This place has such good vibes with its lively atmosphere. The outdoor pool is my go-to spot – like a little nature oasis. Hanging out at the poolside bar and grabbing a quick bite at the snack bar is so easy, no need to go far for downtime. The hotel's location is just right – close enough to town for a lively vibe but just outside for some chill time. I saw some iffy reviews before my trip, and it made me a bit nervous. But those people must be pros at complaining! Seriously, think about what you're paying and where you are. Koulouris Beach Hotel isn't super fancy, but for the price, it's a win. Whether you're with your partner, family, or a small group, it's comfy, easy, and doesn't break the bank. Perfect for us in our 20s to 30s looking for a great time in Kavos.

Our hotel's pool bar turned out to be Kavos' hidden gem! Offering great music, spacious dance areas, and a lively yet not-too-crowded vibe, it's an ideal spot. The music is just loud enough for conversation, and its beach location sets it apart from the typical street scene. Open 24/7, the service is top-notch. We're thrilled to announce our return this summer for another round of unforgettable moments!

Our getaway at Koulouris Beach Hotel in Corfu was an absolute delight! The hotel offers a generous beachfront with complimentary sunbeds, creating a serene setting for seaside relaxation. The lively pool, frequented by fellow guests, contributed to the vibrant ambiance. A standout feature was the 24-hour open bar, which provided wonderful flexibility for enjoying late-night snacks and drinks. Additionally, its strategic location, just a short 5-minute stroll from Kavos center, made it effortlessly accessible for town exploration. Our stay was the perfect fusion of tranquil moments and accessibility to all we desired.

Me and my family had a great time in Kavos, Greece. The week I spend at Ionian Sea View hotel was amazing. The hotel's staff was very helpful and they made check-in very quickly without bothering us. Our room was beautiful. It was very clean and it had very good equipment. Also, the rooms are in a nice place and all the vibe was incredible. The hotel has a very clean, large pool area with comfortable, free sunbeds. It was very relaxing setting in them under the hot,Greek sun.I have to mention the very good staff of the hotel who was always there to help us to and make our stay wonderful. Closing, the Ionian Sea View hotel was a great place to have holidays with your family. I recommend it to all the families.

This is a filthy hotel and I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs. Booked through Love Holidays who have it advertised as 3 star when in reality is a 1 star hotel at best. The pictures they have are either from when it first opened or are doctored. The rooms are filthy, beds broken and aircon unit leaking into the room. Pool had broken tiles and my daughter cut her leg requiring stitches. Manager never even asked if she was OK. Instead they covered up by claiming there was a warning sign up after I complained to Love Holidays. They did nothing to assist us either. Shower head doesn't fit the holder so needs to be held when showering. Toilet doesn't flush properly so room stinks

This summer, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach hotel in Greece, and it was truly a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the hotel staff. Check-in was a breeze, and they were more than happy to accommodate our requests, making us feel instantly at home. The highlight of our stay was, of course, the stunning beachfront location. We woke up to breathtaking sunrises over the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea, and each evening, we were treated to mesmerizing sunsets that painted the sky in hues of orange and pink. The hotel's private beach area was well-maintained, and the sun loungers were comfortable, allowing us to soak up the sun and relax with ease.

Yes this is an incredibly basic and outdated hotel. Shabby around the edges indeed....(I believe it might be due some renovation soon)...my teenage daughters were aghast when they first arrived...you have to pay for everything including wifi..( if you understand how little the hotel receives per room from the travel agent then you wil understand why it is so basic. BUT...great location straight onto the nicer and quieter end of Kavos beach....daughters were literally able to run into the sea for a dip then hose the sand off before running back into the pool. Lovely wee pool...fantastic snacks breakfast and lunch at the pool bar which is open all night but always quiet in the evenings.. Bar staff are lovely.. Kavos strip is literally 5 mins walk across the beach but yet can't be heard in the hotel.. Met some fab families while we were there... VERDICT...my daughters want to return again to their shabby little hotel!.. 🤣🤣

The hotel staff was really nice Reception was really good especially when we arrived late at night, the place peacefull and quiet perfect for relaxing and de-stressing. Both the pool and the beach was really nice and clean with the beach being only a short walk away from the hotel, the rooms were spacious enough and cozy especially for the price with soft pillows and not being too hot or too cold i would definitely recommend this to people that want a layed back experience.

This hotel is very basic and most of the facilities are diabolical. The room that me and my friend were in wasn’t bad it was just average, out dated, run down and mostly clean. Every 2-3 days the housekeepers would visit the rooms but we only saw evidence of fresh towels, bed sheets and new toilet roll. Towels and bed sheets were clean with the odd mark but nothing too offensive. We were told on arrival that because it was self catering we would have 1 toilet roll and when that ran out we’d have to buy our own but the housekeepers did leave new ones. There was also no hand soap. We paid the fee for the air con and it was very good and we even got cold in the night but didn’t mind that. When we arrived at midnight we were dropped 5 minutes up the road at Mediterranean Blue as the coach couldn’t get down the road. The walk via the road to the hotel was terrifying in the dark and we didn’t take that route again the whole week until we went home. You can walk along the beach to get to the town and it takes 5 minutes and is very safe even in the dark (although there are dips in the sand and a small river of sewage). The basketball/tennis court is laughable it’s so run down I’m sure I saw a tumble weed and the hut where the pool table is is equally shocking so don’t book here for either of those two facilities. The pool was fine and was the same standard if not a little bit shabbier than other pools in the area. There are showers and toilets by the pool so that is very handy and good for when you check out early so you can shower before you fly home. There wasn’t a day when all the sun beds were taken while we were there. Big bottles of water aren’t available to buy at the bar so you have to track to the shop, we went to Chandris shop which was 5 minutes over the beach. We also used Utopia’s pool which was very clean and relaxed. The hotel was strict on the 11pm noise curfew and the only noise that disturbed us was doors banging. There is no secure storage for luggage you have to just leave it in the reception seating area. The safes are also just in reception, not in the rooms and not even behind reception. The bar staff were lovely and helpful but the guys who seemed to be running the place weren’t as hospitable. This place is purely just a place to sleep and use the pool. Me and my friend went for one week and felt safe as two young females. Overall the hotel and facilities need updating and renovating and it’s in a very good location.
