Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel has very good parking and is 10 mins walk to the train station but they offer a free shuttle service. The room was very comfortable and clean, with water in the fridge daily. There is a supermarket next door and a good gelateria. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The staff were fabulous.

If you look this hotel up on its webpage you get a pretty good idea of it actually. It is really not too much to cheer for, not pretty, not particularly comfortable but it works if you for some reason would need a hotel in exactly this area. We got a room in the annex about 100 meters from the main building. The room was a family room with 3 beds, one bed is right inside the door then a very small bathroom and a double bed in the furthest end of the room. Poor lighting in the room. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board unfortunately it only seem to have one set and we were a group booked in for a wedding in the vicinity so that set was quite in demand that afternoon. Plan ahead for ironing.

This little gem is sparkling clean, modern, quiet, and lovely. Wonderful, welcoming staff. Maid service keeps an eye on the rooms so you're never disturbed. You just leave in the morning and come back to a tidy room. A little refrigerator lets you stock up for picnics. Steps away are a great bar, a grocery store, and a pizza place. Big windows let in fresh air and the Tuscan sun. Looking forward to our next stay at Stilhotel.

I was working near Signa and booked this hotel for 3 nights. Originally I booked the Executive room but these are located about 100 metres away from the hotel main building. They are great but the distance means that you have to walk for your coffee and the 'standard' rooms are still pretty good. The hotel is clean, comfortable and really good value. The only downside is that parking can get a bit crowded with the mini-market next door. Still, a great place to stay and the bar over the road does good food very cheaply.

I decided to take myself on a two week tour around Italy. First time in Europe as well for me. Call it a late 40th gift to myself..haha I was a little picky when I chose places to stay as I like to be away from the hustle and bustle at the end of each day of touring. I chose the stilhotel. I read the reviews and mind you I realized that some reviewers can be fake. I'm finishing my day four staying here. Secure, neat, new hotel. Great little breakfast that was included in my booking. The staff are amazing considering I do not speak Italian. They are helpful and courteous. The hotel is kept up very well. My room is clean a little small but it meets all my needs. Great balcony air Conditioning and a in room safe. Fridge, tv and a clean bathroom. Signa is a interesting little city divided by water. I walk a lot and tried to explore what I could. A car would've made it easier, but driving in Italy cities has no appeal after witnessing it. Haha! Crazy scooter drivers and tight streets. The hotel is situated about a fifteen minute walk to the train station. A local bus is available but I never used it. Two grocery stores (one out side the hotel door and another half a block away. A variety store is across the street as well and a pharmacy. This location worked for me as I did dat trips to Pisa, Siena and Florence from here. It gives you a chance to see the countryside from the train. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again gladly.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a brief visit in Tuscany. The staff is very warm and welcoming, providing recommendations on what to see and do, the room was very clean and cool during June, there is a small fridge and they provided us with a cot and baby seat for our baby. We were very happy with all the services.

The hotel is quite close to a train station which takes you to Florence in about 20 min. Supermarket and cafe on the same parking lot. Room really clean and new. Parking space availlable. Highly recommend as Florence is quite expensive.
