We have spent one night in this hotel after reading the review from trip advisor and we are not disappointed. It's located in small beautiful village and one can walk to the castle nearby. In fact, we can see the castle from our hotel room's window. There is restaurant onsite but it is closed in the evening. The room is...

We stayed one night to visit Karlstejn castle before leaving the Czech Republic. We had a beautiful room with a/c., large walk in shower and large bed. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was a very good traditional meal. Our waiter was very pleasant and eager to please. They had a very nice deck with beautiful views of...

Hotel Karlstejn has got excellent location close to magnificient castle from the 14th century. There is very nice view on the castle from the hotel terrace with seimmin pool. We were invited to this cosy hotel to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. I can just say, that everything was perfect. We had been preparing a "surprise party" for them for weeks (everybody who has ever prepared a party for his/her relatives know how stressful it can be!). When the D day came, we sent my parents away "to...

Friendly and helping staff, the breakfast is great and awesome location. The rooms are very comfortable. We did not try the pool because of the weather, but they have one. Beutifull view of the castle from some rooms.

A great hotel with clean and quiet rooms at an affortable price! We found not just a friendly stuff, but awesome people who did everything they could to make our stay more confortable. They even offered us a little present with local products at the end of our stay. Breakfast relaxed and good food. Very good coffee!

Must say we are totaly satisfied. Stayed for two nights in apartment with castle view. Hotel, room and bath is perfectly clean. Traditional buffet breakfest has a smaller selection, but this is understandable because hotel is quite small. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms should have better soundproofing, because we heard voices and TV from other room. We did...

Quaint little hotel in the heart of Karlstejn, close to the castle. The breakfast provided was great - more variety than expected. We were greeted by very friendly staff who also provided dinner recommendations (as the cafe attached is not open for dinner). We did experience some confusion with requesting a twin bed room and finding it had been set...
