Kassiopi Bay is a unique apartment hotel located at the north-west tip of Kassiopi harbour in Corfu island It's built just a stone's throw from the main beach, where a wide range of water sports are available daily. It has an uninterrupted sea view, is tranquil, and our guests can enjoy the sunset on their balcony every evening. Kassiopi Bay is unique because it's the only apartment hotel in front of the beach which offers excellent facilities in a very warm and hospitable environment.

We visited this hotel for the second year in a row, and it is just as fabulous! We had a sea view room, which was amazing! The hotel is only a short walk into Kassiopi town (but hilly back up), but it has the option of a small kitchenette and fridge, in case you want to cook. The pool has the most outstanding view, and you have the freedom of taking your own drinks up to the sunbeds. Kathi is lovely and very accommodating - we have already booked again for next year!

We stayed here in the 2 bedroom family apartment. This was a lovely spacious apartment that had everything you need. The air con was quiet and very good! Amazing view even if a little windy in the afternoons! The cleaning team came every day, changed the bin, made the bed, hung the towels.. very impressive I have to say. Kathi was very helpful before arriving and accommodated us a shift in dates due to travel delays last minute. All staff polite. Pool was lovely size, clean and good views. Some days a few more sunbeds would have helped as others had saved beds so a couple of people missed out but overall this wasnt a big issue. A patio area was a nice place to sit with people staying in other apartments, out of the wind in the evenings. The walk to the harbour was 10 minute pleasant walk. If you went left out of the drive the kitchen bar along that road was lovely for lunch or even to grab a frappe for around the pool. Highly recommend this place for couples or families.

Kassiopi bay is very picturesque with various size boats coming and going. Relaxing just to sit at one of the various restaurants and bars and watch the world go by. Well maintained and very clean . Bars also sell various food options from full breakfast to snacks

Just back from a 4 night stay at this hotel. Stayed in a maisonette with a sea view. Accommodation is extremely good and only a short walk to the restaurants. Fabulous view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend.

We have been visiting Corfu for many years and have stayed all over the island. We have never stayed in Kassiopi before (although we have visited) and we were a little bit nervous about staying because of the lack of reviews. We stayed in a sea view apartments and - WOW - the view is absolutely spectacular. It's as if you are actually in the ocean. It was one of the most beautiful views we've ever had - from anywhere in the world. The accommodation itself is lovely, however please be aware that it is a 5 to 10 minute walk back in Kassiopi and the hotel is on the top of a hill. Also, the room we stayed in was on 2 levels, so the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. This was no problem for us. There was a fridge and a hob, so you could cook if you wanted to. There is a lovely pool (again up some steps) with a phenomenal view. There is no pool bar, which we liked as it meant we could take our own drinks up with us. An absolutely lovely hotel which we would thoroughly recommend, and we will definitely be returning.

Fantastic little town set around the harbour. Very friendly locals and perfect climate during our stay. Would highly recommend for family holidays, couples or singles. Cute paved roads and fantastic bakery offering many Greek treats….

Amazing accommodation , we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with lovely sea views. Fabulous service from Kathi who works so hard at making sure that everyone is happy , always smiling even when she has to deal with some challenging guests who would never be happy wherever they went. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone , it truly is a gem of a place ..

I’ve stayed here before and it’s been full of quiet couples - that’s the kind of apartment complex this is . However this time it’s been totally ruined by groups of people who think their children have a right to make as much noise as possible , ignore all the rules around the hotel intended to make it a holiday for everyone . We haven’t had one good nights sleep as the hotel was taken over by half the tattooed population of Wales. It used not the sort of place for people who go abroad to watch football and want a snack bar and piped music at the pool but that was how they made it feel. To improve and maintain the ambience management need to go through etiquette and pool rules with guests when they arrive , these people appeared unable to read whilst they were adept at shouting at each other around the pool and hotel.

The location is perfect on the headland, close to the beautiful beach & coves. The castle is at the back. The apartments are well equipped, we stayed an additional night & were moved to a sea front apartment. Kathi was excellent in her communication prior to our stay

Bit of a mixed bag - the location is fantastic (it’s really not that steep a hill) and the pool is very large and private. However the place feels a bit neglected - on the one hand the windows were new double-glazing, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was refitted…. on the other hand there wasn’t even a microwave, oven or toaster and there weren’t even proper sets of cutlery or glasses. And you couldn’t even use tap water for boiling, you could only use bought bottled water. The AC in one of the bedrooms had a broken thermostat so wouldn’t turn off and just got colder and colder…. the wooden porch was completely rotten, the patio and paths were unkept and weedy, what was presumably once a small area of grass was just dry soil and dead leaves. Around the pool the badly built crazy paving was subsiding along one side making for very slopey sunloungers! The wifi was useless… didn’t even work directly outside the office, and didn’t reach out apartment anyway. There were 2 extenders but they didn’t work either! We asked for a top-floor 2 bed if possible as we are light sleepers… unfortunately we had another apartment above us with a couple scraping chairs around the kitchen and terrace until gone midnight every night., then up early and starting again. Their toilet was above our bedroom so we also had the sound of them weeing and then flushing as the waste pipe came down the side of our bedroom too, lovely. Underneath there was a water pump system that activated and turned off with a loud CLUNK every 30 seconds (and the smell of something like a diesel generator wafting out the open door up to our patio/terrace…. not really very relaxing or pleasant.
