This hotel wasn’t that great. Beware as it is right next to the strip so was very loud at night and quite busy. Was a shock when we got there and realised it was ours. I think the staff thought we were going to cause trouble as we were very young looking so they put us next to other youngsters who were also staying there so we heard blasting music from next door every night. So if you’re looking for a quiet location this isn’t it. Breakfast was not the best either. Other than that it was very close to the beach which was nice

Let’s start with the good stuff. The location was perfect, for a lads/girls holiday that is. It’s located right on the strip, so great for restaurants, clubs, bars and the beach is a 30 second walk away. The swimming pool is lovely, lots of sunbeds and a good snack bar. The tango bar is well priced too. The cleanliness I really can’t fault. However I can fault the cleaners for leaving our doors open when we were out. I would also like to give a huge shoutout to Chrissy, who made our stay so memorable. Unfortunately, I couldn’t say the same for some of the other staff. Maria, who seemed to think she was leader of the pack, had a stinking attitude and talked to us like dirt on her shoe. I would like to add that upon arrival we were surprised by a £50 ‘safety’ deposit (cash only… no receipt). Not only that, but our passports were taken for an hour (bit dodgy?) And, not really to our surprise, we weren’t given back the full amount, due to the tiniest mark on a towel. Not to mention our check out inspection was done by the 9 year old behind reception. Now onto breakfast… if we can even call it that? We were presented with a menu with 3 items… yoghurt, toast, and cornflakes. Not bad you think? You’d be wrong. It was bad. Very bad. We were given 2 hard boiled eggs on the side (I ordered cereal?) and a selection of old pastries that has clearly been recycled from the last people that didn’t want them either. I was scared to leave it, in fear that the old woman would deface our passports. The facilities were fine… they were liveable. The shower was about the size of a small child (picture attached - for reference she is 5’2) and the beds were hard as rocks. Overall, I would recommend lefkimi hotel to any lads/girls holiday goers. But please be prepared for some cheeky payments, shocking food, and patronising staff along the way.

Hotel is very clean except for public toilets as toilet paper doesn't come out which someone decided to wipe on the machine itself! Night porter Christi was very nice and helpful. Keep up the good work! Breakfast was dreadful, you get toast, jam or butter or yoghurt with fruit. Glass of cheap diluted orange juice, tea weak as, or coffee which tasted like it's been poured from the remains of filtered coffee. You are suppose to get a boiled egg, which even that was too much to ask for as we got an excuse everyday, other customers complained so they got an egg everyday. Made us feel that we weren't valued as a customer. Don't pay the extra 30 pounds per person it's not worth it at all! As you also get a plate of 2 slices of cake, one small cocktail sausage, one tasteless crossiant and one feta crumbled pastry. Which if you are sitting by yourself would be ok but if you are sitting 2 on a table you still get the same amount. It is Cheaper going to the snack bar and getting breakfast there. We understand it's a 2 star hotel but it wasn't much to ask for. Rooms were very clean, sometimes floor is cleaned sometimes not, showers are small, water pressure goes up and down depends the time you are having a shower. Towels are changed after 3 days our bedding wasn't changed at all. Don't expect a TV, a kettle or other useful things you would want on a holiday expect for a fridge. Overall breakfast was the most thing that put us off the hotel, even though its the most important meal of the day! Air-condition is 10 euros a day, which was so noisy couldn't sleep, opted out and suffered with mosquito bites instead. Loads of them if you are allergic make sure you get stuff for yourself. Again thank you Christi for giving us your special time to provide us with anything we desired. Appreciated it very much.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel after some of the reviews. The hotel was spotlessly clean, inside and out. Lovely pool-side balcony. Nice pool area, great location for Kavos. Staff were always pleasant, especially Kristi. He deserves a shout out, probably the friendliest hotel receptionist we have ever come across. Always remembered we were in rm16! Yes, you have to pay tourist tax on arrival, but that is pretty standard in most countries. You do get a smell in the bathroom, but this is throughout Kavos and I expect out of the hotels control. We stayed the last week of September, no issues with noise from hotel or strip. Only grip is, I would have preferred the €10 per day for aircon incorporated into hotel price when booking, but not a big issue. We never used the breakfast facilities so can’t comment on that. We had a lovely time and feel like we got a great deal.

We have just returned from our holiday in Corfu. We spent 10 nights there, more or less locked in out Hotel Room. Before booking this hotel we checked by email, that it was wheelchair friendly. It most certainly is Not and should state so accordingly. We were a party of 6 and we would most certainly not have booked this hotel.I’m not going to complain about the Hotel staff as they did what they could, but I,d just like to take this opportunity to warn others off when booking this hotel.

Rooms were clean, towels changed after three days the first week but were not changed again for 8days and only after i asked for clean ones, breakfast is terrible, it's not a continental breakfast it's just whatever they have available. Drinks in the Tango bar are double the price of same drinks on the strip, also there is an offer on everyday buy one get one free on all wine, beer, cocktails and spirits you will only get this once, if you stayed and drank there all evening you would only get the offer once so i think that is a bit of a con. Theo the owner is not a nice person to guests or his staff, he is always shouting at his staff and he always looks angry, he stands on the street trying to get people to come into his bar if they ignore him he shouts at them you mother fxxxer which i really don't think is very nice, there is two lovely members of staff, Kirstie the night receptionist is a lovely lad, always welcoming, pleasant and eager to help also Yanis the barman who stands at the front of the hotel, very friendly, chatty and happy to help. I would not go back because i would not go back to Kavos as i thought it was a dirty run down resort.

Hotel was extremely basic no drinks facility in room.paid for Bed and brekfast but shouldn't have bothered said continental however we were shown options that consisted of toast and jam or choc cereal or yogurt you could only pick one then a small slice of cake one very tiny choc thing not even sure what it was and a tiny croissant and I had to share those with my husband very small pot of tea with the weakest tea bags ever I'm sure they must have saved them from day before so brought some from shop to add to the pot then went out and payed for brek somewhere else only had it 2 mornings didn't bother again .barman was not very pleasant but the bar owner was lovely and friendly. The old lady who was owners mom constantly watched over you smiled occasionally rest of time giving you daggers .area on eve ok if your 18 lots of bars full of teens blowing on their balloons next morning streets full of the gas canisters they used .daytime was lovely totally different atmosphere all teens sleeping till the afternoon good selection of shops and resturants beach was very nice lots of bars along beach where you can hire the sunbeds and get a drink and something to eat .definitely would not take young children there

Just returned after a 7 night stay and have to say we really enjoyed our time here. All the staff from the cleaners right through to the owner and Grandmother were extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm terrible at remembering names but the young guy on reception at night and the guy who worked out front of the bar in evening's really went out of their way to look after us. The hotel itself was tidy and clean and a great location. Maybe in the height of the summer there may be issues with noise and rowdy guests. I can imagine this would contribute to some of the negative comments in other reviews. Tourist tax must be paid on arrival. This is unfortunately quite common these days so not a surprise to us. 50€ cash deposit may be asked for at check-in. Again we have found this to be fairly common. Kavos is a party resort. It's not hard to imagine the state some rooms could be left in. Breakfast was either 2 slices of toast with jam OR cereal and served with various pastries with tea/coffee and a glass of orange juice. We were aware of the offering when we booked and it was perfectly fine. Plenty of options for cooked breakfasts at the hotel or right outside if you wish to buy. Only food/drinks purchased from pool bar to be consumed around pool. I'd suggest this is reasonable when staying at a hotel. Be warned this rule is rigoursly enforced! 70€ to hire the air conditioning in room for the week. I can't imagine how you could cope without this and would rather see the charge incorporated in overall price of the stay. I can imagine confrontations at check-in if you were not aware of this previously. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. In fact we do hope to return again next September!

1. Have to leave passports for 10mins in reception on arrival. 2. Breakfast is only toast, yoghurt or cornflakes, tea or coffee is cold. 3. Breakfast could be more fulfilling, as clients are forced to go and dine out for lunch and dinner, approximately spending 50 euros for 2 people each time. 4. Wi-fi is provided only in share use areas. Very bad signal in rooms. 5. If you decided to rest in the room next day after trip, cleaners coming into room, unlocking themselves. Then question is raised why we should leave room key when going out?

My partner and I have just returned from a great 10 days at Lefkimi hotel and after reading the reviews before going I was sceptical. Please DO NOT go by some for the reviews. Great hotel, very clean and is right on the strip and is great for everything you may need. When we arrival we were met by Maria on reception who was very friendly and ask how our fight was. We were ask of a small tax payment (tourist tax) which is normal and she showed us to our room which was a nice size, had a good size bathroom and there was a fridge for drinks and food. The balcony was right next to the pool. Pool drinks and snacks are great and the breakfast was nice too. The staff are friendly. Yannis and Theo the two men who work at the tango bar are welcoming and are friendly and like laugh and chat, me and my partner became friends with these guys and it was always clean and tidy. Kristi who works the night reception is fantastic at his job, always so friendly and welcoming to us and likes to have a chat and the old lady who works there always pleasant and hello andbye to us both.
