We have just returned from our 7 day holiday in Levi. We stayed at this hotel in 2024 and enjoyed our stay, hence our return. Unfortunately, this year it did not live up to expectations. All the comments below are correct......very salty food, no choice for children etc. we also pays a huge upgrade upon arrival for a larger room to accommodate the 4 of us. Our son was sick the first night. We informed reception that we had stripped the bedding and cleaned up as much as possible but would need housekeeping to come remove dirty bedding and refresh etc. when we returned to our room that evening......no one had been and all the dirty laundry still there!!!
Another evening, we went to dinner at 6.50 (as dinner is served until 8pm) to be told, the restaurant was closing at 7 for a private function! We had not been notified and were told a sign was in reception and in the lift. However, due to our room location we did not use visit any of these areas so was totally unaware. When we spoke to someone regarding this, they did apologise and acknowledge that it could have been better communicated.....however no offer of any discount etc!
Our party included two 77 year olds, a 5 year old and 9 year old.
Basically, we love Levi and will be back but not to this hotel. Total lack of customer service especially considering the cost.

On arrival our room wasn’t ready until after 5 pm , it was a small room but had a lovely balcony, the decor was very tired, there were 2 t bags no coffee on a dinner plate and kettle with no milk so even if you got there late you couldn’t have a drink no complimentary water in the room , no safe or safety deposit boxes available so you had to carry your valuables around with you. The food was diabolical I barely ate anything plus the tables a chairs were so wobbly you have to be very careful when sitting in case they gave way, very dangerous. The reception area is very nice it’s just the rest was very much a let down for the money they charge . They state a 4* but don’t be fooled I have stay in 2* that was better

Currently here, half way through a weeks break with Inghams. We have a two story family apartment with two beds on the ground floor and two singles on the upper floor (with a really useful stair gate if you have younger family members staying up there). Head height is restricted up there and my 10 year old has bumped her head a number of times (nothing major just something to bear in mind if you’re planning on sleeping teenagers up there).
Room was available at 2pm on day of arrival, however, check in time is officially 4pm and the man behind reception was incredibly rude in his explanation to another family when they were a little disappointed that they had a 2 hour wait ahead of them. Room cleaning is only completed on request, however, everytime I have asked, it has always been done! Rooms are dated and seriously need a refurb however certainly doesn’t impact your holiday. Do bring your own hairdryer as the ones provided by the hotel are terrible and, due to the cold weather, an absolute necessity. Heating cupboard for drying out damp clothes is absolutely brilliant!
Location is very good - I had slight concerns that we would feel a little out of the way (however the separate beds for my 12 & 10 year rather than a shared sofa bed, meant it would have been worth it) however I was wrong! The walk into town is literally 5 mins and absolutely no bother and really quite lovely. Sleds are plentiful for younger family members and I think they would probably chose to have the ‘walk’.
Now for the biggest down point of the hotel, food! We were on a half board package. Breakfast is not too bad. Hot options of sausage, bacon, beans, hash browns, porridge. Cold meats and cheeses, lots of breads, cereals. However dinner was pretty dire. The food was barely warm, not much choice and what was there tasted as if it had been sitting for way too long. We have eaten out every night since experiencing the first dinner, so just be aware you may want to budget for that if you come half board. Restaurants are plentiful in town, however still worth making a reservation.

Excellent base! Like a ski lodge but everything you need. Hats off to Tui workers from the airport, flight, hotel entertainment I’ve never experienced anything like it. A special thanks to “jingle” Jack who my little one took to from the first day! The activities were great and energy of the team. Everything was easy to get to from the next hotel or outside by coach and all excursions seemed to be a 5-10 min drive from Levi. One small gripe, ordered chips from the hotel bar first day and took 1.5 hours for the order to be competed, this also happened another day where we waited over an hour. It just didn’t seem organised in the cafe and the lady forgot our order the first day. Eat elsewhere if ordering extra food to the breakfast and dinner buffet (which we thought was varied and lots to chose from).

Stayed here in December on arrival only one room was ready out of three which was booked for our party.
The room was adequate for our needs however it was cold . We found reception staff not that friendly walking through no one acknowledged you .
We asked for someone to check the radiator and we were given a fan heater which to be honest didn’t do the job so in the 4 night we were there the room wasn’t warm .
You only got your room clean if you requested it we asked for clean towels but was told they had ran out so we would have to wait .
The food was basic breakfast was fine however the evening meal was awful and again the food was cold . They also covered up the juice machine so if you wanted a drink you had to pay for them . Again this trip was for our grandchildren they love playing outside in the snow . The hotel corridors was noisy at night with family coming back late I guess however this is not the hotels fault . We booked this trip through Ing which I feel certain things weren’t has clear has they should of been but I will take this up with them after all the holiday was a lot of money .

On arrival at this hotel, 18/12/2022once we got through the madness of checking in, trying to find on the map where our hotel room actually was I thought we had checked into a 1950s Butlins holiday camp . What a depressing place it was. The light fitting in the room was hanging off, the radiators were warm on the top but cold at the bottom. Above the curtains were filthy dirty, between the windows were dead flies that had obviously been there since the summer. Dirty towels under one of the beds from previous guests, no safe, no sink to wash your cups up apart from the bathroom sink which is totally unhygienic. As for the cleaning of our room, 3 days I left the card on the door for our room to be cleaned, 3 times I went to the reception to ask for it to be cleaned & still not cleaned after 5 days, luckily I did find where the towels were kept or for 8 days we would had to of used 2 towels & 2 small towels. The restaurant well..... If you got there for 7am for breakfast you were lucky to have warmish food, very basic food for breakfast every day, we only went for one evening meal as it was so awful. They had pizza, nuggets & chips for kids ( which all the tui reps enjoyed even though it stated it was for children only) but there was only 2 choices of meals in the evening which on looking the 2nd night is when we decided we wouldn't eat in there again. We were in room 131 which is right by the main door to the annex building we were in, so everytime someone came through the door they didn't care what time of day it was they'd bang there boots right outside our door waking us up, latest time was 2am!!!!, then you would have the snow plough out at 6ish every morning (which I understand you have to clear the snow) but not that early This holiday cost us alot of money & it was going to be our last holiday as a family of 4 & to enjoy Christmas in our favourite place. Luckily we've been going to Levi for many many years & we knew where to eat out. Unfortunately we couldn't stay in the usual hotel this time & I wish we had stayed anywhere but this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, do your research on this hotel, we only agreed to it as our travel agent has stayed here saying it was her favourite one on levi.

We stayed with family, hotel is in a brilliant location however that is all it is good for. Food very basic and boring/cold, rooms very small and roasting, tui organisation absolutely terrible. Hotel organisation shocking aswell no one seemed to know what they were doing at all.

Beds in the rooms are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in, the shower just sprayed water all over the bathroom instead of on yourself.
A large number of children came down with a sickness bug while being here including my own children. With how many children caught the bug it struck me that cleanliness isn’t key with this hotel.

If you’re going to go for your breakfast or tea make sure you have your key card as the rude staff will turn you away for their error. We absolutely loved Lapland and have had the best holiday but wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, nor travel with tui.

When we arrived the lobby was so busy there was no where to sit or stand, the floor was strewn with bin bags of thermal suits. Some of the peops on our coach had to wait over 4 hours for their rooms. And I heard they couldn't get into the dining room for food as they could not produce a room key. Me and my daughter thought we were lucky, got our room straight away on the 3rd floor, unbeknown to us underneath the kitchen.

The room was outdated, and a shoe box for what we paid £2700 for 3 nights half board was Dusty and the door to the balcony was broken, when we went upstairs for tea, it was dark and dingy and you couldn't see the food properly or the labels saying what it was, no choice for kids, specially when it was a 3 night trip to see santa, there was 1 choice of food that's it and is was discussing. We ended up going to Levi Spa for food.

Beds are comfy but that's it cause at 5am each morning we were rudly awoken by what I can only describe and a wheeled trolly gonig back and forth and hitting the wall on each side, light switches being turned on and off constantly, the floor being brushed and drawers being opened and slammed shut every few seconds. I complained to reception about it each day and each day I was given a shoulder shrug that it was the kitchen. There was tea and coffee supplies but no mugs. No phone in the room to ring reception either. And on 1 day I went to the bar area to ask for 2 bowls and 2 spoons cause we went the supermarket for some breakfast and I was offered a sieve. The staff spoke and understood English perfectly and was told 'sorry no bowls and spoons. I stood my ground and made her move into the back to get me them after I told her the food was grotest and not edable.
The Ingham reps in this hotel were disorganised and hard to find. This is not a 4 star hotel. Haydarpasha Palace in Turkey is a 4 star hotel. I'm Sooo disappointed with the accommodation and if it wasn't for the resort it's self which is the best because I have been 3 times on snowboarding holidays and stayed in the levilehto chalets, we would not of enjoyed our self's. There is so much to do in resort for kids so many great trips there is no need to be in your hotel we were outside from 8.30am till 8pm every night. You can feed the reindeers at k5 Hotel. Sledding all day. Great trips snowmobiling, husky sledding, snowshoeing, horse riding, reindeer sledding, and the snow suits we hired and boots were great kept us warm all day. Maybe a little to warm. And obviously skiing and snowboarding. But I would defo say do not book this hotel. Its just awful it should be a half a star hotel and that's me being generous. Its not worth your money. Go to k5 or levi Spa or levilehto chalets

I had read awful reviews of this hotel and was worried about my trip but have to say I was really pleased. We had a duplex family room, it was large, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The reception wS welcoming and staff helpful. We checked in about 2pm and our room was ready. We didn't have our room serviced during the week but when we asked for fresh towels and toilet roll it was all delivered no issues within an hour or 2. We felt the food was ok, plenty of breakfast choice the evening was hit and miss but we all managed to eat every night. There was 1 evening they didn't have much food but after a polite email with feedback they hotel dealt with it really well and they were very generous and kind and we ended up having a beautiful additional meal
I've stayed in levi before at the levi spa, and I have to say the crazy reindeer for me was probably better overall. It isn't a fancy 5 * hotel but for what it was and location it was more than enough. Personally I would stay here again and would recommend it

We stayed here as part of a Christmas TUI package. Having been to Lapland before (previous visit was to Rovaniemi) we must say we enjoyed Levi more due to the activities included in the package than Rovaniemi. The hotel is of the same standards of others we have seen and is notably dated. I understand TUI managed our booking but found the prices to be extortionately high given the basic standard of accommodation. We did however enjoy the experience and our stay in Levi. The food was tasty and we would recommend this hotel for a Christmas in Lapland.
