with a fridge and tv. Ok it isnt a 5 star hotel but as a walk in and paying just 1000 baht a night what do you expect.

Reception staff are helpful and wi-fi works ok most of the time all be it a little slow. I would stay again.

What a s**t tip, the rooms are c**p and stink, even a member of staff said its because the drains are old, the bed was by a big double window with a walkway outside, so anyone who walks past can see in, the door was locked with a padlock, air conditioning didn't work, fan on the ceiling didn't work. Was booked in for a week, never stayed one night and had our money refunded. Vile place.

The location of this hotel was perfect- right at the beach and close to the main shopping/ party/ etc. area. The staff was friendly and most of them spoke English quite well, which was extremely helpful (and is certainly not something I expect in Thailand!).
But the rooms weren't ideal.... The fact that they were small and the mattresses were basically lying on the floor did not bother me much, but all of our bed sheets were rather dirty, and there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. The fan seemed to almost fall off the ceiling and there was a lot of mold everywhere (but I do know the mold in a common problem in Thailand and if I only stay in a hotel for such a short time, it doesn't bother me much).
So overall, it was an absolutely ok stay, but I think you could find a nicer place for the same price!

Glad we were only stayed two nights it was overpriced at £50 per night. The bungalow was dark dirty curtains hanging off ,every time we used the shower or ran the tap there was an awful smell. Full of mosquitoes. We had the complimentary breakfast once it was ok. The pool was a joke very small and no sunbeds .For the price would not recommend.
Thank kim w
