The apartments (Tondoris) were full so we had to stay in a nearby hotel, however wherever we stay we always spend most time at the Planet Bar/pool which is associated with the Tondoris. Honestly the best pool and bar in Sidari. The pool is large and clean, always plenty of sunbeds despite the social distancing measures recently implemented. The bar food is delicious (I recommend the club sandwich - it's to die for). Many large screens if you are interested in sports. 2 pool tables which entertain the kids. Decent wifi (a must nowadays). The staff are fantastic, so welcoming, they treat you like old friends. All staff wearing masks this year to help prevent any spread of the virus but honestly the bar area is so clean and airy I had no concerns. Due to coronavirus fears the Greek government introduced a 12am curfew on all bars but this didn't affect our stay as we usually head back to our room around then anyway. Hoping to come back next year (if we can get in) as the 2 bed apartments here are spacious, airy and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend. If you want a great place to eat in the evening, turn left out of the bar and walk for about 10 mins until you come to the Orchard Restaurant. The food here is delicious and is set in a delightful garden with fruit trees, highly recommended.

When we arrived at the tondoris they couldn’t find our booking, due to us booking a very last minute trip. However they gave us a very warm welcome offered us some beers whilst they sorted everything. The room was very clean and very spacious we had a two bed apartment which downstairs had a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and living area. Upstairs there was another living area and a second bedroom. The balcony was large and looked over the pool (room10). The bathroom is basic but clean. The pool area is clean and a lovely friendly atmosphere. The Tondoris is located in the perfect spot away from the loud strip but close enough to walk there in around 5/10 mins.

Just back after a week at the Tondoris. Check in was easy.Room tax is 50cents per night so 3.50euros for the week & payable on arrival. Expected it to be more so pleasantly surprised.Allocated apt 12 which was 1 minute walk away.Apt was a duplex so as only 2 of us we didn't need to go upstairs.Large downstairs-all essentials inc 2 ring hob, fridge, kettle & toaster.Plenty of seating inside & outside on the large balcony from which we had a pool view. 2 single beds together, plenty of storage cabinets. The bathroom was a bit small & the shower compact.Like many Greek showers no hanging hook for the hose but not a real issue.
The outside grounds were clean & well kept with a fine selection of friendly felines who adopt you & spend time snoozing on your balcony chairs-one in particular a friendly grey one who has the loudest purr ever heard by us.
There is a large pool & many loungers available. The bar area is named Planet Bar & has much seating inside & out.The staff are friendly. Music is played,a large tv for sports, also the bar is kerbside too.The nearby Marita supermarket is very cheap-from the entrance, turn left & walk for 3 mins & just passed the Amadeus Bar is this s'market. From Planet Bar main entrance, turn right & walk & you will see many bars, restaurants,Canal D'Amour signs, then the main hub of the area & then the beach & main area of Sidari which is a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay although we normally don't do just a week. Our 25th Greek holiday & our 3rd stay in Sidari. We would recommend the Tondoris & what really made it for us was the friendly, vocal grey cat who adopted us.

The bar named Planet Bar

We stayed in a Studio with lovely pool view , the room and cooking area were basic but clean and bed was very comfortable. Room cleaned daily and towels changed regularly with sheets changed half way through the week.Staff very friendly and accommodating and kindly allocated the studio next door to my sister and brother in law which was great as the balcony is not split and meant we could all sit out together.Food and drink slightly more expensive than other surrounding bars and restaurants , we would highly recommended Napoli across the road for both takeaway and eat in . The pool area was beautiful , so well kept and clean . Plenty of loungers with parasols. The large pool itself was so clean and well maintained, we saw the owner testing the water too . The weather was amazing so we spent most days relaxing by the pool it was very peaceful. A short stroll to the beautiful beach with plenty of small shops, restaurants and bars on the way although can be a bit scary with no path and some cars going too fast . If you want basic, clean and relaxing self catering accommodation in a peaceful location with friendly staff then we would recommended these apartments.

We visited Tondoris apartments 3 weeks ago and we had the best time. We were a group of 4. First of all the room was very comfortable and very very clean. The cleaning lady was there whenever we needed something and also the towels and the sheets were changed very often which is very important to me. The pool is the best and cleaner pool I've ever seen. The staff is also very friendly. The food is delicious and you have the option to eat by the pool if you want. I highly recommend it. I will surely go back again next year!!!

I travelled with my 14 yr old daughter. We arrived on Friday evening 14th July and were shown to our apartment, it was basic but clean and totally sufficient for our stay, there were two single beds side by side, kitchen area and shower room, also small private balcony. The pool is large and plenty of sunbeds, we never had a problem getting them even when we came back from the beach in the afternoon. The aircon cost 40 euros for the week, the safe cost 10 euros for the week and is down by the bar, not in the apartment. The guys who ran the place were very helpful and always pleasant and friendly to us. The apartments are in the best area, away from the main strip but still an easy 5 -10 min walk there. It is near the Canal D'Amour which is really lovely. When you come out of the apartments take a left and go a couple mins up the road to Apotripiti beach, it was by far our favorite, small but beautiful with two small rock islands that you can swim out to which is a lot of fun. We also went on a trip to Corfu town in the evening, and a daytrip to Palaiokastritsa, which was brilliant, a very beautiful place. I would recommend both these trips, we used the local travel place they have an office just up the road from the apartments. The Corfu town trip cost 20 euros each and the other trip cost 25 euros each, although please note that is literally just for the coach there and back. I asked about local bus services but apparently they are very unreliable. Our favourite restaurant was the Kantina Grill on same road as appt, it looks like a fast food place but the burgers are amazing and we thought it was best value for money. All in all I would return to the Tondoris appts and to Corfu.

We’re just back from a superb holiday in Sidari when we stayed at Tondoris Hotel. What a great location with a suite of restaurants and bars on your doorstep and only a short walk to the ‘main strip’. We were made so very welcome by Stephanos especially who ran the bar area with such relaxed efficiency. Our rooms were ‘simply Greek’ though exceptionally clean with thoughtful additions (fresh flowers, mosquito plug-in and air freshener, plenty of clothes hangers(!) etc). Villi, who cleaned our rooms and changed the linen and towels as frequently as we required, was friendly and always on hand. The pool is large with an array of comfortable sun beds and food is available - which is freshly made - until 1700 hours. Couldn’t fault it.

What a little gem of a place.
Stayed here with Family for a week 22nd August.... I always try and give useful reviews so here goes.
1. Location.
Nice quiet little area, with bars, restaurants and a handful of shops on your doorstep. The beach is a few minutes stroll away, and the main centre of Sidari a 10 minute walk.
2. Apartments.
As with most Greek apartments, they are clean and basic, good sized terrace/balcony. Beds comfortable. Kitchenette very basic, but does the job for Breakfast/snacks. Bathroom is very small, but does the job well enough.
3. The staff
Friendly, helpful, and go out their way to make sure you have a great stay.
4. Hotel bar.
Great place, good music, food is amazing, and lots of choice for drinks. Soft drinks are a little pricey at 5 Euro a pint, but in line with all other bars in the area.
5. The Pool Area.
Plenty of good quality sunbeds around the pool, never struggled to get 5 together for our party... no need to do the typical British up at 7am to put your towels on sunbed. The pool itself is spotless, and you see the old man cleaning it thoroughly every night.
On the whole these apartments are a great base for a really enjoyable Holiday, if you want the Ritz standard accommodation, these will not be for you, if you want clean, comfortable accommodation, with friendly staff, a great onside bar, and spotlessly clean pool area, then Tondoris is definitely for you.

My partner and I stayed here in late August 2021. We had a wonderful time. We got a pool view room which was basic but comfortable. The staff were wonderful and I have to say a special thank you to Villi who kept the place spotless for us and was a big help overall. Naturally the bar staff and the man who kept the pool nice and clean were lovely as well.

Pool is deep at one end which was fab. It was cold but being honest, its warm most of the time so a nice cool pool is exactly what one needs.

The location of the apartments is excellent. It is about five/ten mins walk to the Canal D'Amour and about five mins walk to a wonderful little beach. Please be warned though, the entrance to the little beach is extremely steep with no handrails.

There are many restaurants nearby, our favourite was Katherina Tavern so certainly recommend that one, especially the vine leaves or else the Honey Feta for starters.

Overall this was a lovely holiday and I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone. Just not to too many as the more popular it becomes, the more expensive it will be to return!!

Ok so i hardly ever right reviews based on where we stay due to the fact that i am not one for complaining but i did feel the need to right a review based on these apartments. A great location in sidari. I stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom apartment with a pool view. A very large pool and the apartment was spacious as well as the overall hotel complex. The apartment is in need of modernisation as outdated. I can accept the fact that accommodation in greece can be basic but these apartments do need upgrading. The bathroom was awful. You are not provided with any soap, washing up liquid or a cloth to wash your dishes. The dishes get washed by the cleaner. You are only allowed one toilet roll. You have to purchase your own. The cooker was rusty and i would not use this for cooking. The stairs that lead to the bedroom upstairs are not recommended for very young children as can be a hazard. We booked with tui and we were staying on a bed and breakfast deal. You get served the same breakfast each day. X1 egg, x1 bacon, x1 sausage and beans with 2 pieces of toast and a cup of coffee or tea with a glass of orange juice. There was no other option offered to us. You may have to ask if a vegetarian. Breakfast was nice. Note if you are going on a trip they will not offer you an alternative if you have to leave early such as croissants as when requested we were told by the owner no as i cannot expect my cook to start early for you. Ok that is acceptable but as least be accommodating and provide us with a few croissants. On the day of departure we were not offered breakfast and the owner avoided making contact with us and sat down drinking coffee and smoking his cigarette. We had for the whole holiday 4 breakfast out of 7. Don't bother with bed and breakfast not worrh the extra money. The food and drink in the bar are more costly than other apartments near by and restaurants. I purchased pringles at the bar for €3.50 but the supermarket a few doors down sells these at €1.50. I felt ripped off. This spoke volumes as the number of guests eating there was low. Overall average but i would definitely look at other accommodation if we were to return to sidari. It felt that the owners were only happy to chat to you when spending money there as for their welcome and hospitality and tending to your needs this was not the case.
